This is a large 99 cent store, but, beware, prices are all different now... Prices went up 4 cents more so instead of it being $1.25 that it was it's now $1.29... If you have the time, seldomly, will you find items for 99 cents, I found a candy box of dots for that price.

The pirrices at the 99¢ store were not what I expected. There are still a few things that were still 99¢, but not enough to call it the 99¢ store. D .. Now the selection was not really a selection. If you wanted Dog Food, there was only a couple of brands to choose from. If you don't mind taking what ever brands are offered, then this is your go to store. LA.

They sure have changed everything there. For the better. The store is well organized, just like a grocery store. It was pleasurable to go in there the other day. Nice and clean and people were helpful. Thank you for making such a change we can all go into that store, and know that we can get what we need without looking around for it.

Very organized and really friendly staff make this store one of the best 99 cent stores in la county. They never run out of my favorite sodas like the others do either. I would have given it 5 stars, but they have been out of can openers for the last two weeks, so what's up with the restock button on that?

I have fun shopping there. They seem to keep it a lot cleaner. As a shopper I appreciate it.The only thing is some of the prices are more than normal groceries store. I understand that prices have go up. But come on. I think it be called "The joke is on you"

What you'd expect from the 99. Everything is now over one dollar, make sure you peep the tags/stickers.Overall, a fine experience. In and out quickly.10/10 would return bc, well, 10/10 broke these days.

Good parking, clean store, helpful staff. And im always in and out. I go for 1 item and come out with a bad a supplies. Always. I mainly buy arts and craft supplies, all sorts shapes and colors of candles I use for meditating.

I like this place, cause the employees keep the merchandise in the isle straight. Also they keep the store clean. Theres hardly any homeless to bother customers. That is important cause I like to shop in a place where my car or truck is safe. It's a secure feeling.

Everything that we were looking at was so expensive that we might as well just go to a regular store and buy name brand. Little things like isopropyl alcohol was $2.99 and this was at the 99cent store. The black hairties were cheap thank God the super glue is still 99cents. This is why i don't go to the 99cent store.

The prices are ridiculous I'm quite a number of things! But I still shop there all the time got this cheaper than these other crazy stores that have gone crazy with the prices! So I'm still shopping there! They do have some good buys but you got to know your prices.

This 99c Only Store is decent. It's nice and spacious and they have a decent amount of stuff. Each 99c store tends to have lower end quality items or higher end quality items. My issue with this one is that though they have more stuff, it carries a lot of the lower end quality items. I found some great stuff there still, but it's not like the 99c only stores in areas like West Hollywood.My other issue with the store was that the customers and workers were rather off-putting. They weren't mean. They were just cold. People would stand in my way or cut in front of me without any remorse. The person at the register looked surprised when I asked her how her day was going. It's the little things that make the great 99c stores, and this one is lacking in those little things.

This is a '99¢ and up' store in Santa Clarita, CA, just like any other dollar store. However, they are remodelling the store's layout for the better. Now, instead of the long, narrow aisles that run all the way to the back, they have split the aisles half way and now have a center aisle that crosses the store in the center. They also have placed the huge candy selections along the side wall. It is a massive candy wall that will have (probably) any candy you might want. I found Pixie Sticks and Bottle caps! Oops, sugar rushhhhh...

Made a quick stop for snacks before a movie night in. Didnt really shop beyond chips and candy. Store seemed fine from,what I saw. The line was really long because they only had on checker, finally opened a second register.

The plants aren't dead. I was here a week ago and bought some hanging planters and now there is nothing for gardening. Apparently it's seasonal. I also came for gift bags and nothing. The whole store is rearranged and everything I buy no longer exists.

Since this doesnt show me the location, I have to say the one in Van Nuys was a big dirty mess, the one in North Hollywood off of Buena Vista, the cashier who talks too much and takes everyone's basket and walks away with it. She always makes me late for work. Even if I have 3 items, it takes over 5 minutes to check out. I try to avoid going in her line.

This is a nice 99 cent store, though the name is now misleading due to the fact they have a lot over 99 cent, which is a bit disappointing. It nice that this store now carries fresh produce, since these store are usually located a way from or in areas that there's not a grocery store. This selection is well rounded, though its a lot of stuff not build to last, so keep that in mind when purchasing those "great deals", and due pay attention, because a lot of items that should clearly be priced at 99 cent are going to be a lot more.

It is what it is. The quintessential dollar store. If you are a careful shopper you can get some good deals, but if not you can get ripped off. I used to but mushrooms here, but they were so close to there best by date that if you didn't use them immediately they would go back. However they have many Pepsi 2 liter products for just 99 cents. So you don't have to wait for the grocery store to have a sale.I would say the Pepsi, the snacks and the soups are the reason I shop here more than anything else.

While it is true many items have increased from their original 99 Cents. You will still find some incredible bargains, you simply have to look for them. Good news is that they are not all created equal. You may find an incredible deal at one place but not another. Just keep a sharp eye out.

I had an hour to kill and remembered seeing this store. It is at a super busy spot with a school nearby and people reving up for the I-5 on ramps. BUT... I have been in (all?) a lot of 99 cent stores and this one had a HUGE selection of GOOD stuff. I spent well over an hour and only made it to the truck before i went back for "a few more things" haa Use your head entering and exiting. Enjoy

Fast friendly staff. This store can and does get busy. Has everything from fruits & veggies, house hold goods, toiletries, hair products, toys, dishes, party supplies and tons off 99 cent food. Good place to stretch a buck.
