The clinic is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. The Dr. was kind and took her time explaining everything to me. She was gentle with my kitty and didn't rush through the appointment. We are now part of the Four Paws family.

With most of the vets it town being bought out by the same corporation, insistent on raising prices & forcing unnecessary procedures... it was a real breath of fresh air to find Four Paws. They were warm & kind, the office is clean and inviting, and full of art by local artists. You can tell that this vet is proud to be a helpful and welcoming part of the community. They patiently explained all my dog's issues that the last vet didn't bother communicating, and I left feeling like my pup is in great hands.

My daughter took her cat 🐈‍⬛ shadow ! They are very attentive and know how to care for the fur babies and fur baby parents 💜 she was nervous - my daughter was and the staff was very calming .. just a really nice place !

Our first time here with our kitty was wonderful! Dr. Lester and staff were thorough, knowledgeable, kind, cheerful, chill, personable and more. They explained everything in detail, repeating with grace what we didn't quite grasp the first time. We were impressed, and reassured that our new adoptee was in really good hands!

There are two sides to every story... I wish not to broadcast mine on google reviews... How very unprofessional of Four Paws animal Clinic to this and not to move on and learn from this experince. I don't appreciate you telling details about the incident that caused my pup terrible pain while she was in your care...My husband was there and relayed the horrible details to me. You are right I will never know the truth because my husband was not allowed in the exam room while my pup was in your care. For the comment about your staff being well trained...I'm not convinced that statement.

I’ve been taking my kitties here for a couple years and have never had any issues. One time Dr. Murphy saw my kitty on an emergency basis, immediately diagnosed her and gave me the specific info on what to do.

My Dad’s old Lab, Toby has multiple age related health problems. Dr Murphy and her staff were so kind and gentle with Toby and my Dad. Toby is recieving excellent care, and should be good to go for a few more years. We are so happy to have found a new veterinarian for Toby. Side note, this vet clinic is beautiful!

I honestly thought the woman vet here was off her rocker. I didn't trust her judgment but went along with it because she was the doctor. I believe her treatment of my kitty cat caused the poor creature more pain and discomfort than was necessary. Needless to say the cat died. I'd recommend you go to another vet and NOT four paws.

If I could give zero stars for the zero “effs” they gave about a stray dog in an emergency situation we brought to you for help, I would.Btw that dog that you barely looked at because you were worried “it has something” (the entire purpose of your profession), has severely ingrown toenails that are probably infected and we would have PAID you for the service. Not to mention the health checks she needs.I know COVID has made the world a sketchy place, and everyone is worried about their health, but let’s not punish the animals that are still, maybe more than ever, being abandoned, neglected or abused. So disappointing. So inhumane.

My dog needed to have 2 stitches out from his lip. Girl who answered the phone saud they needed his records faxed over. Then she found out that he's not a regular patient and wasn't sure they would do it at all!!! Wth?
