This place is AMAAZING!!The rows are terraced so everyone can have a prime view of the Saltan Sea in the distance, the mountains, and OH! the sunsets. Spaces are standard and very well-tended. Everyone is so nice! The camp store is very well stocked with food, beer, wine, FOY merch and clothing. Tons of activities and groups to choose from.We had forgotten how much we loved it here. We were here for 2 weeks last year, a month this year, and I already reserved for 2 months next year.Don't forget to head into Bombay Beach to the Ski Inn for a cocktail or two. Bikable distance. Such an interesting area.

The water is wonderful. If you can't find anything fun to do. You would have to be asleep.Nearby activities: Bird viewing, hiking

We needed to cancel our reservation (3 weeks in advance) and we were charged $100. This was over 50% of the reservation fee. BEWARE IF YOU RESERVE AND PREPAY!! We were looking forward to staying and now regret having wasted our money on that reservation.

Staying at FOY in my RV, what a wonderful place and everyone is super friendly. Loads of activities and a great selection of pools and tubs at different temperatures including a saltwater hot tub and pool. It’s very clean and the staff are great, they even have a dog washing station which came in handy! Definitely worth a visit. I’m sure I’ll be back!

Due to an error by the office staff I ended up in a site next to one of their permanent residents. Richard in site 257B is a nightmare. He gets drunk and berates his obviously diminished capacity brother who also lives there. Someone needs to call Adult Protective Services. Both residents are usually intoxicated, using power tools such as chainsaws, saws and sanders, and they have visitors who openly carry firearms and whom are also regularly intoxicated. I was greeted every morning by the glorious view of their trash dump of a yard. And I paid $700 for the privilege. NEVER AGAIN. The pools were green and overly chlorinated on multiple occasions. I received multiple emails during my stay for non-payment(I paid in full), you’re checking out today, you’re checking in today….your computer system is not working properly. There is nothing good here anymore.

We stop for a few nights here every year on our return trip from RVing the Baja peninsula. Its got it all, and feels like absolute luxury after a few months of rough camping. We can dump our holding tanks, fill our fresh water tank, wash the truck and trailer, do laundry, have showers, enjoy the pools and hot pools, shoot some pool in the evenings and generally relax and enjoy ourselves. The facilities are top notch. I've never seen such clean bathrooms in any RV park anywhere. We stay in the upper dry camping area and at the time of writing it's $30 US per night, with access to all facilities. The only thing missing is a decent cafe. We've had only one meal at the Sunset Grill and it was god-awful, but there is nothing else anywhere nearby. There is a small, well-stocked convenience store on the premises.

Blessings, currently sitting in a hot mineral bath of the most exquisite composition. Far have I traveled to appreciate springs & healing spaces, this offering a unique opportunity to Harmonize in sheltered space. These tubs and the design behind is brilliantly executed in elegance and simplicity. 🛁🌱Our overnight was tranquil with a beautiful touch of Mars.College blissful background. Community has been peaceful and inviting. Grateful for this space.

Absolutely love this place!!! Guests are friendly, staff is outstanding. Place is clean and we'll maintained. There are so many activities you could easily be too busy; or just hang out in one of many spas. Freddy's has fabulous meals. We loved our steak and lobster New year's dinner. Had a great time watching the talent show with $1 popcorn and drinks!

I do not see the value for what they charge. All of their pools and tubs are chlorinated. From my understanding of what qualifies as a natural hot springs, chemicals are not included. The lots are all dirt, just dirt. Dirt everywhere. They water the dirt, but still dirt.I rarely connect to cable when I'm in an RV park but tried here due to no over the air channels and cell service for streaming was poor, not to mention I could not use the pools or hot tubs. Only 10 of the channels they have listed in their handout as included came through and the connection was patchy at best. Fuzzy picture and sound there and then not.I was informed the cafe was open until 19:00 both nights I was there. Went up 4 times and was told they were closed. On the 5th try, they were open but I waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told all they had left was a few slices of sausage pizza. I said ok due to just needing something to eat after a long day on the road. Also ordered an ice cream waffle cone. The pizza dough was soggy and disgusting, the sausage was burnt and hard, actually cut my gum on the first bite, obviously threw this out. The waffle cone had a small kiddie scoop balanced on top, nothing inside. They essentially charged me $3.50 for an empty waffle cone. I didn't realize this until I was back at my rig. The attitude of the woman working was horrible and she actually rolled her eyes at me and really did not want to be bothered to take my order. I did not feel like going back to complain to a woman like her.The front desk woman was very pleasant as well as the gate attendant. The laundry room was in good condition and was easy to use. These were the 3 positives to my stay.

