I’m always happy with my dog’s haircuts and grooming at Nikki’s pet spa. He is very afraid and as he gets older he often pees himself at groomers and vets and the front desk people are always so kind about it. Groomers are careful with his skin tags and do a very even job with his fur. He comes out smelling so good and they always give him a handsome tie to wear home!

I really enjoy bringing my dog to Nikki's. Although today was a bit shocking when I was given my total. I came in for nail clips and trim around the nails. The price was never quoted before hand and I assumed it would be the regular $25 that I've paid at prior visits. The young gal up front said it was $40. I was stunned. She charged me for clipping nails, trimming pads and the tops of her paws. I feel that is a bit ridiculous to divide trimming the paws into two different sectors. Plus the clip. Yikes. We all are feeling the effects of higher prices... so this sucked and I can't afford to come back. 😔

Took my 3.5 year old dog here since they offer asap grooming. My dog is a nervous wreck at the groomer and each time we've taken her somewhere else she's ended up with a fever for a couple days.Nikki's was so good with her. We ended up having to pull a u turn and return for something after we'd left, and she had ZERO problem going back in. She wasn't shaking, no trying to go back out the door, no climbing up my leg or whining. She was 100% comfortable, plus...she looked and smelled amazing! 100% 10/10 take your pet here. Call ahead, they're busy for a reason!!(Pics are before & after)

Thank you Nikki’s Pet Spa for everything. I was out of options with my dog suede because he doesn’t really like being handled and my nana recommended that I take him here because she used to take her cat and I can’t thank them enough. The pricing is very good and they and take great care of your fur babies. On top of that he looks great. We will be coming back again and again 💗 he looks so happy.

My three dogs got sprayed by a skunk. Nikki's saved the day and fit them all in the morning it happened without an appointment. They did an awesome job no skunk smell on any of them when I picked them up. Thank you Nikki 's!

They did an incredible job! They were very friendly, and my pup looked incredible when he was done getting all cleaned up. They were upfront about what it might end up costing, considering my dog had a lot of matting, and it actually ended up being cheaper! I've always heard good thing about this place, but it was my first time taking my pup there. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

Nikki and her team are freaking amazing! They don’t mess around and nobody knows what they’re doing more than they do. We’ve had all our dogs groomed by them for many years and they not only groom your dogs but they also give great advice that isn’t biased. Just transparent great advice about anything pet related that you may not have known. It’s worth the trip even if you’re not super close by. We’re all the way in Anaheim in Orange County and it is always well worth it. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience today as I took my double doodle and Cane Corso for a groom and bath. The staff was beyond professional and we were super happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone new to the area or wanting to switch groomers. I am exceptionally amazed at the professionalism the receptionist showed today despite encountering an irate and unreasonable Karen.

I was blown away by the friendliness of their staff (Amy) in showing me the self-service wash station today. I greatly appreciated not having to book an appointment. Afterwards, Amy trimmed his nails in no time at all! Buddy has been quite anxious at other places, but Amy's ability to successfully and quickly trim Buddy's nails today was huge. He clearly felt comfortable with her. We have found our new pet grooming spot! <3My only suggestion might be a stepping stool as my big boy needed LOTS of encouragement getting in and out of the wash station even after taking out the shelving/white flooring.

My poor Teddy has been so uncomfortable since we left this groomers. After looking at him carefully we discovered his private was shaved so close to his skin it irritated him. After a few visits to the vet we are so upset!! Not to mention the rude service. I am so sad that my dog is suffering. He is not himself and we WILL NOT be going back here!!!! Be careful!!

Nikki's Pet Spa has done an excellent job every time we take our dogs to be groomed. They also have a boarding service which is super! Our dogs are always well loved and cared for while being boarded! We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else! Although it is over 25 miles away from our home, we would never consider taking our dogs anywhere else! Our dogs feel comfortable and happy there!

We couldn’t have been happier boarding Abby at Nikki’s, our first time, they were very professional and exceptionally personal with very friendly service! Jody was great and happily answered all my questions and putting me at ease and a Big thank you and shout out to Charly who took great care and called us with questions on Abby’s meds right away because of confusion on our part. I highly recommend and have faith your fur babies are in great hands at NIkki’s pet boarding, we will surely being bring Abby here for boarding and grooming again! ❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾

Nikki's pet spa was excellent! I took my dogs for a walk-in nail trim and was seen right away. Nikki's listened to the concerns I have with my senior dog and handled him with great care. I didn't even hear him fuss or get sassy, which is the usual. Before I knew it, they were done and my babies were happy. Nikki's provided an excellent experience, great care, and excellent prices that have made a trusting customer out of me and my doggos.

it was the best dog sevice ever! everybody was friendly and it was65 dollars!they have a self wash dog wash too and that was great only 20 dollars for as long as i took no wait! highly recommend and indefinitely going back! Very affordable good service

Been coming here for quite some time. We have two small dogs that get groomed. Never had a complaint so far and we've been coming here for about 6 years! They are always real sweet with us & our babies! We've been late a couple of times & they have been so accommodating. They never get upset at us and make us feel like monsters. They are very professional and their facility is clean & beautiful! I love the xtra special touch they give our girls with either cute ear bands or a fun fabric bandana scarf! Love it!!

I took my yorkie here and they shaved her privates and stomach. She has a cut on her private and her stomach broke out in hives. She has not stood straight all day and is not acting herself. Will not be coming back.

The only grooming location I trust to groom my Australian Shepherd. They are knowledgable how to cut his hair and he always comes home with a beautiful and clean grooming! I make a 30 minute trip to have my pup groomed here, LOVE THEM!

Long time customer…Took my 2 maltipoos in for cut. Total hack job. Gave them benefit of doubt, contacted manager, expressed my concerns for terrible cut. I was willing to give them an opportunity to make it right, things happen. She assured me she would select a groomer she trusted, contact me to schedule and be on site during grooming. That was 3 months ago, no call, no message, nothing. Now their prices have increased over 30%. I won’t be back and do not recommend. Plus, they keep your dog in a kennel all day waiting to be groomed. My dogs start shaking uncontrollably when we pull in parking lot, including my big husky. Reposted under correct profile.
