On our way out of CA to see some national parks but needed a break from driving.This was a very comfortable stay with friendly staff and clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast was incredible for the kids.Would recommend.Safety: The parking lot is monitored 24 hours and staff at entrance to observe who is coming in and out.

This is right off the freeway. Very easy to find. Once here the people were VERY nice and helpful. Told us how to get to the WagonWheel so we had a great dinner. The room was very nice. All the comforts of home. I’d recommend this hotel to everyone. They had coffee downstairs 24/7. And breakfast the next morning. A very nice experience

Clean room. Beautiful hotel looks new. Hot shower. Pleasant staff both night and day. Hot food. Feather pillows were our only complaint. My kid is allergic to feather pillows and there weren’t any other pillows in the room. We just covered them with a blanket and went to bed. Even tho the road is close we did not hear anything while sleeping. If I ever come through here again I will be sleeping here.

On our way for a weeklong vacation in Sedona and decided to stop in Needles for a little break on our drive. We looked on Expedia to find a good hotel in needles. This is probably our best choice. The service was great. Our check-in was awesome. The food in the breakfast was OK typical. Coffee was good fresh. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re passing through Needles. And go eat at the wagon wheel for dinner.

They are located right off the highway, near some good food and even better people. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a swift check in by the the staff. The rooms are very clean and modern with a cozy feel without the cozy size. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m out this way. A++Rooms: Very clean and up to date really big TV which is always a plus and fast internet.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise when it came to ambience and amenities. When we were here, the hotel was quiet and clean. The front desk associates were kind and helpful. The breakfast is yummy and there are many options! Better yet, they made sure the food was well stocked and the area was clean. My favorite part about this hotel was the gym. Even though I didn’t get to use it, I’ve used many a hotel gym and this one takes the cake for chain hotel gyms. There were high quality cardio machines, full weight sets and a multi-purpose cable machine! I was sad I couldn’t use it, but was happy I got to stay in this hotel! If you’re in needles, this hotel is a must-stay.

We rated this hotel two stars, partly because it's a fairly new location. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. The weekend and night staff were nice, but the regular weekday staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. We initially planned to stay for a month, but after a week, we felt so unwelcome that we had to relocate to another Hampton Inn, which was a major inconvenience for us.As Hilton members who frequently visit Hampton Inn locations, we noticed several major issues:1. Breakfast Timing: At this location, breakfast was served from 6-9 AM on weekdays, unlike the usual 6-10 AM. This change was puzzling and inconvenient.2. Key Card Issues: During our week-long stay, our key cards were disabled five times. We experienced this issue each time we returned to our room on the 3rd floor. When we inquired about it, the staff suggested it was due to keeping the cards near our phones, which wasn't true. We've never had such issues with key cards at other Hilton hotels in the past decade.3. Room Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the room was dusty, and the sheets looked very used and needed replacement. We requested cleaning multiple times, but it only happened once. The staff often responded to our requests by saying we needed to ask a day in advance, but we did exactly that for three consecutive days without any result. When they finally cleaned, the bathroom remained dirty, and it seemed like they only changed the towels and sheets without proper cleaning or dusting.4. Weekday Morning Front Desk Staff Behavior: The front desk staff were unapproachable and very unprofessional. Their attitude towards clients, especially when responding to simple requests, was inappropriate. The staff instead of focusing on their lacking service they stand around mumbling and socializing with each other. They need training in hospitality and how to interact with guests properly.This experience was a significant departure from the high standards we've experienced at other Hilton hotels. It seems to be an issue specific to the management of this branch, not Hilton as a whole. Aside from all the negatives this location was new, it is decorated and presented very well but unfortunately the service was not there.

Jesse’s big warm smile was wonderful to see after a long time on the road. Lobby and rooms are cute and clean. I especially loved the dark shades on the window. April was a wonderful host at breakfast. Lots of options for breakfast but make sure you get down there before 9! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Grand Canyon!