Nice enough RV park for the permanent residents that live there. But for us just stopping for a night, we got a sun-baked gravel pad to park in. Not only that, but instead of like most parks of this size and having a guide in a golf cart show us to our assigned spot, we were handed a map and shown were we supposed to park. When I asked about a guide, she acted like I was speaking gibberish. On the plus side, the mineral tubs were wonderful to soak in. Diner was closed as was convenience store, so I can't speak to that. Probably would not stay again.

I stayed here with family for about 3 days and it was great. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were very well kept. I was able to check out the workout room, and game rooms as those were also well kept thanks to the staff and responsible guests. The food is also delicious especially their breakfast! A pretty quiet area with friendly people.

Very nice facility. The two other nearby resorts are rustic in comparison. Drive your SXS out of the resort and right into the desert. They even have a "Desert" Golf course and driving range. Check out their website and see for yourself.

Went for a day... stayed a month. I love the water and peace and quiet so it was a nice change of pace from the busy California coastline. I have been suffering from lower back and neck pain and the hot spring mixed with cool mineral pools really felt amazing. I heard from others that they were able to walk again after spending some relaxing time there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful I felt right at home. Already planning my next visit!

This was an awesome place to camp. We spent time in the hot tubs and met many friendly people there. It seems to be a retirement location for snowbirds and I believe much of the population leaves during the hot season. It is very popular during the milder seasons. There seems to be many activities to participate in and everyone seems to be having a great rime.

The witness protection program's secret is out. If you want to hide someone, this is the place. Too far from civilization for my taste. A month was too much. Great pools and spas. Spectacular horseshoe pits and pool hall. Horrendous entertainment. People are nice. Family owned, not a corporate behemoth. Sites are very snug. You better be social because you open your door to your neighbor's - opposite parking. Best to pay a few extra bucks and get a patio site if you can. If not, ask to face the Salton Sea. Sunsets are great. Overall, very good, just stock up on supplies first.

Just finished a month long stay here.Pros:1. Laundry on site2. Beautiful sunsets3. Quiet most of the time.4. Spacious sites5. Friendly staff6. Convenient well stocked store7. Fast maintenance response. Had an electrical issue at the box after rolling in late - repair guy was there the next day and fixed it.Cons:1. In the evening they play music loudly at the diner. If you are parked nearby it’s very annoying.2. The internet where we were was basically non-functioning. We need a connection for work so we had to increase our cellular data. We worked with their IT guy for a few days to get it to work but we eventually just gave up. (If it wasn’t for this would have been 4/5).3. During the first few weeks there were some pretty loud campers. Lots of ATVs, revving engines early in the morning.4. No grocery store nearby - not dinging them for this but you should be aware.5. Too few Dumpsters, too far away.

Warm welcomes, warmer weather, warmest pools and mineral hot tubs! A beautiful location with no shortage of things to do if you like the active life. On the other hand, it is a great place to kick back and relax poolside getting a tan and reading a book. Either way it is paradise!

Two pools both 90+degrees and 4 hot tubs all different temperatures. Lots of activities. Produce sale twice a week. Very well stocked grocery store. Pretty good cafe. Even a barber shop and spa. Like a small city on its own. The only thing we weren't wild about was the pea gravel at the sites tracked in badly when it rained.

Huge resort! Only one pool was pure, unadulterated Mineral springs water as far as I could tell. Many options, Salt pools, Mineral Spa (Lobster Pot), water fall hot pool, Mineral steam room. Lots of facilities available during season (off season not so much.) Lots of permanent residents, Who are very welcoming! Great Place, but asked staff about mineral springs water in pools and reply was somewhat vague.Had to see the Salton Sea before it disappeared. Sad Story!!
