I had a great experience at the Home Depot Napa, Ca. A gentlemen in the hardware/ tool section, Don, was super nice and took care of my needs. He walked me through step by step and answered all my concerns professionally. This man deserves a raise!!!!!!!!! He is a great employee. The Home Depot needs more people like Don.Thanks again Don!!

We shopped for veggies for the garden. Great variety. Plants were healthy. They offered little and mature plants. Easy to check out. Great staff. Very helpful.

ordered some fans for my house. one was out for delivery and then finally delivered. i opened the door to find a black and decker blower that i did not order. I called customer service and advised them of the mistake. They told me i can order another fan and once they get the blower back they will refund my $192. They said leave it outside and UPS will pick it up. I asked what was to happen if someone stole it off my porch... they replied that I would be liable for it. I would be on the hook for $192 for a $90 blower. I advised them that legally I dont even have to return the blower per the FTC.. but it fell on deaf ears. So ive left it on my porch hoping some porch pirate doesnt see a brand new blower in a box and I ordered another fan. Worst home depot experience in all my private and commercial years.

The paint department has great service by younger people. They helped me so much with choosing paint colors. I was very satisfied with their customer service. However, both cashiers at the cash only, self-serve area, and card service area by the exit doors were impatient with my igorance of not reading the small sign that read no cash. Good customer service involves patience and wanting to help the general public, so they want to return. I will probably go to Ace for home improvements until Home Depot trains their staff better customer service. Ace has great customer service agents who help customers feel welcome.

Service people is very good!! But the store always is a mess!! At the lumber and drywall aisle is always blocked because they put all the cars with online orders and is impossible to reach what you need. Also, if you move them they comes to you!!I been looking for some materials and like I’m a contractor I use to check on line for the products and quantity on stock but they even don’t have them on the store (and this happens me many times at this location). A year ago the store was very different. I don’t like to do this comments but after one and other one you come tired of bad service. The beer on the photo is from a employee who was “cleaning” the contractor parking.

Would it hurt to have fully stocked inventory and decluttered isles.Additionally the overflow parking across the street gets a little intense with the tent community squabbling.

They made me demo my own garage door that was originally installed by Home Depot.After spending 7k ordering a new one, Home Depot said they would demo and haul away the old garage door. It is in the contract they gave me. It was not until the day before install that they told me I had to remove my door myself. They said that it was too old without looking at the actual evidence that the door was from 2002 INSTALLED BY HOME DEPOT. It is a regular metal sectional electric door. I will never order from doors and windows again. Removal cost an extra $2000.

Not like reviews of home Depot make much of a difference. They don't really care and you don't really care. But don't try and get stuff cut here. You'll wait forever until finally someone says yeah that guy's on lunch but they keep calling them and they keep calling them. Ugh. This place sucks the soul out of you.

Still just as bad. Before Christmas they had a young guy working in there that was cursing because he was frustrated with his work. Did not care they were customers around.NOBODY ASKS IF YOU NEED HELP!!! Seems like most employees could care less if you found what you’re looking for.

My partner and I went into home Depot and headed into.the appliances section.She explained what she needed and the gentleman she dealt with was rude,dismissive,told she was wrong with her information.A young man working with this gentleman guided us in the right direction.We believe this isn't the first negative reaction this gentlemen in appliances has created.We believe he should be fired or put in a position where he has minimal contact with people.

Unfortunately, it is the only game in town. The lumber/plywood section is usually a mess. Product is on the floor, mixed up and frequently no price tag. Plumbing fittings mixed up and rarely any help.I wish someone there actually cared!Actually, some of the cashiers are friendly and efficient!

Just wanted to give feedback, had some questions because I was struggling to use the website and find what I needed for our bathroom shower upgrade. I called sat on hold for over a half hour this morning. Our plumber wanted the info right away so I ended up easily finding what I needed on Amazon and ordering from there. Feels bad because I'd rather go to Home Depot and support a local store, but the website and local store didn't help me find what I needed to know I was purchasing the right kit.

The layout is kinda backwards as far as what isles lead you to what's next, service is slightly above average but I've definitely had worse. Parking is good as one would expect at a warehouse store and checkout was swift.

The supervisor Stephanie king at service desk is an asset to this store. She always is quick to help. She always helps fix any issues that come up and goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. Days I am ready to give up on home Depot she restores my faith.

I believe this is our only big box store for things as such. Napa has a lot of smaller home stores in comparison. If I'm in the area, I'll be coming here, otherwise, I try to patron the smaller stores. Parking lot got a whole lot better. Usually stocked. Workers are pleasant. Sometimes they move stock to different aisles without no notice, so beware.

First time in my life I’ve been followed in Home Depot very awkward feeling! Horrible service! I was looking to buy some power tools with my mom and I swear I had 3 people following me. Really disrespectful! Thankfully I don’t need to steel I have enough money to buy a power tool. I never witnessed this in Lowes or anywhere else. Home Depot is horrible place bad service and they follow good honest people . I dress nice too I don’t know why they think I would steel. Never will I come here again or any other Home Depot!

95% of my experiences at this store are great. Man cutting the blinds in isle 26? Is an crotchety goat. Seemingly resentful of being bothered to do his job. Garden department could use a little more diversity with plants. Especially fruit bearing. Maybe it was just a low inventory day of the week.

Second time I ordered for pick up in store and second time I walked in and an employee told me "Someone will be right with you" and then walked away. No "someone" came to help. Other employees just walk by making no eye contact. I could see my item just sitting on the pick up shelf. I do not understand their idea of customer service. And where are you walking away to? Do not even bother with Curbside.. they don't answer and you have to go in anyway. Please just get pick up lockers or something were we do not have to interact with aloof employees.

If memory serves, I can't give negative stars. There are no stars in this Home Depot's constelation. It is Five oclock on Mon. Afternoon. I have 12 sixteen foot 2x6s, along with numerous other boards, hangers, glue, sacks of concrete, screws-- my cart is loaded and hard to manuver. Normally I can push my long, and heavy load straight out through the large roll up door, on the North end of the store. But this afternoon they closed the door at 4:45. I finished loading my cart around five, a little after, and rolled up to the door area, it was closed. I went to the pros desk and asked if I had to roll my load through the isles and over to the next closest cashier. Four people were standing and talking, after a short pause one of the clerks looked at me and sais yes, thats what you have to do. I was not appreciative of the smug attitude. I walked away thinking to myself, why is this the store I use? These people, I am sure they are fine peole, but they offered no help, they all but ignored me until it became fun to mock my plight-- why do I come here? Its so convenient, well, right then it was not so convenient. It was frustrating, angering, and deflating. How dose one derive such feelings from a place called The Home Depot-- it is comical. Look out! After five at the Napa Home Depot is What are you looking at time for the employess, and customers can wait their damn turns. I have pictures but I will refrane. Negative stars.
