From the front to the back the assistants are amazing! Got us into a room fast and doctor was in to see us in 5 minutes. The doctor was amazing, she put our fears to rest and even made us laugh. I feel my dog is in trusted and qualified hands. Thank you so much!!!

5 STARS +++ I've been coming here since 2009 for emergencies, surgery and general care. I've tried numerous other vets as I moved to the Valley and then to Ventura County, but have always returned here. The care my numerous furry companions have received here is the best I've ever experienced and it's worth the drive for me. The staff has always been super friendly, compassionate and caring.

If I could give infinite stars I would. My dog was in dyer need and this facility saved her life. I will bring all of my dogs here. I accidentally took her to another place before my mom referred ACV and we were discriminated against and they refused to prioritize my dying dog. I’m so glad I came to all creatures because not only were they understanding but did all they could to see her and prioritized her issue and didn’t assume what they wanted to just to get out of saving her. This is the absolute best place ever, the cleanliness and beauty of the hospital already spoke enough for me but the nurses and doctor made me cry with their amount of care. And they work with you to make it affordable and will do what they can and more to be there for you and your pet. You don’t feel like it’s just another patient coming in, you feel specific and special every time. Thank you to the whole team for being a high quality place

I really liked my recent visit vs past visits where they would just take my pet to the back and I wasn't present for any of it. I've even thought about going to another further vet clinic. But good thing I didn't - because this time, the vet tech came in and examined her in front of me. The vet also examined her in front of me. The vet also explained in detail about his recommendations which didn't happen before. This made it a much more pleasant and stress free experience. Hopefully it's like this again next time I go.

I’ve had fur babies my entire life(30 years) and coming to you guys was the best vet experience I’ve had. Thank you for taking care of my Baby during an emergency. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely be back for her future care! 15/10 service!

Great service, loved that they had weekend availability and last minute availability! Works great with my work schedule, very happy to have found All Creatures Veterinary Center. I have already referred one of my puppies littermates there. :)

This place has really changed up! As soon as I walked into the clinic I noticed just a different atmosphere. I would come here only for emergencies when nothing else is open, but after my last visit I am going to be making All Creatures my regular vet. The staff was so kind and welcoming from the receptionist to the vet techs to the doctors. Thank you for taking care of Dominic! We will see you again!!!

Dr Eric Wright seemed to me as a stand up individual that cares about pets and also their owners. Did not withhold any information from us,, laid it all out clearly and answered all my questions patiently..I understand working in the vet field can b stressful but front desk could take some lessons on leaving the attitude at home.

I love your availability to attend my four legs girl. I’ve referred you with my neighbor; she has two dogs, and she might be calling you to set up an appointment. Thank you again 😊

We arrived from their sister clinic nearly an hour away because they said our dog needed immediate care, and that they could take us right away. After four hours of waiting, we checked back to see how much longer it would be. They had lost our paperwork and said they could put us on a waiting list again to be seen in a couple hours. Tried charging us $700+ just to be seen. When we said we’d like to take him home and watch him for the next 24 hours before we decide what to do, they recommended treatment that would be $260, why would they not offer that first? Thankfully our sweet fur baby seems to feel a lot better now, but the lost paperwork, wait times, and ridiculously high prices really made the experience hell. Do not bring your pets here.

Our dog Tyson has been ill for several days and late yesterday evening he could barely walk. I called the Vet Center which is open 24 hours and we took him in. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Zack was very good with Tyson and made us all feel at ease. The doctor knew Tyson was suffering from a bad skin allergy and ear infection and provided a good diagnosis and medication which helped right away. Today, Tyson is much improved, eating, and finally able to walk down the stairs without limping. He appears almost back to his normal self, but we are keeping a close watch on him. I gave a 4 star because the prices are just as high as other animal clinics, but I guess that is to be expected.

We truly appreciate your team at All Creatures! Our recent experience of getting our kitty’s health stabilized was wonderful. We were so concerned we were losing Flynn. He is back to his old self and we are so grateful! 🙏We would highly recommend All Creatures! They are very caring and have been excellent in their care and treatment of our little friend! 🐾

