Took my recently adopted Pomeranian to his first grooming experience -as my rescue. He is a little dramatic so I was worried about the success of his groom. My groomer, Savannah, took amazing care of him, got him looking nice, had the other groomers help when he was too sassy/dramatic. He looks great and he is booked for another grooming. He smells way better too!

I took my German Shepherd for a bath and hair trim. When I got there the girls were complaining that they had 7 dogs to do that day and there was "no way". 5 minutes after leaving the store they called and said they couldn't groom my dog because she was being difficult with the nail trim/dremmel. SERIOUSLY?This was a terrible experience. I will NEVER spend money here again. Jerks!

Our experience is always amazing BC Savannah she’s the one that always does Evies grooming and nail trimming. She is absolutely amazing and she is great with Evie and that’s why we keep coming back to get the best service and again Savannah is awesome

The groomer excellent with both of my babies. She explained everything about Petco policies. She was slso very caring towards them. This was the first time for my male, and he can be quite intimidating he is a 85lb Pit Bull did not phase her one bit.

Diane takes really good care of our Sadie Lady. Sometimes it is hard to explain how I want the cut to look, but she still looks cute and seems happy and calm when I pick her up. The Petco coupons are nice as well

We recently moved to Napa & I brought my 3-year-old female labrador, Lalah in for nail grinding/trim. She's very sweet, but can be very nervous & scared in new environments. She was shaking & didn't want to go with the groomer, & kept trying to move toward me or the door. I left the area, & both of the Grooming Services employees working that morning worked together to make Lalah feel safe & comfortable & get her nail trim done quickly & painlessly. I really appreciated their patience & kindness with my dog! :)

Took my Yorky to be be groomed twice. Both times they could not complete the task. It is my impression the Grooming Salon needs MORE training. They are very unqualified to complete any grooming of your dog! Be careful!
