Elaine is an angel! We were wanting to directly connect our dryer to a propane tank and she informed us that it’s basically a bomb. So we purchased an electric dryer and when we needed help buying an extension cord and adapters she was there to help us again. She is extremely knowledgeable in all of Miners department and we are so grateful she was able to help us. The rest of the staff has also been great and helpful! Thank you Miners for having a Nipomo location.

I needed a drain repair coupling this Sunday. Miners was open until 7pm and they had exactly what I needed... and then some.They were helpful and knowledgeable with great customer service. It felt like my small hometown hardware on Main St.Also, they were playing 70's music. Now that made it hard to leave. I recommend this store without reservation.

Miner's hardware in Nipomo did a fantastic job with delivery of my new Kamado Joe ceramic BBQ. I purchased this through ACE Hardware's on-line Labor Day sale which included free delivery; a huge plus as the BBQ weighs approx. 200 lbs! Even-though it was not a direct purchase from their storefront the employees at Miner's were pleasant, professional and super accommodating with scheduling and executing the delivery. They borrowed a lift gate truck from another ACE hardware store just to make sure the delivery was safe for my BBQ and for the delivery folks. Huge thanks to Dana and Jason for all their help.

My husband, after finding that Miners carries Interstate car batteries from the Miners website went to the Nipomo Miners, the manager Mark would not even look at my husband said he did not know anything about Interstate batteries. Even though they have a wall full on display on aile 2. My husband was told they did not know if they could order the battery he needed, so leave your name and number and we might call by tomorrow. So guess they did not want to help him, too lazy?

Its would be the only Miner's I ever been to prices little about the usual stores . Probably cause its the only hardware store in that small town .very clean. Staff is nice. well aged staff 👦👧 to 👵🧓with experience and well knowledged . BUT FELT PRESSURED in SHOPPING cause I wanted to just walk around see what new . I'm the man thats a DO IT YOURSELF OWN BUSINESSES. And always update and if it's on sale or a sweet deal oh yeah. It's mine. The staff just on me . Need help? I got it What you need? Already in my cart. Ok great resister are in front by the entrance .... ok cool thanks.🤔 they walk away . 2 aisle down later. 😶‍🌫️See them looking 👀 though the aisle walls . I went to the next aisle. Hello your Still here. Yup still browsing. And the it happened few aisles later. Sir Have a problem finding what you need . Yes there a problem. I found my needs. But the problem is you harassing me. Like I'm doing something wrong. I'm done being profiled. HE MUTTER IN HIS HEADSET. I paid. I left. NOW YOU PEOPLE TELL ME . WHAT YOU CALL THIS . RACISM ? HATECRIME , YOUNGTIMERS, ALLTIMERS . RUDE? I FEEL SORRY THAT PERSON. ILL TAKE MY COMPANY AND BUSINESSES FRINEDS AND FAMILY SOMEWHERE ESLE.

The PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE are by far and above the most helpful , engaging and eager to assist the customers and keeping them serviced and happy.. Very friendly staff and a good selection of items. Flowers and plants are well taken care of and the store is always clean. They always give my kids a balloon at checkout so of course my kids look forward to running in with me. We love this store.

I love a well stocked ACE store and even better, fantastic customer service! Our helpful customer service folks, all 4 were great!The poor cashier did not have an updated scan book for the garden soil that was on sale, so we did have to go right back inside to get that corrected and she was very apologetic, but it is not her fault if the scan coordinator did not give her the correct information.We drove from Lompoc because the distributor of this particular soil was the Miners Ace hardware in Nipomo. Unfortunately it was not at this store, however the garden sales associate is going to order it for us. We will be back for more fun shopping.

Best hardware store I've ever been to in 46 years. So happy to have them close by. Staff care about the customers and are beyond helpful. Feels like family as soon as you walk in the door. Keep up the good workFollow up:Needed some lumber for a remodel project this am. I'm new to town and not familiar with the protocol on getting sheets of lumber. Went to register to pay and add on lumber I needed. After the guy in front of me was ripped a new one for not getting lumber tag from Kaleb I was about to meet the same fate. Thanks Lynn for treating me like a child and also adding an additional seven pieces to my order. I discovered and had to get refunded. Second-guessing my first review now. Put a smile on for the love...

They have so many hard to find items, and a wonderful garden area...especially not being a big box store. There is always someone to assist. Its a friendly neighborhood store. .. and popcorn on the weekend 😋

Always ready to help you, these guys know their stuff- and if something isn't a regular inventory item, they'll look it up and order it if possible. Prices are a little high but it's the only department hardware store for miles so it's expected. Full selection choices in nursery, too.

Great little hardware store. I have to travel to Home Depot, sometimes it's just not worth it. This store has some great buys, you just have to look. Usually find what we need and want. They are always friendly, so helpful and knowledgeable. Love this little store!!

There were more workers in the store than customers! It was great! The store is fully stocked and prices are very reasonable. The thing about having more store help than customers is that the customer tends to want to spend more money as the store associates talk about different projects customers can do.
