I'm a first-time dog owner and was looking for a local mom-and-pop shop to get my puppy groomed at. I found this amazing little shop in Mountain View! The staff was super sweet; scheduling my appointment was easy, and on the day of our appointment, I was met with warm, welcoming faces. I let the staff know it was my puppy's first groom, and they went over the whole process with me to ensure I was comfortable. I even got to meet the owner and groomer, who gave me some great advice on having a new puppy – she has five of her own! My puppy did really well, and his cut is perfect. I'm so glad I took a chance and booked here. Thank you to Toni, Sam, and Jay for taking care of my baby, Dug. Can't wait to see you all for next month's groom! If you want a great groom, amazing pricing, and an owner with 21 years of experience and knowledge, I would highly recommend Heidi's!

Heidi grooming is hit and miss ... more miss than hit. we been taking our dog there past couple years, few times they were good but often they seem to do very little when it comes to trimming. We are very generous with tips and seldom ask them to redo the trimming but we need to look for some place more reliable

I LOVE them! I took my past dog to Toni and her team for about two years. My last dog, Holly was old, blind, and had other medical issues. The team was so, so good to her. Took their time with her and never once rushed to finish her grooming and get in to the next. Their kindness was so appreciated. Now I’m on to my second dog, and without hesitation, this is where I took her. They did such a great job cleaning up my new dog and they honestly care about the dogs they are working with. I have full faith in them and are very thankful for them.

Sophie-Lou loves getting her spa day at Pet Parlor. She feels comfortable there.Changed my mind. Forgot to cut nails and needed a vet appointment to treat ripped dewclaw. Went back to cut nails. Cut only 3 paws. Next appointment came up, left a message to confirm. Never got a call back. Unacceptable

Yesterday was our dog's first time with Heidi. Not only is her grooming service affordable but the quality of her work is excellent. 110% recommended, and yes our Maxy will be back in 6 to 8 weeks!!!!!Max was there yesterday and another super good job Toni and his brother are awesome!

Very gentle groomer. Took in my senior citizen black lab with an undercoat problem and they did an amazing job. Her nails were perfectly done, her coat was soft and shiny, heavy undercoat gone! Thank you so much!

This is the WORST haircut that my poodle ever had. It's not even a haircut. I asked for a cute teddy bear cut. They simply buzzed him evenly EVERYWHERE. His legs look thin and terrible instead on nice fluffy stomps. I could do this kind of haircut at home. Looks cheap and unprofessional. I am devastated! Plus it took them 4 hours.

Heidi always does a great job with my Boston Terrier, Hemi. He usually doesn't like getting bathed and when I took him to other places it seemed to be traumatic for him. Heidi always makes him feel comfortable and does great work. Her prices are very reasonable as well.

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ABSOLUTELY ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They gave my dog a horrible haircut that is exactly the opposite of what I requested. She is a goldendoodle and had long, soft hair. I asked for a trim and explicitly asked that she NOT be shaved. They didn't cut her ears or tail at all but completely shaved her everywhere else. She looks horrible. But the ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE thing is that she began licking her feet immediately after her haircut, and when I took her to the vet, they said that the groomer had CUT her feet, causing her an injury that had quickly become infected. The disaster cost me $80 for the haircut, $60 for a different place to trim her ears and tail in an effort to improve the botched look, and $80 in vet fees.I have never written a review before, but I am so horrified that I felt I had to. Please, please, take your pet somewhere else!

Heidi keeps detailed notes on all pets and does her best to follow instructions. Hers is a small operation, so availability is sometimes a problem, but the results are worth the wait. She is very kind to animals and keeps things clean.

They offer a walk in nail trim. The shady thing is that in march, i was charged 15$ cash for it and in april, it was 20$ cash and then now, again back to 15$. I get a feeling that I am being duped. Never coming back.

This groomer was hard to find. There's only a sign that protrudes sideways from the building that says "groomer." Its much bigger inside than it looks outside. It looks a little messy and unorganized inside but they have the equipment they need to get the job done. I'm not sure I would go back because my dog didn't seem to be as clean as he usually is when I take him for a bath.
