Brought my cat for the first time. Fast appt scheduling, friendly service and quick turn around. Cool shop and reasonable pricing. Will be going back again. Cat was clean and relaxed during pick up.

Not a place for larger dogs. Our 1yo Bernese was turned away after a few visits here, they are “unable to accommodate” him. Although I always liked this place I thinks it’s fair I share my experience. This was not a 5 star establishment, 5 stars means they can handle any and all dogs in any and all conditions. Not the case here. Few dogs are “trained” specially to go to groomers like few children are “trained” to go to day care. We expect day care professionals to handle our children, and we expect dog care professionals to handle our pups. Nice people, no complaints about the place, just that our dog always came home half finished, every time.

Suzy has finally found a pup salon that makes her look gorgeous!! I guess grooming a bichon takes very special skills...it’s taken almost 2 years to find this great place. Getting to play with the other dogs is a total perk.Thanks to Buddy’s Dad for telling us about Sarah’s.🐾🐾😊

Sara does excellent grooming of our toy poodle. We have a special cut and she does well with it. Jovert loves his play date with the other big dogs like him too😄!

I have traveled over 200 miles to have Sarah groom my dogs - for over 20-30 years or so it seems - She started in Brunswick one door down from Brunswick Vet - I had a Malamute Xross F1Wolf Rescue and even in a muzzle there were standing orders at the vet to Ace her to calm her down if needed - Sarah NEVER had to use that - and inside a year, that dog would JUMP out of the truck to get in to see her. She's taken care of EVERY dog I've had from then through 'now' - from Toy Poodles through HUGE Alaskan Malamutes, Huskies, Siberians, AmStats, Pit Xrosses, McKenzie Rivers, Eurohounds - NEVER a problem. ONCE I had another groomer THROW a dog at me and tell me to NEVER come back again when Sarah was not able to squeeze me in (my fault, forgot my appointment) - ALL nails were cut below the quick, and still bleeding, her coat was like a 2 year old did the trim - and she had not been washed - and the groomer SCREAMED 'If you don't get her out of here NOW, I'm calling the cops and Animal Control!!!" four days later Sarah could take the dog, who went in wiggle-wagging her body and tail (yeah, not a nice mental image for an Alaskan Husky) , and did a spectacular job fixing the butcher job done by the other groomer. I can say, without ANY hesitancy, that Sarah is one of only two of THE most exceptional groomers I have ever been to - and I've owned dogs longer than most people have been alive. I like 'independent' dogs who know their own mind - and Sarah has NEVER had trouble with ANY of them. I'd call her a 'Dog Talker' only I don't intellectually know what that means. She sure has had her Magic work with some of the most difficult and BRIGHTLY independent dogs around. Five stars is not enough for this magnificent groomer!

Sarah is the absolute best. Love how she doesn't cage the dogs. I have a extremely hard to groom yorkie and she has worked with him and he is doing much better. I bring my dogs from Lincoln to her!

Gizmo the perfect black Pomeranian has been coming here for the last year. The staff always make him look amazing and he doesn't mind going even though he hates bath time. Thanks for always making him look spectacular every month.
