This is a single story moral in Needles, CA, just on the state line with Arizona. If you drive north, you soon get to Laughlin, NV, with many casinos. It's a welcome stop to escape the summer heat. It has handicapped parking spaces. The internet was super fast and free.Walkability: Not in a walkable location.

Needs a lot of work.$80 dollars the night is too much for this type of hotel.. more like a motel, really. The stairs are literally old, soft, wet wood that I wouldn't be surprised if someone would have an accident one day. The rooms are ok but also old and the carpet dirty smell over powered the whole room. The bathroom had mold and the towels disgusting dirty with brown a.d black spots on it.

Tried to stay here, booked ahead online. I usually like Wyndham motels, nicer than the 6 and take dogs. However after talking to the Indian Lady at the front desk I wouldn't stay here if it was free. I canceled my booking and went elsewhere. She didn't seem to care - great business strategy...

Charged $26 more than advertised, did not honored AARP or AAA discount, misuse if other hotel chain name. Room stinking with overpowered cheap room odorizers and sprays. Bathroom is falling apart from shower head to poor drainage to missing caulking. Bed is super hard with stained linen placed at foot if bed to conceal. Instead of resting night, it was torture. I wish they take off the second part if the hotel's name for it for it lures customers in.

Do not stay in this place, it was nasty, the lady at the desk has an attitude out of this world. We had to pay a $100 deposit. The room was supposed to be 69.99 it ended up being $81 and it was nasty. See the pictures attached. she checked the room before we left. Ann handed me some Vaseline that was behind the toilet pass this place by.

Bathtub was real dirty and rusty. The drain and the pipe where the water comes out was all resting. Had bright stuff all over it. I did not even take a shower I did not want to go near itRooms: Is very gross bad tubFood & drinks: Not many choices to eat around just too fast food restaurants

My photos will tell you all you need to know.Yes its a old place could use some updating. Maybe new cleaners and some new sheets. Stains on sheets and tables have cup rings and sauce on them that were not wiped off,back of toilet dirty that I cleaned myself . If your looking for a quick shower and some running water I guess it will work. Oh the sound of water you heard all night running.

Rooms that are clean and continental breakfast is good good place to go and affordable pet friendly and there's a dog park right across the street and a Dollar general if you need to getNoteworthy details: No jacuzzi and the pool is empty

The pet fee is insanely high more than Las Vegas resorts. The pet fee alone almost doubled the price of the room. After check in the owner went and literally stood at the door to our room to verify we aren’t sneaking in extra people or pets. They stare as you unload your vehicle. The owners are a married couple that very obviously live in the motel and run the whole place. They do all positions to avoid hiring people and spending money. Free breakfast is cold boiled eggs in a fridge that were probably boiled last week. My elderly father tried to take two eggs back and eat in the room and the wife got up and yelled at him saying he wasn’t aloud and literally grabbed the eggs and put them back in the fridge. THATS RIGHT THEY ARE SO CHEAP THEY WILL FIGHT YOU OVER OLD BOILED EGGS. The level of greed and penny pinching is so extreme it’s comical. They are very argumentative and love to say “I don’t make the rules I’m just an employee” yet they live there.The blankets and beds are stained, the shower does not get hot. I’ve stayed at plenty of cheap motels I didn’t expect much, but this was insane.All night I wished I went to the Motel 6 next door.

My family and I stayed in room 111 on our road trip. Our bed was really comfy and looked new. The room, sheets, and towels were all nice and clean. Our room had flooring not carpeting, which we prefer. And the AC worked well. We also appreciated the continental breakfast. The front desk staff was very pleasant. We would happily come back here again.Yes, this motel could use renovations on the outside and there are small imperfections on the inside, but it was definitely clean with new beds, furnishings, and flooring on the inside. It is a good value.

I was charged extra fees (taxes and a pet fee) not stated upon booking online. I requested a room with a bathtub at check-in and the woman told me she didn't know which rooms had tubs and that there was no way for her to find out. The pool was closed, also not mentioned upon booking. The side table light did not work. There was a used washcloth left in the shower and there were bloody boogers on the shower curtain. The mini fridge froze my leftover pizza and the "breakfast" was pitiful. All for $120 for one night. I wish I had stayed across the street at the Motel 6, which looked much nicer and its pool was open and clean.

