The service I got was exceptional. from several employees & John. John was so helpful and patient to answer all our questions. Additionally, John even did me a huge favor to look for something I threw away in the large dumpster, He jumped in and found it. It is so refreshing to see customer service at its best. I highly recommend to give Tractor supply a 2nd chance if your first experience wasn't excellent. They really care. Huge thank you to John!

Staff always greet anyone that walks in the store. Whenever, I get questions or need help the staff is always helpful and friendly. This store always has lots of healthy chicks and ducks. Were able to find Turkens(naked neck) here. Turkens are excellent layers of large brown eggs. They also make good pets and are very tame and friendly.

about a heavy duty metal rake $56.99. but it's only as strong as its weakest link. all the bolts are falling out of it, after only 2 minutes of use, raking leaves on flat dirt. gee thanks a lot now I got to go spend gas money to go back to your store. 🤔

An absolutely fantastic store to shop at. I have come here before but I was in and out within 10 minutes having found what I needed. They have so many different items in stock that other stores do not. I spent a good half-hour just wandering the shelves and I wished I had more time to spend there to check every item. The safes they have in stock are absolutely massive.I already recommend Tractor Supply to other family members, having received a recommendation another. The cashier was not at the register when I walked up but I just went off to look at other items I did not look at. I do not fault them at all for this since I suspect they have other duties to do. The one thing I wish was they were friendlier. I acted cheery but overall got a very limited response in a weird tone. They may have been having a bad day and for that I can not fault them. The first time I went the cashier was very friendly. It may have been to my appearance but I have been badly needing a haircut.I will make more trips to browse more and make more purchases as some of what I saw, i may need. I came in for the sole purpose to purchase one item. Which I saw but did not need at the time, my first time shopping.

Called asked for chicks. And was told they are shorting them out to come at 1130 will be available. Get here...no come back in 1.5 hrs. Now I have to leave to see pt and can't get my chicks

Very unreliable . Everything is constantly out of stock . I can never buy the same feed twice , i dont want my horses to colic from constant switch either. Horrible services people are poorly train . Not very helpful you literally have to chase someone to get help to get anything they may have in the back . Cashiers are lazy young kids with nasty attitude . The prices have kept going up . Tractor supply isnt competitive anymore . Go to other feed stores they have better prices better products better stock and better attitude . Skip tractor supplies this place isnt what it used to be ... now they are just plain scalping and ripping off customers.even amazon delivered TO MY DOOR is cheapper for the exact same products / brand ! So ridiculous . Im beyond annoyed with this place . Will go elsewhere with a more reliable stock and services . I also dont feel safe shopping there NO ONE wear mask nothing is sanitized no one keep their distance 🤮 between monkeypox polio covid among other things no thanks ...

Joanne is a true rockstar!!!!!I spoke to her on the phone and she physically checked stock to make sure that my product was in stock. When I showed up she brought me to the product and confirmed it was the right one.She then loaded it up on a cart and brought it to the cashier. After I paid for it she actually wheeled it out to my truck and helped me load it. All the while she was talking to me and carrying on a wonderful conversation. She was engaging, funny and courteous. And to see that little 5'2" girl move a 60 gallon stock tank around was hilarious! Not 1 complaint and nothing but smiles. Like I said, "Joanne is a true rockstar".

Has everything you need for chickens!! Ive even found this beautiful light up decoration for xmas!! I didnt get it but its on my list!! They also have giant chicken plushies! I got one of those! So happy with it! my favorite hen just passed away and this plushy has been helping me cope. It was super affordable too! Canr remember how much now, but i think around $20. Super cheap! :)

Good business. Completed an online order for a product for in store pickup. Staff was very helpful upon arrival. Was looking for another product that I was unable to purchase online and staff provided guidance on how to order this product. Its always nice when they have chick's and ducks for the little ones to look at. My only complaint is that our pig food is usually not on the shelf and when we ask an employee if they have it, they do, and then bring it out to us from the back. Seems like it happens like this often. So only suggestion is to check the floors stock of food/supplies more frequently to make it more convenient for shoppers

It was our first time in this store. From the second me and my husband and my daughter walked in we did not get any "welcome" or "hello" but what I did notice another person came in seconds after us and was greeted by the 3 workers infront. You could honestly feel the vibe in there of discrimination honestly im not even over exaggerating this. Felt like eyes were on us while browsing the store lile if we don't belong. My little one loves horse's and chickens so we got her a stuffed animal and calendar.Briefly as of what we saw has a good selection of different stuff for animals and what not but overall will never come back there ever. As we headed to the cash register 3 coworkers were chit chatting and I was waiting there to be attended and as i put my stuff down on the register the girl just ringed it up and did not even greet me neither right there nor said nothing to me i was just handed my receipt and left. My experience their was absolute disappointment in people nowadays where in a "white" establishment they think they are superior to every other race there is and could treat anyone however they feel like it. No diversity in the store whatsoever. Owner get off "your throne" and show these young people how to respect others and educate them that not only "white" people exist...Just want yall to know my experience there for not being "white" that's all i got to say i shouldn't reach out to call another number to talk about my experience when I've said it all. No need to get upset all over again when i know there is nothing the owner is going to do other then supposedly listen and correct. Waste of my time.

Their employees are dumber than a box of rocks. I finally found something my senior horse can eat. Whenever I go to pick up bags I'm worried it won't be in stock. I'm need to find a more reliable place to get my feed.

Awesome! Stock shelves are well maintained, clean store throughout. Guys working at this business were very helpful and non-confrontational. This store has a lot of wonderful surprises for your pets (shh lets keep it a 🙊). Don't get fooled by the name.

Love this store. Norco is the perfect place for it, as we certainly need such a place. They are small town friendly there and I don't think I've ever asked a staff member any question they weren't able to answer. I get dog and cat food among other things here and pay nearly a dollar less per can as I pay elsewhere but don't tell them! Lol.

Bough a winch about 6 weeks ago. I hooked it all up but it didn't work. After about 6 weeks of setting a my bench I thought, they will never take this back. I cleaned up and packed up what I had and took it in. The man at the counter never even looked into the box he just apologized for the inconvenience and put the total charges back on my card. what great police. What a great store.

The selection here is great. They had the fencing that the home improvement stores have been out of for months. Their website knew they had it, so I could shop the internet and support my local store. Price was comparable to internet prices. People were great. They knew where things were and they were quick with price checks. Thanks Tractor supply. Great all around store.

Love this place it was 20 miles I had to drive but I needed some antibiotics for my chicken and this is the closest tractor supply. Anyways I needed some help and I ran into a girl named Paige and she was more than helpful as she herself has chickens and she gave me some good advice and I really appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I will no longer support this location in my community. They do not care about their customers or community. They allow customers to shop in their store with no mask on as well as their own employees not wearing mask! Yes, they do have a sanitation station set up , along with mask that are available to any customers. This is just there for looks, obviously this company has no interest in following the guidelines that have been put in place!
