I specifically asked twice, once on the phone appointment and again to the consultant in person that I did not want my dogs nails buffed as he has a bad reaction to the vibration. Nonetheless the lady did not listen and proceeded to use the buffing. I was very upset that this lack of customer care and listening is allowed.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, today would be the day. My 5-year-old Chihuahua, which is the complete opposite of a typical Chihuahua, came to get his nails trimmed. Like he has for years 3 + years here. TODAY IS THE LAST! Samantha, the groomer, would not take him back without him walking thru thru the gate. He is nervous because previously his TAIL was BROKEN by a groomer. So since he would not walk and cowered, she DRUG HIM THRU THE GATE CHOAKING HIM. It didn't stop, then during her 7-point inspection, HE WAS CONTINOUSLY BEING CHOAKED. But then, to give me the paperwork, it was okay for her to pick him up. Talk about contradiction, make him walk choking and suffering to then pick him up to do another thing. Management April, just unm humed me so since I know NOTHING is going to be done or said. CORPORATE WILL BE HEARING FROM ME.

Make sure your dog is in 100% good health or else you’ll need a note from the vet. Better yet they’ll tell you everything wrong with your dog because they are veterinarians & know your dog’s history by looking at them. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment just to be turned away. Won’t be returning to this location.Update: Ended up taking my dog to the vet. He was 100% healthy & said he did not have that illness that is going around. What a waste of my day off & how dare these groomers try to say my dog is ill.

My dog went to get groomed , and when I picked him up he was all shaved up not what I had asked for . I was under the impression he would still have a short coat not completely shaved off . The cut was not what I expected at all . And the worse part was the groomer didn’t call to ask if it was ok to shave my poor 5 month old puppy . What made me the most upset was that when she handed me the dog , not only was the cut horrible on him but she started off with a list of complaints about my puppy , the needs training the he didn’t behave . I felt like me and my dog were getting shamed and he is a nice friendly but he was probably scared from the shaving

These guys did a great job on my mom's dog . She was happy and the dog was to . What a great price to bathe dog and get nails cut .I will be going there further on to drop off dog , that's if he don't get away and run thru the parking lot like last time lol

I made an appointment at 11:45, was told that my dog would take 2 hours. I come at 1:45PM to check on my dog— and told by the front desk that my dog was just getting started. I felt upset due to not being informed, it was a waste of my time while I was waiting for her to be groomed.Daniella, one of the groomers rudely responded to me about the whole situation was trying to correct me and I felt that I wasn’t being heard. She had excuses that didn’t justify the fact that my dog was never started on. I feel that if I was just informed that my dog wasn’t being started on, I wouldn’t have wasted my time or their time. What’s the point of having an appointment if my dog isn’t even being serviced? She was unprofessional from the start when I brought my dog to get checked in. She started raising her voice at me, saying that she’s meant for “3” hours, but the previous groomer told me it’d be for 2, why would I have shown up 2 hours later if it had been 3 hours? My dogs short haired, and medium sized. It doesn’t take 3 hours to groom her. She tried to reschedule with me, but i felt like it was a chore to her. I understand we’re all becoming understaffed— but it doesn’t meant it’s okay to be rude to other people. My dog came out stressed and exhausted.I appreciate the manager on duty this day for deescalating the situation, I believe her name is Jolie. I worked with customer service for my entire life— and if you’re working with dogs, I thought groomers would live up to a standard where customer service was at least professional. Truly disappointed with my experience with Daniella.

Called about Puppy package. Not to great customer service. Had to schedule appt online. Soonest appt was two and a half weeks out. Decided to stay with Veterinarian I have already.

The groomer that helped us take care of our Max was extremely friendly and made my dog feel comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable about Petco and was able to assist us with all of our questions and needs. Will definitely come back in the future.

I finally took my dog to the Grommer for the very first time. I booked a month ahead. So when I arrived for my dog’s appointment. She had me redo my appointment again. She toke way too long about 4 hours, even though she said 1 hours and 30 minutes. There were small bits of shaved hair around my dogs face, even though she was suppose to only shave the body and tail. I’m positive I won’t come to the grooming again, especially not national city’s Petco. It’s very disorganized and dirty.

The gentleman who was able to squeeze us in last minute, was SO helpful, very polite and did an AMAZING JOB on our dog. We also got to see him cut our dogs hair for a bit before we had to leave the store and saw that our dog was relaxed. This guy was awesome and will definitely come back

My dog seems very happy when groomed so they must be real nice with her which is very important to me. Her nails were trimmed nicely her coat was so soft..she did not want to leave when she was done

I always have a great experience with Jade/Jane im so Sorry im bad with names but she always does my 2 dog's nails Louie and Odie. She is such a great Groomer with a great personality my husband went with me yesterday to take our dogs in and he was really impressed by her she always greets us with a smile and knows our dog's personality's already, My dogs are not usually good with people but they are great with her even though they are Brats sometimes. She is also a good employee i can tell the first time i had brought my dogs in the pet grooming place was super busy people and dogs every where and i remember standing there patiently while she was dealing with a hot mess customer who was late for their appointment and being kinda rude to her she turned around and said how can i help you i said i can see you guys are super busy i dont have an appointment i can come back she said no i can help you and through all that mess and dealing with immature people she welcomed us with open arms and I've liked her ever since, i wish i can tip her a little bit more than what i give her but since i budget my dogs nails in from time to time i give her what i can for her kindness, but if there is a reward program for her at work she totally deserves it!!!!

Lazy "Groomers"! Cancelled my appointment because they didn't feel like taking on a job that might have required some extra time. Don't call yourself something if you're not able to take on the job or do what you get paid to do!! Lazy!!
