Great, looks and smells like it was a Northgate at some point. Two employees in the bread section were playing shooters with their handscanners and I think that if anyone else (customer) might have gotten angry at that, it wouldn't be unjustified.

It’s 5 PM Saturday. Vons sells their French bread with sign saying “baked daily and if it’s not hot between hours of 4-7 it’s free. Well today it certainly was not hot so why wasn’t it free???

Great place for meat. Always seem to have a good sale. Produce is good too. This store has a Starbucks. I don't recommend it. Ordered a hot drink that was half full. I'll attach a photo. Young man working their said this was how the foam drinks are. For $4.75??? That is not good. I drew a line to show the actual level in the cup.

I must say thank you to Mr. Bradley for helping me. I had a bad experience at Albertsons. Mr. Bradley was very kind, caring and took his time taking care of it. He is the best. I also thank Jaeger, a deli clerk for his kindness and hard work. I recommend this Vons.

Vons is a well kept, well organized store. They have a great but smaller than many stores, produce section, and they have a really nice meat selection with a butcher. The employees are helpful and there are extra shops spaces like a beautiful such as a florist and a Starbucks.

There have been quite a few times when some of the perishable items seem like they've seen better days. I don't know if things are sitting too long before getting stocked in the refrigerated section, but I can't buy any of the prepackaged deli meat because the packages are often bloated. On a positive note, though: the people who work here are always friendly and helpful :)

Only one register was open at 1:20pm with a line of six customers. I felt so bad for the poor cashier. She looked overwhelmed. She called for someone to help her, but no one came right away. Her checkout lane went down to two customers by the time someone came to open a second register.

Went for a late night grocery run. Nice store but a little expensive. A frozen California pizza kitchen pizza was $10.49! That’s $5 more than at Stater bros. They were totally out of grapes except organic ones for 4 times the price of the regular. Other than that, found everything we were looking for. The cashier was very efficient and pleasant.

Everything here goes bad so quickly after purchasing ): I do love their hot n ready potato wedges but dont dare buy any deli wings. I literally felt like I was eating fried paper. The wings are the size of your pinky and when I bit into every single piece not one of them had even a sliver of meat. It was purely burnt skin, not sure how that happened but it did /:

Where do I begin other than saying I've never had a bad experience at Vons until I came to this location. Their staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. Not to mention they didn't have so many basic things I needed and have never had an issue finding them at Vons(which is why I always shop Vons, I hate going to multiple stores to get my groceries) .-for one my husband & I stood at the meat counter for 5 minutes when the employee saw us and ignored us.-secondly I couldn't find ricotta cheese & ask a deli clerk, before she could ask the manager I assume in the deli for assistance further about the rocotta- the "manager" doesn't even answer the clerks question regarding mine, just starts lecturing her about bagging the meat because she dropped one.-the absolute worse was the rude cashier Doria who angrily grabbed my groceries because I guess we didn't put them on the belt close enough to her, before then completely ignoring us to yell at someone in the front end for a bagger named Tyler. Once Tyler arrived she started yelling at him cussing even saying "where the hell were you" Treat your staff better! Stop demeaning them in front of customers. I'd never work at a place like that talks to me like that in front of customers. Unprofessional.

Everyone is so nice, even the customers. Everything seemed to be organized and in order than other stores. I feel like they are cleaner than other stores. Love going to Starbucks here. The gas station workers are also so helpful.

Vons is where I feed my family and in some ways my soul. This store in particular is great. The staff here are like my market family. They are always super nice and welcoming. The store is clean and always fully stocked. In the beginning of Covid they faced it head on placing their lives on the line so we as a family and as community could continue to eat and live. Prices are reasonable and with the Vons card I save. If you don't have one get one it makes a heck of a difference. They have plenty of coke. I used to snort coke but I had to stop because of the ice cubes getting stuck.

Just moved here and so far the staff has always been helpful when I needed assistance. While speaking to 2 other employees in an isle, 1 of the managers personally lead me to an item I was having trouble finding. I've never been harassed either for not wearing a mask, which I appreciate. I obviously choose not too and unlike some places, their employees haven't belittled me, treated me any different or mentioned the policy so I feel like they are respecting my personal rights & freedom. That goes a long way. Otherwise the store is clean and as well stocked as possible under the circumstances.

The Starbucks team is AMAZING!!! The manager always has my beverage ready to go before I even get to the register and always greets me by name. Very fast and friendly. They really care about their customers. Highly recommend over the Albertsons across the street

Good store. Good options, sometimes crowded during peak hours. Offer good discounts with their rewards programs, but not sure if that brings it down to the real regular. Other than that the prices all seem reasonable. People are friendly.

I love Vons, it's clean, they have great specials and the people are friendly. My only negative is that they seem to run out of their meat specials early... it's Labor Day weekend and they advertised Ribeyes at a great price, gone before 2:30PM Saturday. This happens more frequently than it should on Holidays. Thankfully I got the last package this time, but normally I'm left looking for alternatives.

People with 1-2 hand sized items must wait for everyone else . Only one less then speedy checkout available. There were 3 checkers but at530 pm Monday they should have a Sonic check out which would push them up to a real speedy checkouts regular time here.Great staff exceptionally good customer service.But there accommodating to first come first serve.

Von's has the best bakery items and the store layout just makes sense. They have a lot of sale priced items and through Covid have been able to keep their shelves well stocked. I drive 10 minutes further to shop here even though there is another store less than 5 minutes from my house.

Got our first vaccine today. It was very fast. Also did some shopping. The store is so clean. Reasonable prices and checkout was easy. Overall great experience.

Good store, bad experience with customer service. Not saying all the employees are like this, but the ones I met were lazy and rude. Also, I got a message to call them back for a job interview several months ago, and the lady who picked up was rude and didn't want to help me in any way. It's safe to say that I immediately decided that I wouldn't be working there with those kinds of people. Next time do your job, lady!

Great store people are friendly, just had one bad experience vs the hundreds of times I have been here with my wife. So I recently went there about 5 days ago and bought my normal weekly foods, when I got home I had noticed a couple of items I have purchased were EXPIRED by over TWO WEEKS. I called and let them know and they just gave an excuse to why they didnt pull them from inventory, and to bring it back, I live near by, but why would I go back if your store doesn't follow basic food and safety guidelines! It's called "FIFO" The first-in, first-out method is best for cases where inventory has a short demand cycle or is perishable.For you and your child's safety please check the expiration dates. Be safe and have a great day....
