This place was so wonderful from the time I made the initial appointment to picking up my pooch after his much needed groom. I had contacted several different places with not a call back nor a text message from several different groomers. She called me back the same day I left a message and was so happy with the fast response. I took my pooch in today and within a few hours he was ready for pick up. He looked so amazing, smelt amazing, and was just perfect. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. I definitely give this place a 5 star rating.

We moved here in May and took our dogs to a groomer in Temecula. We gave them several chances but the last time it was so bad. I Googled groomers near where we live and found FeFe’s. I was hesitant because of my experience with the groomer in Temecula. And WOW what an amazing job they did on my Shih-Tzu! I highly recommend them.

I called Fefes grooming salon around 10am, she said she was pretty booked but was able to get me in at 2. I brought My baby at 2 and they treated my pup like their own! He was scared, he’s a spoiled baby. I appreciate their kindness and my pup looks so pretty and smells so good now! I will Definitely go back. Thank you FeFe’s Grooming!

I've taken my cat Apple here three different times to get her nails trimmed and they always do a wonderful job without completely freaking out my cat. Highly recommend 🙂

Very disappointed with this location it showed since in the beginning first the lady requested $35 Deposit I was kinda surprised but I did it any way. She didn't pull out the hair in my dog's air basically he wasn't well groomed on top of that she still charged me $43 so total was $78 for a small dog that wasn't well groomed that was my first and last time to that location.

FeFe does an incredible job on our little malitpoo! Highly recommend! Biscuit (our malitpoo) is a handful, and they work with his issues and give him a great groom.We even had her dye him blue for my daughters Linfield High School graduation this past June. He was so cute, she did an amazing job, he was the hit of the graduation party!

While they did a fabulous job with my puppy goldendoodle. Apparently management has switched and my dogs shompoo, toe clipping and nail file came to $80 bucks when it initially was 60 bucks.Updating my review - they really are amazing with my pup. They listen to my requests and are very accommodating with their schedule. Happy to be back on this side of town because no one has been able to trim my baby the way I need except FeFe!

Not the best place…. It was Sasha’s first time at the groomer today, and to be honest, not a place I would recommend or would return to. The groomer cut Sasha’s nail to short that you can see blood, and I guess they have sharp bathing sinks where they wash dogs, cause apparently Sasha was cut while she was given a bath… well that’s what I was told, idk.

The best groomer I’ve been to, she treats my frenchie babies like her own. I know they are getting lots of love and attention while at their grooming appointments and they always come back smelling so yummy with soft shiny coats. I’m always able to get an appointment with easy and that’s huge to me as my babies will random get into something and need a random bath outside of the normal routine grooming appointments.

I took off of work to ensure I could get my cat groomed and no one even showed up. I was told to come an hour before opening so there wouldn’t be any dogs around. I made sure to arrive early to fill out anything needed for the appointment as well. It is extremely unprofessional to not even call or notify your customers when your plans change. This was a complete waste of time. I sat there for about 45 minutes just waiting and calling and there was no answer. Even called again at 9am and there was no answer. I sacrificed my time and money to not even be seen. I will not make that mistake again. Petsmart in Murrieta offers cat grooming if you need somewhere reliable to take your pet.

I took my bichon in today and Hannah groomed her and she did absolutely wonderful on her. She used to look like a maltipoo which I hated, but now she looks like a show dog. And the smell and aroma of the salon definitely won me over. I will be back, see you guys in 6 weeks! Thank you again! It was also so easy to book an appointment online on their website, very fast and convenient especially when you’re in a hurry. The staff were so wonderful!

So far the best grooming place I’ve been to in Murrieta. Was able to handle my little (overly pampered) dogs. Would like it even more if they added a website to schedule grooming.

Beautiful pet salon! I took my German Shepard husky to get a bath and de shedder and let me tell you it worked! She is constantly shedding no matter how many times I brush her but after her session she was completely shed free! Definitely recommend:)

Throughout the years I have witnesses nothing but exceptional work and passion from Hannah and the kindness she shows all animals is uncanny. Her grooming skills are amazing. You're fur babies will come home beautifully well groomed and happy . I trust Hannah with my babies and any future ones 100%.

I found them on Facebook and I’ve been in the market for a new groomer. They had this special with the flier they sent out and well Hannah.. was amazing! Very polite, things were done in a timely manner, professional and my little LarLar was extremely satisfied! Prices also very reasonable and they are flexible with times. I toke my older dog here to get a bath an nail trim. Miss Osana saw that my old man was really nervous about his nails so she toke him an loved on him treating him with patience an working with him to get it done. With having an older dog this is so important so thanks for the help and I will be back.

If I could leave a zero star review I absolutely would. Nohemy is so unprofessional it's appalling. She's seriously one of the most shady business owners I've ever met. We were left standing outside of her home (where she does her business) because now something came up and she can't take our dogs. We just drove all the way down here and now you can't take them at all? She didn't even send a text or give us a call to let us know! Absolutely ridiculous!
