Great place to have your dogs nails trimmed!! I found the staff to all be very very professional and kind. The groomer, Kenna, was very great!! She did a wonderful job trimming the nails on both my dogs. They never take long and they are reasonably. Highly recommend them.

Milo first visit there went very well, the staff is friendly, the place is clean and you can see the dogs being worked on openly not hidden like many places. Our groomer listened to how we wanted him cut for summer and did just that. Also right on time she said two hours and it was on the money, this is our new groomer for sure.

Always friendly to us and our Louie. You know they are good when your pup is well behaved. Louie is 2.5 years old now. The first groomer I took him, it was a nightmare. I went there because I was told how good they were with young Miniature Schnauzers. NOT! I WAS SCARED his first visit to Dog's Etc.... I panicked but he was perfect and easy. That is because of the loving and caring staff. Thank you for loving up on our Louie.

I have been going to Dogs Etc for about 1.5 years. My groomer is Amanada and she always does a great job! When I first brought my dog I explained to her that he was a rescue and would occasionally bite. Amanda is patient and always explains to me how my dog did during the appointment. She also gives great recommendations on shampoos and conditioners for my dog based on the time of year it isShe was very understanding and continues to work with my dog on each visit. The entire staff is always friendly and extremely accommodating.

We took our new doggie, Bunny, in to Dogs Etc for her first grooming since we brought her home from the shelter. The team at Dog's Etc welcomed us with open arms and treated our Bunny like a princess.Bunny is a shepherd, so she has a lot of hair. But after her grooming she looks so sleek, soft and shiny. They rounded her nails and also cleaned her ears, not to mention the fact that she smells like a ROSE.They explained how we could care for her between groomings and even had a beautiful canine cologne to help her stay fresh.When we visited our local pet store later in the week, their groomer commented on how soft our girl was and wanted to know where we had her groomed!!I can't say enough about the way we were treated and the care given to our doggie. I saw several other dogs there who were pure bred -- and all were given the royal treatment.Their pricing was extremely reasonable and the experience was over the top! We will definitely be back.

I came here for my two dogs first hair cut and had the pleasure of meeting Amanda. I was nervous at first since it was their first hair cuts, but I could tell they were going to be in great hands by the way Amanda handle my dogs and made sure they were comfortable. She had asked me how I short I wanted to cut their hair, I wasn’t sure so I put my trust in her and told her to go for it. When I went to pick up my babies I couldn’t believe what an amazing job she had done! I was very pleased with her work and the fact that my dogs felt so at ease in her care was the icing on top. I definitely recommend her for your grooming needs!

This team is wonderful. Our boys have been so itchy out was breaking my heart. They were able to accommodate a last minute wash and get our boys looking and feeling great. The staff has so much love for their work and it really shows. I know my furbabies are in good hands and I don't stress about leaving them.

Horrible experience. Will not be back and won’t recommend. Took my labradoodle for a full grooming service, told me it would take 3-4 hours, charged me a full price. When I picked up a dog he was just fully shaved. He had clots of hair in a few places and they explained to me they made a decision to shave, but they didn’t ask me prior, did get my ok. I got a poorly shaved dog back and paid a price for a full grooming service which was supposed to be a full hair cut.

I have a Siberian Husky who gets nervous at the groomers and Joan did a fabulous job with her. Sasha has seen her a few times and she always looks so good when she's done. I forgot to give Sasha her calming medicine before her appointment, so Joan helped her calm down before starting. I tipped Joan $100 and she was so grateful. The people here are so nice and really care about your pet. I'm happy to have a groomer I can trust with my fur baby.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. I've been taking my aussie to Dogs Etc for 3 years now. It is always a pleasant experience from booking to picking up my dog. I always use Nicholas as my go-to groomer. My dog isn't a fan of me doing any kind of grooming to him but based on feedback from Nicholas, he is an angel when Nicholas works on him which is the hallmark of an excellent groomer. If you're in SCV and are looking for a regular groomer who you know will take good care of your pet, look no further.
