So much packed into this gem of a pet food store! Barely scratched the surface on my first visit but left with great treats and samples for my cat and dog. Definitely going back to use the doggy car wash!

This pet store is a gem! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It's no surprise that all the local dogs are obsessed with this place. They offer high-quality pet food and expert guidance to help you choose what's best for your pets. We're thrilled that they've opened a store in Mountain View – it's just what the community needed. Highly recommend this place to all pet lovers!

Customer service is very poor and employees are not friendly (couple of instances have occurred that made me feel very uncomfortable during my visits). Otherwise the section of products is good but prices tend to be on the higher end.Edit: Per the reply and their investigation, they said their “friendly” customer service offered to help twice. But this is how it really turned out and I’m sure the camera footage would have revealed it to: The male working first offered to help when I was selecting the raw food and that was perfectly fine and actually appreciated it. I declined the offer as I just needed time to compare the brands available and make a choice for my pet. However, shortly after he comes again but this time just looks at me and goes back and sends the lady that was working to ask for help again. This to me was very suspicious and sends the wrong message to the customer - pressurizing them to hurry make a choice and even worse profiling them. I have honestly never had such an experience at any other place I have shopped.With regard to pricing, I’m sure anyone who wants to shop can do a quick easy search and find other places offering products at better prices. For example, I bought Carna4 from another place and it was $10 cheaper even if you bought one bag than what was priced at this store.Overall, for me it’s not the price but the rude encounter with the two employees who worked there is why I wouldn’t revisit this store nor recommend it to anyone else.

We really love shopping here for a wide selection of truly top notch choices. I learned a lot about pet nutrition from the very friendly staff, which paid off with clear results. My dog loves coming here too as she is greeted and pampered with treats.

Such a lovely store! As a pet owner, I felt so happy just to walk around in it. I also found so many goodies for my dog and cat. The owner is very knowledgeable too!She understood the need of my aged picky cat and recommended nice products for us to try. I really appreciate it!

My dog and I visited this store after a friend recommended them. They knew I would love their EXTENSIVE raw food options and I just had to see it for myself. It was a 20 minute detour from our drive home but it sounded worth it. And it was! I was mesmerized; I had never seen such variety of top tier pet food and treat options in my life. Not only do they carry the best, they employ the best. The owner, Nan, is so well versed in all things pet food and the brands she carries. I’ve gone in to many pet food shops before, and whilst they all have their own charm and draw, this one takes the cake. Not only is it clean, well stocked, and pleasant to walk in; you’re consistently presented with the highest quality products the pet food industry has to offer. From whole food supplements to whole food treats, they have everything your dog could dream of. My dog absolutely loved their freeze-dried turkey wings and raw frozen beef esophagus. Having a pittie with a plethora of allergies, finding a store that carries raw food options with non synthetic vitamins was a game changer for us. I no longer have to search the internet and wait on delivery for new products to try. I know I can trust Ben’s Barketplace to vet their products and brands to meet every pet parents’ standards. This ship is sure to become your first and final stop when it comes to all things whole food nutrition. There is a lot of misinformation and misplaced trust within the pet food industry- this shop leaves all of that at the door and leads with love and understanding. I will definitely be making this my new go-to pet shop!

came in today looking pucci dog nail clippers. The kid that was working there looked at me dumbfounded didn't know what to think it sounds like you had an original thought in 20 years. Didn't want to went to the register the alpha rhythms got kiboshed and my transaction was denied so I left I'm not planning coming back anytime soon. It's overpriced. New York prices.
