Love this place. Owners are very kind and informative. Totally reasonable pricing.The warm water and blow dryers are great for the dogs. I have a German Shepherd and Maltese. I use a big tub and wash them together. They like that😃The fact that the tubs are standing height really makes it easy on my back.

I’m not ever gonna bring my dog at this place!! The owner, the old basterd was rude and abusive, I couldn’t believe the wait time, it was for 4-5 hours!!!The bad reviews that I read all were shocked with the wait time, it’s insane and they don’t treat the dogs well, I did see how he was dragging the customer’s puppy down the doorway and treating bad!!!!!!I don’t recommend this place, if you love your dogs and want them to be safe and treated well do a favor and don’t bring them here! I’ve NEVER had such a bad experience!!!

I made an appointment for my miniature terrier and they told me to drop them off for 4 to 5 hours. Gave no information or details and moved right on to another customer. This made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable so we had to get him before he could be groomed and leave. I've never had to leave my small dog at the grimmer for 4 hours before that was just insane. And i've never had to leave him where I couldn't just wait for him in the building!

Super friendly staff! Water temperature comes cold and hot unable to adjust yourself. Vacuums out dated no nozzle attachment. And 20 bucks for any size dog is top high for me.

My dogs have been groomed here since they were puppies. The owner is not only very kind, but patient and careful with every dog to make sure they are not scared or hurt during the process. If you’re new to the area I would definitely recommend going here.

4/10/23 at 3:30 pm ready to wash my dog and they said they are closed!!🤯.. This is the second time I showed up well before closing. The Receptionist didn't really give a dam about the circumstances either. All I gotta say is I'm never coming back.

We have been taking our Pomeranian to Francisco for over 2 years and the grooming is excellent. In addition the cut is always the same detail. Buddy never stresses when he’s dropped off and is very happy when he’s picked up. Francisco is a nice friendly guy and we would not take our dog anywhere else.

This was my first time visiting U Wash Doggie. I'm so happy I found it! I had a great experience. Francisco was very helpful and kind. I used the self-serve service and he even helped me by showing me the best way to bathe my dog. I was very happy with the service and the reasonable prices. Will definitely be coming here again soon. I highly recommend this business.

We took our dog here last week and loved the way he looked after. He was very clean and his nails were cut so well for a good price! Two days later, he started yelping in pain whenever we pet his back or neck. We took him to the vet yesterday concerned about his back, and the vet discovered infected scabs (blood and pus) all down his spine and neck. The vet told us she sees this from groomers who comb too rigorously (leaving cuts in the skin) and do not sanitize their brushes, which leaves bacteria to infect the cuts. We paid a $100 vet bill and got him started on antibiotics. This is incredibly disappointing as it was our first experience with this groomer, and will definitely be the last. Please sanitize your brushes!

I was very happy to read the positive reviews before my husband took our 1 year old cocker spaniel. She looked amazing when he picked her up but the we found a large cut on her throat. I know accidents happen and digs move unexpectedly at times but please say something! Don't hide it! I'm sure someone noticed. It was a large cut with dried blood on it. Now I feel a bit uneasy about this place.

I called in advance and scheduled my two Giant Schnauzers grooming. I had a special event to go to and was relying on them to have my dogs groomed this day. When I got to U Wash Doggie, Francis changed his mind and said he would no groom my dogs because they were too tired and wanted to go home. I drove a decent distance to this business and I could not believe a grooming business would honor their agreement.I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH MY DOGS.

I walked in desperate to find someone who could handle my Abby. She's not a fan of Pet Groomers. Francisco said, "go home and get your dog, we'll take care of Abby". Usually it takes a muzzle and a lot of patience to give Abby a bath and cut. Most groomers suggest I take the dog to someone who can handle her temperament. I left the dog for with Francisco and returned 1 /12 hr's later, the dog didn't want to leave. She looked fantastic. Francisco said no muzzle, no problem. What a relief, my wife and I are thrilled to have found U Wash Dog Newhall. I kick myself for not discovering Francisco sooner.
