I stop in whenever I’m in town as I usually always forget to pack something. This last trip I needed some guidance with calming treats as I was unfamiliar with the brands they carried. Steven, at least I think it was Steven! Maybe it was Steve? He has the cute dog tag name tag, Anyway he was super helpful and really explained all the options to me after I told him what I was looking for. I really appreciated his help!

Was sort of surprised by the minimal stock there. But was able to find my Kelpie what we needed while back home visiting family. Looking forward to the next trip though and taking my girl for a bath. The facilities look very nice and come highly recommended.

Had the best staff member Amber, she helped us with a collar /muzzle for our dog we could never take into public to socialize but with her help our dog is finally able to go on walks and socialize instead of sitting in the car or not going away from the house. Thank You AmberThe Cooks

I have shopped at Lemos ever since I moved to the Central Coast. They deliver great customer service and have knowledgeable staff to help you if you have questions.When it comes to pet food, they have the best selection of premium food for your dog or cat, along with most other foods for your bird, chicken, or some other farm animal. You may pay a little more to buy whatever you need, but the quality and selection on top of being able to talk to someone who knows what they're talking about. Having to pay a little more for some things but not all, ends up balancing out in the end, because when you use quality products and premium food, the products last longer and need not be replaced due to falling apart. The premium food will allow your pets to live healthier lives, and longer ones as well. So when you look at the benefits that come from shopping at Lemos Feed & Pet Supply, you'll find that both you and your pets will be happier and live a better healthier life.Plus you'll be supporting a local business owner who pays his employees well and professionally conducts his business. The stores are always clean, and well-stocked so your shopping experience is second to none. If I could give it a 5+ score I would.

I have been a customer of Morro Bay Lemos Feed & Pet Supply since February 2017, when I brought home a 10-week-old Goldendoodle puppy. The service I have received from the staff at Lemos has consistently been courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I particularly want to point out Sarah, Breann, and Troy as always being helpful. Additionally, I want to mention that recently when arriving in the parking lot of Lemos, I happened to meet a Lemos District Manager. He patiently answered several questions about why Lemos discontinued a specific dog food I had been using, and also explained the lengthy research process Lemos used to choose another dog food. Mike was the epitome of customer service. When we asked about a gift for our grand dog, he looked up info on the breed of dog to help us in our search. He cared about what ideas we might need to purchase and was genuinely helpful. Old fashioned customer service is so appreciated. Kudos to Mike!!

I like it. The prices seem decent and they have 100% compostable bags! A pack of 4 for $6?! Yes please. It's clean and doesn't reek of animal but, I wish the employees were more knowledgeable as far as suggesting products and communication. Instead of hearing, "I don't know," I'd like to hear, "Let me see if I can find out for you."

It’s been a while since I went into a Lemo’s store, so I decided to stop by after taking my dog to his vet appointment earlier today (and it is also his birthday today) Upon walking in, we were greeted by a nice young man named Audie. I told him that it was my dog’s birthday today, and he lead us to the birthday section of the store, which had some birthday treats, cookies, and toys. I was very pleasantly surprised! I picked out a birthday cookie and then the employee rung us up. I was really impressed with how delightful and professional he was. Because of him, my dog got to enjoy a nice big birthday cookie on his 9th birthday. Employees like Audie are what makes Lemo’s great, and I look forward to coming in again soon!

Yet another outstanding customer service experience during my vacation week here in Morro Bay!The staff acknowledged me immediately and were exceedingly friendly and helpful.Used the self-serve dog wash station and went on my way. The stations were sanitary and the wash was reasonably priced.Night and day from what I'm used to in terms of customer service. If I ever move to Morro Bay, this will be my go-to pet shop!

A bit pricey on some items, but excellent selection and even better customer service. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable people who make me glad I shopped and took the dog there. My dog has gotten old and though he's never had an accident before, did on our last visit. The store employee generously helped me clean up and alleviated any sense of guilt or discomfort I had. I'll be back, this time without the dog.

My bunnies ran out of feed while I was in Morro bay. So a quick search and I found Lemos Feed & Pet Supply. I took a quick walk down to their storefront and was so pleasantly surprised. This is a fantastic space that has everything you could need when it comes to your pets well-being.That even includes washing stations for your dirty pups. Or, maybe even kitties?I love feed stores like this versus the larger more commercial feed stores. They have such a personal feel to them and the staff is very friendly and attentive.If you are in Morro Bay and you are in need of pet food or a pet wash or pet supplies I would highly suggest this wonderful space.

The staff is great, you can tell they're true animal lovers! They didn't carry my dog's usual brand of food, so there's the minus one star, but the guy working pointed me to another great brand of food and I'm pretty sure my dog doesn't mind since she always cleans out her bowl at dinnertime. The self-serve dog wash is great too! They provide everything- the shampoo smelled incredible and it worked really well, plus the area was very clean.

We took our four month large breed puppy for a self service pup wash after playing at the beach. Workers were so kind and friendly. They gave our pup little doggy treats that he loved!

I prefer to do business local so very very happy to find a pet store so close. The employees are all over the top friendly. Who could hope for more. Slightly more expensive but the service makes up for the price plus the drive to SLO. Great assortment of other toys bones shampoos. Speaking of shampoo they have a dog was too. So easy after a day at the beach!

I love them for their dog wash!! We go play on the beach, and get all tidied up here! $13 for tub, soap, towel and high velocity dryer. You do what you need to do and they clean up after! Saves my knees from the tub at home too.The staff are always super helpful and friendly!Out of town peeps with dogs, go play on the beach then get the sand off here!!
