Without a doubt one of the worst home depots I've ever been too. from the parking where there are dozens of sketchy homeless looking guys looking for work, to carless drivers who don't care about scratching or denting your truck or car as they park or leave. Most of the workers/ "associates" are decent but whoever runs the store needs to work on keeping popular products stocked up, I'm sure that's no an easy thing but this store is horrible about it. Then there's the fact that everything a contractor needs is in a cage, so the shopper has to find an " associate" if you can ! And wait for it to be opened then go to the pro area to pick up and pay, ridiculous! First off just get rid of the gangs hanging out in the parking lot and that would cut you losses to theft in half, it would also make using your restrooms a bit more comfortable.

The best thing I like about this location is the customer service. Went there couple of times and had some queries , spoke to 3 different people in 3 departments and all of them gave the right information.In general Home Depot is a humongous collection of items and you get every single thing at any location starting from Nail to roof

Definitely give Zero to this kids workshop. Even though you made reservation online, even though you waited in line for more than 30 minutes, you will get NOTHINGS!!! Home Depot staffs, do you hear children's cries of disappointment? What is the meaning of registering online in advance? If you do not have enough in stock then DO NOT open such many reservations! Learn from Lowe’s okay?

This Home Depot is typical to the rest you’ll find the bay area. The other stuff is friendly and courteous they don’t know where anything is. Asking long did you mark flus and I’ll like taking longer to do anything. I came to find some plants for my garden I found a bunch of different kind of plants for my garden. The next time I come I will make a list of what I actually am looking for. There are too many to choose from. Maybe next time I will be more selective and pick the right ones. But this time I chose lemon fine and some hot oregano and maybe some lavender. I also looked at the hot banana pepper tree and also the extra hot pepper. But I think the lemon and lime trees that I picked out should be pretty good choices for the upcoming fall season. They also have fig trees which look pretty good I think I’m going to eat one. My favorite part of this trip was all the sights and smells. But trying to find something in a bookstore like this is almost impossible.

I understand Home Depot needs to look after themselves, but I feel half of the stuff in this store is locked up. Not a fun shopping experience. It's really sad the state everything is in now.

I was in on Saturday picking up a new angle grinder from Isle 11. Ryan R help me grab the item behind the gates and helped me through checkout. Ended up finding that i can get a free battery with the purchase. Ryan R help me cancel my purchase, pick out a new battery and get me through my new purchase.

Stopped in yesterday for some butane and needed someone to unlock the case so I can buy it. Told a person up front who called in over the intercom and no one came. After 5 minutes of standing there I ask another person waiting in the same isle and she was waiting there already for about 10 minutes. I'd recommend management/owners to fix this issue since I ended up just leaving and you effectively lost a purchase do to inaction of your employees.

Today, I mean this afternoon,the Young short Asian female cashier’s service is terrible! She thought I’m an Asian, so she thought I don’t understand English. She speak the names of items 1 by 1, if I don’t follow her to tell the name she just don’t wanna help me to check out,eg. “Tape, you don’t know you buy a tape?…” Dear Homedepot, lift the salary and let them treat your customers better, please!

Paying hand truck ask if they put some air in tires tolled them I was in a big rig lady at check out said tool rent mite help with that guy at tool look for the air chuck put cont find one so he ask manger she didn't no where was I said I'd by one no problem so I did then when get back to tool rent guy said no I can't put air in tires now I ask why he all of a sudden got reel rude and sneard at me and I most not ben clean with you my manager we cannot I like most Depots this one not so much 3--11-24 5pm

We have a new kitchen project and we went to this store to find parts for our sink plumbing pipes. Brendan and Jordan are super helpful. They know every single product of plumbing section so well. It’s like doing a puzzle to find the right parts and put the whole system together. They are not only knowledgeable but smart and thoughtful . Ian is also a big help on answering all our questions. We’re very grateful to the services they provided to us. Thank you Home Depot!

It’s local and convenient. Customer service is subpar compared to other locations and establishments such as Lowe’s. Overall, an average place to shop for building materials, supplies and such as they usually have the basic things you need for a DIY project.

I can honestly say I can never get help at this location. It’s a minimum 15 minute wait just to try to get wire. I asked the store supervisor if I can get some help because apparently she can’t help me. I understand a bunch of criminals come in here and steal a bunch of stuff but now it makes my job a whole lot harder because I can’t get what I need. I literally walked out because I couldn’t get the material I needed because no one was around. I walk down 10 isles without seeing one single worker.

Michael P. & Kathryn in customer service are so generous and kind. They personally delivered an arm chair to my elderly mother who had ordered it but had no way of picking it up. I called and explained the situation to Michael and he assured me he would take care of it. I do not live in the area and couldn’t help out. They brought it all the way into her assisted living apartment. This was a huge relief to me and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you!!

This store make you wait forever to get help. Some staff really tried hard to help customers. But few staff will deny simply because they are new Or they belong to different departments. The store is good itself if you don’t have any questions.

Excellent customer service and very convenient location, awesome garden collection. I am giving 4 star bcoz i went there to buy "Mrs Myers " cleaning product and they did not have any or may be they do not carry it.So thats why 4/5 stars!!
