Just wanted to say thank you to whomever found my phone today in Vons! My faith in humanity has been restored a little.Overall customer service is always amazing, although on a couple occasions it wasn't and to this day I will continue to glare at those two employees. The store is always nice and clean.I'm not done but I'll be back with names of those that have major kudos! Mike, Joe M, Andy , Brenda and Heidi! THANK YOU ALL!!

Placed and paid for an online Rx order. When the order was shipped to me as requested the pharmacy recharged my credit card resulting in a duplicate billing. I contacted the pharmacy and Vons customer support and was told by both that they did not have the ability to correct their error.I am handicapped and have no other options but to use an online pharmacy but I would recommend NOT using Vons Rx if at all possible.

I am an Uber and walmart delivery driver. I have over 1500 combined deliveries and have a current food handling card. This is the second time Vons/Albertsons have practice unsafe food storing for pick up. Vons placed raw bell peppers in the same bag as my raw chicken. Literally no bag around any of my produce. Not only is this dangerous but i have people with not so healthy immune systems and if i was vigilant. This could possibly cost someone their life or severe illness. So i appreciate the prices and discounts but its not worth my love ones health. From Now on i will pay a lil extra and shop for my items by myself to follow guidelines that i do when i shop for people and deliver in a safe healthy manner. Im not asking for to much and what about the elderly who may not realize it happened to themand thats why they became gravely ill.

The Deli department is very slow and the associates ack as if are bothering them.There was no one ahead of me and no behind me waiting. I was standing there for 9 minutes while the associates pretend to be busy.Worst service.The Asian and American heavy set associates are the worse. No customer service experience.The Deli department has been the worst over the last 5 years.To bad Managers are not paying attention.It's time to find another store. I know California Market knows how to treat customers.

Bought a cake from here and there’s like more frosting than cake… I used to love buying there bakery cookies because they were nice and soft but lately they have been tasting super stale and or hard. Not sure if they are just re-packaging old cookies..seems that way🤷🏻‍♀️.

Please install security cameras in your parking lot. I don't mind paying ridiculous prices for groceries, but I expect my car to be safe while shopping. This is corporate greed, and I hope this is remedied shortly. Several employees have had their cars broken into during shifts. We've had a hit and run fender bender last night. This is getting out of control. Take care of the members of this community, please.

I love this Vons. They have things I cant find at others. Such as fresh rasberry turnovers. Their ice cream selection is out of this world! Their prices are a little higher but the freshness of their items make everything worth the extra $.75!

They were very kind and all the workers were very respectful, especially the gals at the Deli. We were there on May 23, 2020 at 7:30 pm. 2 very nice gals. Its nice to come into a business and you have had a rotten day , in pain and have someone asks you. " How are you doing tonight? " its just very nice. Thank you. UPDATE-my husband's beloved Uncle passed at Pismo, we called around could not find any florist open for business. We we went to Vons there in Nipomo. The young Gal in the Flower Dept put together a just beautiful boutique for us. He was a US Navy Veteran and she put it together with red white and blue and also added flowers to respect his passing too. They were beautiful. Thank you agan, Nipomo Vons.

Vons in this location is clean, stocked with organic and non vegetables, breads, meats etc etc. You can get whatever you need here at a fair price. In addition, the people who work here at Vons are very helpful and kind. Will go out of their way to get you whatever you need.

Usually shop here because it's close to me n convenient n usually get sale items only..some good deals at times n 6$ Fridays but with everything so expensive now can't afford their prices..I enjoy some of the cashiers for sure Kimmy n Irene are super friendly n I always enjoy seeing them..

For me this spot is very convenient consider the job I have and how often I'm in the area. They are great for having lunch in their Deli, their fruit bowls and definitely full of refreshments from Starbucks to purified water and also health and energy drinks! They always have what I'm in the mood for and very clean inside! Great store!👍🏼

Good for quick items, other than that I won't shope there when they do have what you need the price is outrageous, but its better than driving out of town. Not a clean store. I can always get help in produce department thats it. The staff at the registers are always nice and have a smile and personable, I understand that the manager has been at this store for years but he is a very rude man and everyone knows it but yet he's still there.

We shop here often and find everything we need. Our favorite part is ordering fresh meats and cheeses from the deli.Take your time here, buy fresh fruit and make a fruit salad. Also, always walk by the meat section for bratwurst sausages to see if they are on sale.

Busy. Well stocked. (use their app for added discounts, worth the 5 minutes to install on your cell phone). They bag your groceries, folks here seem friendly.Really nice produce section and butcher block (meats).

Prices are extremely high, and baggers are not trained to not put Hot And Cold food in the same bag. The deli is outrageous in prices now, won't be using the deli ever again, priced me out!

A very good place for grocery shopping. Great staff, good parking. Their self-checkout stations are great. The Starbucks inside this Vons store is exceptional in service. The new LED lighting in the store makes it brighter inside - and more inviting.

Wide variety of offerings that I can't seem to find anywhere else. By the time I was checking out, was greeted like an old friend by the down home cashier. Keeping the small town vibe alive and well in nipomo. The gas station in front of parking lot has very reasonable gas prices and not unlike the store, very unique products.

Nice store but overpriced. Just because your the only big grocery store in town you get to jack up the prices. Not cool. Also had a pick up that was supposed to be ready at 6pm wasn't ready till 7pm. The employees have always been very nice.

A LOVELY and pleasant store to shop in! OODLES of places to park. The produce is bountiful & arranged nicely. The store is VERY CLEAN, well stocked and Carry items that NONE of the 3 sister stores in Santa Maria offer. Always a pleasant shopping experience.

We do online order with delivery to our car and it works great. Orders are completed fast and accurately. Good job. We also use Vons pharmacy on Tefft in Nipomo. This pharmacy is fast and friendly. We get vaccinations here and again very friendly staff and great online system to schedule appointments and order refills on prescriptions.

This place is always an odd duck when shopping. Hit or miss in the produce department. Glad the store is there nonetheless but the organization and merchandising lacks something to be desired.

This store is always clean, great employees. They have some great choice in the meat department. The bakery always has fresh baked goods. This store is always stocked with merchandise, weather in buying fruit, flowers, alcohol, etc. Thank you all for making my shopping simple and easy.

Norma Jean was extremely rude. It was my first time ordering a sandwich from the sandwich station. I asked it to just put things that would normally go on it. She continued to say that it was up to me what i wanted on the sandwich. I understand it is up to me and i chose to have it made how others would have on their sandwich. She proceeds to ask me what sauce i would like to go on. I replied with whatever comes on it. She says that it is up to me. Once ive made my decision of having mayo on my sandwich, she tells me that they don't have the aioli that would normally go on it. How much easier and understanding would i have been had she just told me they didn't have it. At this point my lunch break was already over because it was only her and another worker. I was waiting at the sandwich station and i was alone. Why did I have to wait over 15 minutes for a sandwich??

Product is generally where you would expect it to be and doesnt get moved around much. Clean environment. Friendly and hardworking staff. Please be patient, as there are time frames they seem to be a bit understaffed. If you get the opportunity, dont be affraid to jump in and help bag your stuff. You will almost certainly look like a rock star!