where do i start. the worst experience i have ever encountered. so here is my story, on aug 1st i call them up and tell them my dog is having trouble breathing and she has snot and blood in her nose and they said to bring her in right away. so i get there and tell them again that she has blood and snot in her nose and cant breathe. the girl takes her from me and goes in the back not 30 seconds later she comes back out and says before we look at her we need a deposit of 500 to 600 hundred dollars. i said ok. so she goes in the back and not 2 minutes later she comes back out and asks me if she has had any trauma done to her nose and i said not that i know of why? cuz she has blood all around it and i laughed and said thats what i told you when i brought her in 5 minutes ago. then she goes in the back again and not 5 minutes later shes back out and has this paper with an estimate on it and before they can start giving her injections they need a deposit of 2500 dollars that is the low end the high end was $3100. so i said ok. so they finally went to work on my dog. hours later they tell me that she needs to stay and that they are gonna put her in a oxygen box to help her breathe. so now a couple days go by and my dog is the same. the doctor says to me its a miracle she is alive. so i stop by before work on friday and she isnt doing good at all. i go to work and stop by on my way home and walk over to the box and she gets up and walks over to me and she is like all better. im like what happened what did you guys do? one of the girls tells me oh we were cleaning out her nose and she blew out a big snot. im like you guys just cleaned her nose out today 2 days later? and she is like yes were we suppose to clean it some other time. at this point i am not to happy. i go home and call them a few hours later and ask if she can go home and they said yes. how does a dog go from being a miracle to be alive to going home 6 hours later the same day? cua they finally cleaned her nose thats why. 2 days to clean her nose and barely alive and charge me 2500 dollars for what? this place is the biggest rip off and would not suggest anyone to go there. btw my dog now is no longer alive i had to put her down a week later cuz when she came home she didnt eat anything was throwing up was in real bad shape. so they send my dog home saying she is better and now she is gone a week later. i swear if i could take them to court i would do it in a heart beat. avoid lilian at all costs she is the manager there and she tried to tell me what was wrong with my dog by looking at paperwork. she never saw my dog or talked to anybody and she is trying to tell me about what was going on with my dog. she could care less about your pets its all about the money. never again. if i could give negative 10 stars i would.

They were very sweet, from the front desk to the doctor. They didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need. I could tell they really cared about the animals.

My husband and I recently brought our kitten to All Creatures for an emergency. The staff was very empathetic and made a point to make sure we understood what was going on. We never felt like we were left in the dark when it came to diagnosis or treatment. We felt comfortable leaving our fur baby overnight and received multiple updates. We could tell the staff loved her like she was their own and are passionate about what they do. Wait times were not bad considering it is one of the only emergency vets in the area. The intake process was very streamlined and we never felt like we were forgotten about.

My experiences seeking veterinary care in Santa Clarita had been extremely disappointing. I was preparing to move overseas and needed the required examinations and documentation for my cat to travel. It is easy enough to find a USDA-qualified vet who can do the exam, but the paperwork is detailed and must be done in a specific time window. I had already missed one opportunity to transport my cat because of a practice that was not experienced or competent in international health certification. The staff at All Creatures was not only helpful and accommodating, but they proved that they had the ability to meet all the requirements and obtain the certificates on time (Dr. Mejia regularly travels with her own pets, so she knows what to do). My cat loves her new overseas home, and I’m grateful to the vets and staff at All Creatures. My only regret is that I had not discovered this practice sooner.

Excellent caring staff. Setting up appointment was very smooth. Very attentive to our dogs needs. Vet on duty could have been a little better at interacting w us. All in All this was a wonderful place to take our dog. We had to have him put down and they really made us feel comfortable.

Very satisfied with the care my animals received. Super friendly staff, answered all of my questions and provided additional information I wasn't aware of. Very helpful and nice and went above and beyond what I expected due to past experiences at other vet centers.

I called early this morning saying my dog needed to be seen ASAP. They told me to come in right away and by the time I get their the doctor would be there. They took my dog in right away, they were very sweet to him and made him feel comfortable. Everyone there was nice and helpful. It was a little expensive but it was a normal price. Honestly if you own a dog you better expect to pay for good care. My dog being healthy is very important to me and I’m glad they took care of him so well. If there is another emergency I don’t mind driving out of my area code to their clinic💗

The front desk are very nice, however, in short pricing was much much higher than other vets in the area and by the time I had left I felt very uneasy. Thankfully I called some other vets in the area, and took my small dog else where for a second opinion and treatment, probably saved me at least 2k.In long,I brought my shih tzu in for what I assumed was a UTI, she only had one symptom but it had been persistent for weeks. After answering the assistants questions they took my dog away to let the vet evaluate her (I know this is kind of common now but I feel much better with my pets being evaluated in front of me). The vet came back, casually propped himself up on the counter to sit and says "could be two things, could be bladder stones, or could be a UTI" "I kind of think it's bladder stones since she's had the issue for a while". I asked how we would find out and how much it would cost and he goes "the girls are getting you an estimate" and leaves....I do not see him again the rest of the time there. I begin to look up symptoms for bladder stones and treatments and average cost online. The girl walks in and shows me an estimate for over $800 (just on tests to determine if it's a or b). Heavens know what treatment costs would have been over there. They still have not returned my dog to me and they've left me to "think about it". I begin calling other vets and ask for rough estimates of costs for testing to determine a UTI or bladder stones. Many cannot give me pricing over the phone which I understood, but those who did ball park it for me ball parked between $75-150 to find out. I decline treatment at this vet, they make you sign a document saying you're leaving despite their medical advice and that they've explained the severity of the issue. At this point I'm still thinking it's a UTI since my pup has no other symptoms that would be cause for worry over bladder stones. However I ask, "is this life threatening? Here it says the severity of her possible diagnosis would be explained to me and that has not happened, I'm assuming this is not a life or death thing" she says she'll ask the vet. The vet does not come out to answer the question just tells her "for today, it's fine" very ominous and made me feel very anxious about getting my pup help, and like I was being a bad dog mom for not dropping that kind of money on tests...they did not provide an estimate for possible treatments.I go to another vet (in canyon country by Costco) I do not tell her what the first vet said, just explained the symptoms, she examines my pup in front of me and goes "I can feel a sack of marbles in her belly" (bladder stones)I knew instantly that the previous vet either A. did not do a proper examine (as the internet had said most vets will be able to feel the stones within an exam) and genuinely didn't know if she had stones or B. did a proper examine, felt the stones and chose to still say he didn't know, so he and his team could charge for more tests. I remember thinking it was so strange how casually he came in and how weird it was his first guest was bladder stones when all her symptoms were UTI and if he thought bladder stones why he didn't say it with any confidence, like to him, it was just a coin flip. The x-ray to confirm the stones was half the price of what it would have been at all creatures. All and all my pup needed surgery, and she was excellently cared for by Little Paws (I believe that's the name) it was well worth driving 20-30 minutes away to get an honest and easy experience.