This is a pretty great hotel that's dog friendly, clean, generically stylish, and has great finishing touches that seem really thoughtful. The bathroom sink is set to the side which turns out to be pretty convenient. I like the way the towels are prominently available and there's great soap dispensers. There's a fridge with a freezer in the room and microwave. There's plenty of USB ports for charging and the lighting is decent. There's four pillows on each bed and they're pretty comfortable.

From the start Jesse was wonderful and welcoming? Rooms were clean. Only bummer was we could hear the person next door snoring. Shower was great! Free breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly especially April and Jesse!Nearby activities: Nice stop on the way to West rim!

Staff: every staff member I interacted was super-friendly and helpful.Parking- they let me park right by the entrance, allowing me to check on my u-haul better and feel safer about traveling.Carts for luggage were readily accessible.Room- super clean and modern. Wifi worked great. For 118 degree weather outside, it was nice and cool- not cold- inside. My room faced a highway- no issues with noise at all.Pizza joint a few steps away from the hotel. A little pricey but not bad.And the breakfast spread was standard but great food- eggs, links, potatoes, waffles, fruit and cereal. The coffee station was great. Included a tea area, too.Totally recommended.Rooms: Clean, well stocked, modern. Especially the bathroom.Safety: Great. Well-lit, night staff told me the police pass by regularly to make sure things stay good.

Room as clean and it looks fairly new. Service was good nothing special. They have an acceptable set of gym equipment for a hotel. Free breakfast has standard, but good option of selection. Nothing special about the location, but I think it is the best looking hotel around there. It is near the Colorado river so that is a plus.Rooms: Clean and fairly new. Nice looking hotel.Nearby activities: Colorado river for a leisure dip in the water.Food & drinks: There is the next door pizza joint and convenient store.

Top notch hotel. We arrived without a reservation at nearly 2 in the morning and Richard was amazing. Sincere, professional and polite, Richard got me registered for their Hilton Honors program and registered into a room quickly.The room was spotless and so comfortable. The bed comfy, the bathroom nearly sparkled with cleanliness. The towels were soft and absorbent and big.The breakfast the following morning was plentiful and delicious.Kudos to all who make that property work. Especially to Richard for being so great, especially at 2 amRooms: The rooms are tastefully appointed with big fluffy towels and comfy beds. Also, the biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room.Food & drinks: Breakfast was delicious and bountiful.Noteworthy details: Richard, overnight at the front desk, couldn't have been any better. Kind, personable, and professional. Everyone should have a Richard at their front desk.

I’m a Hilton honors member. I stopped by this location for my 9 year old child to use the restroom. A young girl with Locs told my son he could use the restroom a the manager I’m assuming, cut her off and told my son No! he CANNOT USE THE RESTROOM TF! So son comes out say mom they being races to me. So I went in asked my child can’t use the restroom? He used it last month? Whole attitude well this time he can. Then I say where is it? She then proceeds to say well I thought you were in here two weeks ago I said WHAT? I said month ago and why does that matter if you just said yes? Walked out with attitude to my car. Come back in a worker smiled at me so I walked up to her and said if I came off wrong I apologize but that’s a child, my child he couldn’t use the restroom? She explain and said we said to GO across street to pizza parlor. A child? I asked ….. I respected that n the mist of talking to this worker the damn manger comes out inserted herself and aggressively said you walked out turning your head tryna get reaction out of me. I didn’t even pay her no mind I looked at the worker and said thank you have a good day! She def wanted a reaction but I didn’t even give eye contact! But I refused the be in a place where they treat children such a way.

I've been to Needles for work many times and this is best hotel I've stayed at. Well lit, very clean and a wonderful breakfast. The lobby is welcoming and staff was so great. I will definitely stay here again.Safety: Well lit inside and outside the building.Food & drinks: Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices for breakfast and coffee all day. A good breakfast place nearby.
