Every time we shop at Restore we get great value and a great experience. Today at the National City location the gentleman who answered the phone and helped us find, buy and load a washer and dryer was super fast, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely check here first for next project, especially since he told us we can check availability at either store online. And the cause couldn't be any more worthwhile.

A very large clean store with large items. Large selection. There price tags are large but. They take 15% to 50% off ticket price for the items there some amount of time. Any item there over 4 weeks is 50% off and every 100$ spent is automatically 15% off. I hadn't known till I checked out. My monkey 🐒 picture was 25.00 and at check out was only $12.50. So I was pleasantly surprised. Was meant to be. Everything I saw was of high quality. And they are one of a kind pieces. I believe donations are for charity work as well. So I had a pretty good experience. I've been wanting to go and I'm gonna go again

This location is just OK but I’m taking away one star because they took away the bathroom for customers. The convoy location still has a bathroom available for customers. I’m not sure why this one took it away.

We are from out of state and recently visited the store. The staff there are friendly and helpful. We purchased a small kitchen cabinet and a granite counter top. It was well worth the time, energy and the deeply discounted cost to visit the store. We will be back again should another need arise.

Lots of variety, well sorted inventory. A reclaimer's dream. 95% used items at really good prices. The few new items are also really good deals, but are only a few items that were overstock, so it will probably change often.

This place is a great place, I was making a donation at the National City store, I was helped by Junior, Great guy, very helpful, Junior told me how much donations benefit San Diego Habitat, I learned alot about this place, I will be back to donate more and of course to see whats for sale, great items and Great prices!!

Was cleaning a bathroom light fixtures glass cover ,for my three section vanity mirror and accidentally broke it. Home Depot no longer sells the replacement glass. Would have $42.00 to replace new light fixture with glass. Went to the National ReStore got the replacement glass fo $2.00 it’s worth the trip

Altho I didn't find what I INITIALLY was looking for, I DID unexpectedly find a specific paint I needed. However Lee (one of the worker's) help was especially appreciated. He helped me find all 5 cans that were located on 2 different shelves and load them in my car.

RESTROOM OUT OF ORDER OR JUST NOT FOR CUSTOMERS!?!? Stopped by "in military unform" to use the restroom and do some posible shopping and ask about volunteering as i had volunteered there in the past. By my appearance i was obviously not a vagrant looking to ttash thier bathroom. The lady at the front was nice but told me that the restroom was not for customers but i told her that i was not a customer but wanted to volunteer for community hours. She told me to talk to Bridget at the counter. Bridget then yells me that the restroom was out of order so i walk out and tell the nice lady that Bridget says its "out of order". Held my demeanor until i got out to the car to write this review. Went to Emmas Pancakes across the street where i was treated with more respect.

Compared to other habitat for humanity locations This is by far the worst of them. They are not open to negotiations.Is very sad as a customer you are visiting these places expecting to get a good deal and it's a given that bargain is part of the experience. But sadly this location is not. No wonder they are always empty.

Hey talking about a beautiful place to go shopping in everything is nice and clean but the prices is unbelievably High you can get brand new stuff brand spanking you in the store cheaper than the junk that they're pushing but never mind the place is nice and clean

They used to have a place in Mission Valley and now apparently there's one in Kearny Mesa but I saw this one off the freeway in National City. Great deals if you need construction stuff and a lot of it is new.
