My pet Ryder has been really itchy since we moved to a new place and I was desperate to find something to help calm him. The worker there Andy was so kind walked me thru a couple different options of spray I should use for my dog and since purchasing Ryder has been itching less. We like to bring both dogs in and they love being treated. The employees are kind and the store is filled with many different options of treats food toys etc. highly recommend to bring your fur babies here!

This place is a friendly store w great staff. Always knowledgeable on all products, offering the best and safest foods for my dog, Mannix and freely offering samples as well. Their brand dog food is great and comes in numerous flavors. KRISERS is located in the middle of Westcliff surrounded by CVS, Ace, Ralphs, B of A and numerous others as you head down 17th.

Do not take your dog to Krisers NB to be groomed ! I had an absolutely horrible experience there. Hannah groomed my long-haired dachshund and it was an atrocious job. These are not professional groomers. And she did not even finish the job before handing him back over. I waited two hours and spent $75 on this TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING service. My poor sweet dog. Look at the sad before and after below. 😢😢😢

We ordered a haircut for our Schnauzer, but we got only a wash, waisting our time and money. Jacob, the person who made the mistake didn't accept his error and he said We ordered a Wash. We canceled a birthday party we had planned for our Schnauzer, and Jacob didn't offer any help, he said there is not a refund, even that Krisers has a Return & Refund Policy in his website.

This is my dog before grooming and after. I would like to get them zero star if I could. I paid $68 for nothing. I wasted 3 hours for waiting. I’m so disappointed. Be careful when you let your dog here!

I love this store. The manager Robert is awesome. Very knowledgeable and always friendly. Greets us with a warm smileand cheerful "howdy Monica" every time we enter. He always helps me find the right products for my cat and doggo. My kitty had stopped eating and lost interest in food. He introduced me to raw food and my kitty started eating again. Adding in the bone broth and probiotics and my cat seems like new. Robert is the only reason I keep coming back he has helped me so much over the years with my pets.

This pet store is amazing! They have all of the goodies my dogs love and devour. The staff here is friendly, respectful and knowledgeable on many of the items here and usually have some helpful recommendations! Having the rewards also is a major value add! My dog shakes in excitement every time we approach the door and literally acts like a kid in a candy store when we shop around. I’m so thankful for the staff here who make coming to this location a breeze! For all of your pups’ needs, be sure to check them out :)

Andy was so helpful. New customer and he educated me about the products. Not new anymore but they are always so helpful. Highly recommend Primal and Stella and Chewy frozen raw patties. Our large dogs are reaping the benefits of the raw diet. I spent over an hour with Andy asking questions about food for my new rescues. He was so helpful and patient. This guy deserves a raise he's the best and why we always go back. So knowledgeable. Back again and always helpful as usual. Thank you Kriser's and especially Andy.

I love a lot about this store. I love the selection of quality food available for my dog and I’m always impressed by the consistency in service by every staff member there. I’ve worked mostly with Jacob who offers great recommendations for my picky eater with a sensitive stomach. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the products are of great value.

My mother has been going to Kriser’s for many years.A month ago, she had an experience where the work performed was not up to their standards. We were very disappointed.The manager called my mother with apologies & asked her to bring her pup back.They not only performed a beautiful bath, cut & conditioning, they also refunded her $ (not necessary). And they did it with kindness.We appreciated that they cared enough about us & our business. It is nice to know there are business with old fashioned integrity. Thank You

Love this store. My dog has an extremely sensitive stomach but the quality of the food here is incredible and he loves it. Andy and Robert are so kind and helpful, my dog recognizes them every time we go in and it just makes for an overall great experience. So grateful for this place and definitely would recommend it!

I recently went to Kriser's after receiving the diagnosis of bladder stones for our 4-year-old Border Collie. She was straining while peeing and started show blood in her urine. Our veterinarian said surgery was the ONLY option with $2500 price tag. I was extremely frustrated that this was the only option offered for our ordinarily healthy, active and fun-loving dog. Why would she develop such a condition? We thought we were doing all the "right things" for our pup which consisted of high quality foods, water, attention and exercise etc. yet she developed this condition. Frustrating!! Jacob at Kriser's listened to our story and offered an alternative solution. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended that we put our pup on a raw food diet. This is a little more costly route as far as dog food goes, but we were determined to do anything in our power to avoid surgery and avoid conditions like this. Our dog responded immediately! It was absolutely astounding! She was no longer straining while relieving herself, no longer excessively licking etc. It resolved her stones in the matter of a few weeks. We are now very loyal customers! Thank you Jacob and thank you Kriser's! We will never go back to regular dog food!

Really friendly staff and they have great products for dogs. They have a lot of raw food which is great for our dog. Was really impressed that they even went out of their way to order food for us when they didn't have it in stock for us the next time we came in. I'd recommend this place over PetSmart or I need the big box stores any day

This has to be the best location! The staff especially Jacob is the reason I keep coming back to give my dog the best food around town. Also to note the don’t push any decision down your throat they simply just guide you in the direction you ask. Great location absolutely recommend checking it out

The Newport Beach location is the best! The guys there are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They even tell me if i have any rewards available when I'm checking out. I'm 5 minutes away from another location but I would rather drive farther and go to NB. The other location I'm lucky if I get a greeting. Love the NB krisers!

I went here today to pick up online order. I told the staff what I ordered and the “ manager” said that they don’t have it. I confirmed that the online system verified, that they do have my item in stock. So here we go…The store manager returned but gave me only half of the paid order. He didn’t even asked to see the order to verify. I told him that he is giving me only 12 boxes instead of 24. He leaves and comes back with the rest. Drops it on the table and expects me to leave. I asked him to re-count my order and sure enough, he gave me 1 box less. Please be aware. They are counting on the sugary attitude only because they want to take advantage of you. Too many red flags under this management!!! Oh, and the last cheap excuse was that their phone don’t works, because of construction somewhere close by! Really!!! This is a business management 101!!!!

I will NOT be going back . Today I brought my puppy in for some treats . There was a dog unleashed roaming the store . I specifically was there to purchase a bully stick . While choosing the right size for my puppy the ueashed dog wanted to smell And get acquainted with my dog . I didnt know who's dog it was . I was concerned due to the fact that I had my puppy with me to get a bully stick . And the potential risk of something happening with the dog and my puppy and the bully sticks. The dog followed us to the register and lunged at my dog to bite him . Due to the fact that I was holding the bully stick . Apparently the dog is owned by a staff member or owner . They seemed to be unfazed over the skuffle . Not even an apology. I understand staff and owner like to bring their dogs to work at pet store . However, if you're dog is not friendly or possessive over customers purchasing treats for their dogs . Dont put others at risk
