I would definitely recommend this place. I was trying to get my pet showered before the holiday but I cannot find anywhere else without an appointment. The stuff here offered the spot and equipment for me to do the shower for my pet myself but they eventually helped me with the entire process after knowing that this is my first time. Super nice and kind folks!

The staff was nice the facility is great and they have everything you need for the self service pet wash shampoo, conditioner brushes, ear cleaner I mean everything. I love that they have the high power dryer as most places don’t.

Best place for self-washing your pooch.The tub and dry area are waist-height, so you don't have to bend like at other self-pet washes.They always give you instructions or tips on how to do the job better.Although we bring all our stuff, they have everything you need at each station to groom your dog, including toothpaste, ear cleaner, and even products to remove skunk smell.Great, great, great! I only go elsewhere when we need to wash our furry marshmallow urgently and they are closed, but I always prefer this place.

I have been a client with them for about two years since I moved to mtv. But recently I brought my dog for wash at 4:03pm , their close time is 5:00pm you can get this on yelp google and their store. They didn’t let me in because they said the last wash is 4:00pm. Today I brought my dog again at 3:50. The staff at store just said one word, tomorrow and didn’t even open the door for me. If you wanna close earlier that is totally fine but why not put the hours publicly and our times is valuable as well. No body wants to drive to your store over and over again. If you don’t treasure your client and just refuse to let them in during your business hour, I won’t be your client then.

Brought my two senior dogs here today for baths and nail trims. We had an excellent experience overall. I really appreciated the stable steps that lead up to the tub, and the rubber mats in the tub and drying area that prevent slips and injuries for both my seniors. The staff were very helpful and the station had all the tools needed, including but not limited to different shampoos and conditioner, different brushes, ear cleaning items, etc. The staff member that trimmed both my dogs’ nails was kind, professional and adapted to my dogs’ needs (one has orthopedic conditions and could not be lifted onto the table for the nail trim). I’ll definitely be coming back here again!

My favorite dog wash place. They provide everything you will need including the dog treats. Nice size bath tubs ideal height fast dryer, if you can there is even comb and pair of scissors are provided for quick trim. Give this place a try and you will love it here! 😊

Don’t own a dog business if you don’t even like dogs. I called this business to make an appointment for dog grooming, for my very sweet dog and kid friendly senior chow mix. Instead I was very rudely told that she doesn’t “touch chows or mixes or any kind” because “they’re weird and aggressive.”I understand that groomers might have had a bad experience previously but don’t be rude is all I’m asking. Good luck with your business and I’m sorry you’re doing something you don’t enjoy.

Owner is very rude. After my experience with her I would never spend any money there.Owner response indicates she thinks I am someone else.I never got a quote, or questioned her skills.Her people skills are non existent.After a couple of days of not responding to my text to the number for her staff gave me, i happened to stop by.She referenced my text, didnt offer any explanation for no response, and told me she was busy too talk to me then, all in a harsh tone.I did get a curt text from her later with a date and time, nothing more. Rude and harsh person with no people skills.Honestly do not know how she has a business.

I bring my dog here for the self-wash service. Plenty of stations, well stocked and clean. The owner Amanda is professional and accommodating. Not sure my dog is crazy about this place, but he can post his own review. As for me, highly recommended.

Waited for them to open for 30mins after opening hours with 3 other patrons. They never showed up and didn't pick up the phone.one patron mentioned they do this on the regular.Went back a couple of weeks later and they were very friendly and nice, here's to hoping their opening on time problem has gotten better!

Been taking my two boys there for self wash for years and it is the best place I've been able to find yet. Well equipped, nice big tub with warm water, and even more nice and clean with the new owner. New owner grooms also. Brought one of my boys in today for a badly needed grooming. Highly recommend this place.

The store employees were nice but the owner was very rude!! All tubs were occupied when we arrived and the store employees said we are next in line. we were waiting inside. The store owner did not check with us nor the employees and called ppl outside to use the next tub. We asked why and she said “this is my store. You can leave if you are not happy!”Will never return and not recommend.

Easy to use hose, good-sized tub and drying area. Clean. Apron to keep me dry. Place to hang leash. Choice of products available on a cart by the tub - ear cleaning supplies, toothpaste, smell-good stuff, leave in conditioner to name a few.

Friendly and well appointed place to clean a dog. Worth the cost to not have to bend over a tub at home and then clean up afterwards. They also do dog grooming... Do an excellent job with our poodle. They have done Miami and continental cuts and we always get complements on the clean cuts even weeks after a session.

Great place to give your pet a scrub down after they rolled around in the mud. All stations are ready for customers when you arrive. Dog approves of place. They even have a husky to greet you when you enter.

Great DIY dog wash. They clean up the fuzz in the tub after you.They have a good selection of shampoos for the dogs, and a table full of free grooming products to utilize. Their conditioner leaves or dog's cost silky smooth.We typically go after spending the day at the dog beach in Pacifica on order to get the sand out of our dogs paws and fur.They supply leads to clip your dog to the various eyelets in the wall behind the tubs. The stations each have stairs so your dog can walk up to the wash area without you needing to lift them. Each station also has a drier. Ample towels for drying your pup are also supplied.

Very reasonable prices! The Owner is always in a great mood and loves the dogs. I stopped going (before this new owner) because it USED to be stinky, dirty, and cranky. What a difference in new ownership. I will tell anyone that wants to do self doggie wash to go! 🐾

Huge selection of shampoos and conditioners, large spacious area to wash your fuzzy kid, and big table of accessory brushes and other grooming supplies that are common use / no charge. Our pup was so soft after her bath, which she so desperately needed after a day at the puppy beach. We will be back!

My first visit was great. Of course, I was the first one there. Second visit, I turned around and left. I came back a second time because I like the space. The baths are good and everything easily accessible. The young man working was great. Second time there, the older lady working ruined it for me. Rude!!! So, if you want to go here, put on your best lottery pants and hope you're lucky enough NOT to encounter this rude woman.

Best place ever! I used to groom professionally and now I just do my own dog, it's hard it do my 70lbs 1year old in my tub. Found found place and I am in love! Everything I needed and not to mention my dog loved it too. ❤❤

This place is AWASOME My Multipo Cody loves coming here to take his timely baths, and occasionally get groomed. Amanda is terrific, I highly recommend to all who are looking for a friendly spacious place to take your pet for a bath. Thank you Amanda!
