I have been taking our Dear Max and now my sister’s dog Browne to Pets Cut with Annie, who has been a fantastic groomer since we started booking with them 14 years ago. Max has become old, and he gets a bit grumpy, but she has patience with him. Today she told me maybe consider giving him something to calm him down so he doesn't stress during a haircut, as when dogs get old, they tend to be more sensitive and get tired quickly. I get it is harder to work around a dog that moves too much, and they also need to be safe.She is very personable, always paying attention to details and special requests. She communicates well and is diligent with all reservations made.In the all the years we have been using their services we have always been satisfied with each visit knowing that they take pride in the care they give our dog. Max always looks wonderfully groomed, smells great and couldn't be a happier little guy after his visit. Max is always a fun and super energetic mascot but they always welcome him with the best smile and enthusiastic hellos. It helps that they always have great advice and kind suggestions. I would definitely recommend their services.

I brought my pup and the old lady was very rude and super aggressive with my pup she would hold and move her extremely hard and aggressive and my pup was scared and crying superLoud she even peed herself… when the old lady groomer handed me my pup back she wasn’t gentle she like threw her in a way in my arms and was rude and said now it’s 20 bucks because she peed… I have never had such a bad experience like this before at other groomers. My pup has anxiety and is frightened of nail trimming… this isn’t an excuse for her to mistreat my pup when there’s a lot of other pups with the same fear. As a professional you should know how to handle these types of situations especially if you’ve worked with many dogs ! She also did offer us a treat like how she did with all the other clients. Safe to say I will never be returning to this groomer. And to top it off half of my pups nails weren’t trimmed. Don’t work with animals if you don’t have the patience and love for them they have feelings too and can sense the bad vibes from this groomer

I called and was able to get an appointment for my puppy same day. They did a great job and truly seemed to care about the dogs they work on. They were done in a timely manner and the price was more then fair. I will be going back for sure.

My Golden Retriever was scheduled for knee surgery, and I took her to Annie for an easy-to-care-for haircut. She came home looking beautiful, with really short hair. She was happy and very proud of her new look. Annie has exceptional skills in working with long haired Golden Retrievers. I highly recommend her.

Wow! Called to see if I could get my dog groomed as a first time customer. Upon calling I told the lady my 15 y/o dog is a bit squirmy and the lady told me she needs to be tranquilized! I don't know what kind of people work at this place but some doggies need a little extra patience.

My little Poodle terrier is very mellow, but timid about new places. He is accustomed to Annie, and now marches in for his grooming like a little soldier. He is quiet and content when I go to pick him up, and always looks gorgeous. I would not consider taking him to anyone else.

Good job on small dogs One dog is 11 lbs. the other is 5 lbs. Owner thought they were too wiggly. I don't know if dogs are treated kindly. Fees are on the high end. Cash or check only. Would go again.

She always does a great job with our little yorkie. Our yorkie is very temperamental and bites people. However, he loves Annie and she even clips his nails and cuts his feet hair and he hates having his feet touched. Our little guy is very comfortable with her and actually gets excited now when we go there because he likes Annie. Now if I can just get him to stop trying to bite our neighbor......

I took a homeless dog to get her nail clipped. She won't let anyone touch her feet. But they wa very patient with her. They did a fantastic job. Now she prances as she walks.

Only gave two stars because this place used to be my go-to to get my dog's nails cut.I don't know what kind Of change of ownership happened or when it was, but ever since then not only do they seemingly rush through cutting her nails, but they're almost always closed nearly a full hour before the posted closing time (4:30on the door is the closing time I was holding them to,530 on google; only had to make that mistake once) And usually I don't like to beA Negative NancyTrolling onReviews, but the least they could do is update the hours on the door. so I suggested they edit the hours through here to 3:45; maybe those who continue to take their pets here won't find themselves as frustrated as I've needlessly been too many times. sorry yal, going elsewhere at this point 🙄😪

Trying to figure out how not to give her any stars. Cant. that dumb crack headed lady needs to groom her damn self first. Looking like a homeless poodle.She was rude & disrespecful. Oh and check this, she charged me extra because my “dog was difficult” lady!! This is your job!!! Deal with it or keep it moving. Sad part, i was a returning client.

I would recommend them over Scooby Doo's. I have been going to Scooby Doo's forever and the new owner was so rude or whoever was working at the counter and I would never go there again. I've never been treated like that at Scooby Doo's until this new ownership. Anne at pet Cuts was a delight!
