I was in there today and I seen a baby leopard gecko with stuck shed on them, I understand that they have to learn how to get it off themselves but it seems like it's been like that for a while and the poor baby can't even see, you guys could have a worker at least help. I own 2 leopard geckos and sometimes when their baby's its hard to take it off, sometimes you have to step in and help, petco needs to take better care of their animals!.

Make sure your dog is in 100% good health or else you’ll need a note from the vet. Better yet they’ll tell you everything wrong with your dog because they are veterinarians & know your dog’s history by looking at them. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment just to be turned away. Won’t be returning to this location.Update: Ended up taking my dog to the vet. He was 100% healthy & said he did not have that illness that is going around. What a waste of my day off & how dare these groomers try to say my dog is ill.

I recently bought a bird feeder (on March 30, 2022) so I went to my nearest Petco to buy a wild bird seed mix. They're currently remodeling and there's a lot of shelves moved around and a lot of products grouped together in metal shelves as items are placed in their respective areas but I was still able to find exactly what I needed!! :DDDDD I also didn't mind how disorganized it looked because of how remodeling a huge store can be pretty hectic while keeping the business open. The new cashier area also looked pretty nice so I can't wait to see what the store looks like when it's done remodeling!! :DDDDD all the birds, guinea pigs, and turtles looked cute too :>>> Here are some pictures of some cute hamsters sleeping together!!!!! :DDDDD

Clerks are courteous. Customers may save by using price match with their app. Hamsters for sale need at least more bedding to dig around in their tiny habitats. They're tunnel diggers.

Neat place and has a lot of products to choose from. Had some time looking around as well as it's our first time visiting the store. Found some aquarium decors I could maybe use on my miniature garden. Parking isn't a problem as there's enough spot to park.

Staff it's not prepared for customer service. Cound't find any one in the floor to ask a question. I went to the register and waited 5 more minutes to ask about a product The cashier told me that their system doesn't work well, so I had to wait until the manager that was on the phone finished her call. At the end the manager didn't new the answer either. My question was pretty simple "Do you have more Royal Cannin pink food for kittens in stock?" I don't find that hard to answer. Its no the store, it was the people working today.

The cashiers were very slow, taking a break between each customer of at least 5 minutes. This made for a long line of people having to carry fish tanks and dog food, because the que is small and baskets don't fit.Ever since the remodel of this store, quality has dropped and prices are up.They also don't even have public restrooms, which was frustrating because it became uncomfortable having to wait so long and hold so much in the long line when you needed the restroom.I liked this store, purchased my first bearded dragon and leopard gecko here, but will not return until service improves.