The lady in the reception was nice, and the breakfast had a pancake machine so that was fun :PThe room was not nice at all, it had stains and missing covers for the outlets, thats a thing that cost 2.50 to fix.The pool was closed "for winter". But it being 40 C or 104 F it didn't feel like winter to me. Quiet area, Dollar General next door for supplies.

At first, this place seemed to be what I paid for and average at best. The room was okay, but I had plenty of space. I stayed in Needles for 4 days because of car trouble.The staff here was INCREDIBLE! I mainly interacted with Karen, who was sweet, resourceful, and went out of her way to provide above and beyond service during my stay. I had a strange power surge that cut the cable tv off in my room and she went through her troubleshooting steps and got me back to watching my dumb shows in no time! As for the Indian gentleman (sorry brother, don't think we ever exchanged names), he helped me with this dryer fiasco and was nothing short of friendly with an answer to all of my questions.Also, the location of the hotel is pretty safe! There's a dog park across the street with really nice locals, it's by the highway bitt also somewhat out of the way to deter most of the unwanted traffic. I'd recommend this place if you're passing through needles and need a place to crash. Thanks again to the friendly staff!

We got there pretty late, the man at the desk was so respectful and full of energy. It was refreshing. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. The next to morning we go breakfast, everything was set up nicely. We had three children, age ranging from 8 months old to 7 years old. They had a little bit of everything offered at breakfast, was able to feed my 8 month old yogurt and the other two girls had pancakes. Over all just a really good hotel. Had no issues at all.

Was gave a dirty room first time , second room I was assigned was clean but bed was not comfy but what do want for a 100.00 these days. Night attending was snappy and rude I felt like when I checked in . The breakfast area in the morning had almost no light and was not inviting. So if you are looking a place to get out of the car and don't care about much of anything else it will work but next time I will drive another 30 min down the road or stay across the street at motel 6 .

It's a place to sleep, shower eat and get back on the road. The room was clean and free from the smell of smoke and pets. The check-in was easy. The wonderful lady who helped me was so kind and polite. Full of life and smiles. Water pressure made for a good shower. They did have an early morning complimentary breakfast. Coffe,tea little tiny pancakes made with the pancake maker. Fruit etc for road travel it works for price and the need for sleep

It appears that they are doing renovation to the rooms. The bed was very comfortable floor was new along with paint. The property was very quiet. The owner at front desk had a great personality she also was very sweet and helpful. I was traveling from Kansas to California for work. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this property

I always make it a point to stay here. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. The room was quiet and comfortable. I have never had any problems here and I hope to stay here again.December, 2022 update:Regrettably, they no longer accept more than 2 dogs. That had been one of the main selling points for me. I won't be staying here any longer as I have 3 dogs. This was never a problem in the past but their policy has changed.

I stayed in room 139. I came in late and wasn't expecting much but overall it was a really nice experience. The shower was powerful and water hot. The bed was comfy and the staff I dealt with were all very pleasant. Yes the place could use a little remodeling on the outside but the room I had was great. No issues and looked new on the inside. This isn't the cheapest place in the area but the breakfast in the morning more then made up the difference. The breakfast area had pancakes, oatmeal, so on. If you have a family, then you know how expensive it can be to go out to eat. Overall I would be more than happy to come back here again.

I had made a reservation online for a certain price. Went to check in they said they didn't have my information... So the guy took it down. The room looked like it was mid renovation. There was dirt and debris on the floor. There was nail polish on the sheets. My partner convinced me to stay, because we had traveled almost 24hrs straight. I think I was too exhausted to even be fully freaked out by the fact the room nextdoor looked like someone had kicked in the door. Anyways come check out time. They charged me over double! For that disgusting room. I didn't argue, the lady checking me out was nice, I just paid and got outta there. I don't think I ever want to step foot in that town again.
