I do not appreciate the way my mother was treated on her last visit. She went on vacation and was waiting to bring her dog to this same location, but in that time her dogs fur became long and matted. Our dog doesn't like being brushed as she's had bad experiences with groomers before. So while I do understand it could be frustrating to have dogs who end up being matted, for whatever reason, it's no excuse to raise your voice at anyone. This location lacks professionalism. I would highly recommend this establishment to work on their customer service skills. Terrible experience & service!

Never able to do any style cute on my little guy but shave him bald and now the price to just plainly shave him went from $50 to $85 im so confused and this new pricing. Now if they would have given a nice style cut for his breed paying that much would have not been so bad so i have a bald dog back that smells worse now then when i dropped him off. he smells like dog world wich does not hava a pleasant smell or clean at all.and aslo the lady there is very rude and snappy

Michelle does an excellent job on my Australian Terrier Cody! They have Cody on a regular 6-week grooming schedule. They are very flexible if I need to make a change. Jessica does a great job managing the shop.

My black standard poodle Chanel has been coming here for a while and shes never looked better.Today she was cut in her Palm Beach cut with high top knot and pompoms on legs and tail and long fluffy ears. Her painted toenails were especially pretty today (purple with lime green dots!!) They worked very hard with me to reach this point in her grooming. They gave me excellent ideas and are always friendly and helpful. They even redid their schedule to be accomadating. I cant say enough good things about Dog World. Highly recommend it! I do not recommend you bring your dog to this disorganized chop shop of establishment, especially if you are a new customer, and you expect an actual experienced dog groomer - not just a bath and a towel dry. What an absolute shame. My standard poodle looked beyond butchered, and so did my friends poodle who also just recently had a bad experience this week. Even if you give direction, you will get a terrible result and the absolute bare minimum, for what it’s even worth. Too bad I can’t upload a photo here (because seriously it’s BAD) Read the reviews on Yelp - and save yourself the disappointment. Hopefully this honest review saves some dog owners from a 1 star experience because YIKES. Never again!

They are so good with the dogs that they see. Always very friendly and kind. Our girl is blind and deaf and I trust them to take the best care of her. Grooming always done great and as we discussed. Always on time! I would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for years and I’ve never had a issue with the groomers. They have taken good care of my dog. I tried to call and make appointment recently and the front desk person that answers the phone was extremely rude. No patience or willingness to be helpful. I was disappointed and won’t be supporting this business anymore.

Highly recommend this business for the great work they do. This may be the only groomer who takes the time with "tough and cranky" pets. I'm visiting Napa and this groomer was recommended and I see why. Great work, courteous, responsive, and kind people at Dog World.

So timely as I'm taking my westie there tomorrow morning. First of all, I have been going there for years. Had been to others way back when, but was always in search of a where my older furbuddy would get the attention he deserves; the staff is professional, contacts me when my scheduled time is approaching. During the Covid period, staff uses gloves, mask, and ask customers to wait entry one at a time masked. Over the years they have advised me as to present situations that may need attention .I highly recommend this business site.

Took our Goldendoodle in for a haircut on Feb 12. They shaved his neck under his chin too close and cut him with the clippers. I didn't notice until later when I saw the blood. They didn't say a thing to me when I picked him up, just took my money. Accidents happen, but (1) not bandaging him and (2) not telling me about it? Inexcusable.

This place just want to make quick money, my wife ask me to take the dog for a trimmed all they want is to shave the dog hair, they said because dog hair is knots, my wife comb the dog's hair everyday and the front desk person is very rude, we will not bring our dog here ever gain and we will not recommend to anyone.