This place is the best. The staff is amazing and you can tell they really care about their patients. Before finding them I had bad experiences with previous vets but here they treat both my cat and my dog with the best care. Dr. Mejia has helped us find effective care plans for my pets and she does great job explaining in terms that I can understand. I will never take my pets elsewhere.

Recently my cat Winston got very sick very quickly. I had called my normal vet center (will not be named) and they told me not to worry about it after explaining the symptoms. However, I was worried still. My cat was not peeing and kept trying to go every three minutes. I called All Creatures and they were so quick to get a spot ready for him - he was in the hospital and being cared for within 30 minutes. They then kept him for a couple days, allowed me to visit and hang out with him, and called me regularly to update me on Winston’s progress. They took SUCH great care of my Winston. I will always and forever take my cats here because I know they’ll be taken care of.

Our first experience here was due to an emergency late one night on the weekend. Doctor was wonderful. Our second experience here was not as wonderful. We called around lunch time to explain what was going on with our dog, and were told to bring him in by 6. We arrived at 4:30 and spoke with Melissa at the front desk. Immediately, she presented herself with no compassion or willingness to hear anything other then what she had to say. We explained that the person we spoke to on the phone told us to come in, and Melissa insisted no one there said that. After going back and forth with her, she spoke with the doctor , and then told us we could wait. While waiting , we had the displeasure of listening to her interact with callers, again presenting herself with zero compassion to callers situations. Our dog was able to see the doctor who was very informative, provide us options and a no bs diagnosis (cancer). After receiving the news of our dog, my husband and I were left to discuss our options. We could hear our boy barking in the back. I asked Melissa to have him brought out to us while my husband and I spoke, and she responded with a “so you want me to get your dog for you”? My suggestion to the owner of this hospital is find more staff like your techs and doctor. To have someone like Melissa representing the business, who lacks any compassion or ability to hear what people are saying is terrible considering this is a emergency hospital, where compassion should be the first qualification for anyone working here.

Beyond impressed with the care, attention and compassion our big boi received. After getting bit by a rattlesnake at 10pm, we brought him to All Creatures. I understand patients are not seen in order of appt, but by how critical they are. It's just like urgent care. They were knowledgeable, quick to act, and honest in the cost. In fact, they gave us a small refund because our dog responded well to the antivenin. My heart is full, my boy is alive and home because of the care he received from the All Creatures Team....

We took our dog to All Creatures Veterinary Center on Tuesday night for an emergency visit. They were all so friendly, explained what was going on, what needed to happen and were very caring towards our dog and us. The veterinarian took time to talk with us and go over the plan and kept us update throughout the night while our dog stayed the night at the vets office. They let us come visit our dog as well as try to feed her, they listened to us. Overall a great experience with All Creatures Veterinary during a very stressful time for us. I highly recommend them and will be switching from my current Vet to All Creatures as they truly care. They allow you in the office during your visit with a mask. I was very impressed.

I came in after regular business hours with my pug Stella who yanked her toe nail out attempting to be agile. The staff was very kind and took Stella from me right away. They were very busy at the time as well so I knew regular intervals to inform me were not possible without stressing everyone out needlessly. But when it settled down they told me she would be fine and I was put in a room went over the bill and got Stella back. I also thought the price for a visiting during emergency hours was more than fair. I would recommend.

... the epitome of kindness: Kallie, Ari, Olivia, and Dr Siegel. They took the time to listen to us and address all of our concerns. Dr Siegel gave us an ample amount of time to ask questions and ensured that we understood everything discussed prior to leaving; there were always options. We do wish our dog could've stayed overnight to continue her treatment - it didn't make sense to us that she'd have to be transported to another hospital for continuity of care. The visit was VERY pricey; however we feel confident that the staff saved our dog's life.
