First time visiting. I’m a coffee person so I’m always looking for new twists to my favorite the ‘caramel macchiato’. I had the coyote caramel creamy cold brew & egg cheese tomato with spinach croissant sandwich which was yummy!!!! and my kiddo had their bubblegum ice cream which she loved! Win! Win! The coffee shop is inside the ice cream shop so you’re in right place. I really love the uniqueness of the cafe and the friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend and I will return for sure!

My family and I were in the area visiting Palm Springs as a vacation spot and of course, searching for coffee before heading out! We googled some nearby spots and Desert Dog was one that came on our radar so we decided to check it out.It literally felt like we went to a spot in the middle of nowhere, well, the desert, for a local pit stop. This place is super cute on the outside and interior, which gives it a lot of character.We were greeted upon entering and overall, service was very friendly. I love the fun names they have for their beverages and even unique options such as spicing up your coffee with cayenne pepper! I ended up ordering the Lucky Dog which is a cold brew with Irish cream syrup and a vanilla cold foam (which I didn't really notice when I got my drink, it looked more like an iced latte). The flavor was good but their coffee wasn't nearly as strong as I would like. Silly detail, but I love that they use crushed ice - the best ice.Overall, a fun stop but does not quite hit the spot for true coffee drinkers.

This place is aka Coyote Cone. We stopped by here after a hike at the Big Morongo Canyon Preserve. The proprietor was very friendly, and nice. The specialty coffe drink Snake Bite was good, my wife enjoyed her black coffee w cream, I also had a bagel sandwich w egg, cheese, and sausage. I was surprised when she rang up the bill, it was so "cheap"! I will definitely come back. Thank you.

The best coffee I have ever had. Customer service is great. I visit "Coyote Cone " every time I'm going to and leaving Yucca Valley. Great coffer, ice cream and other drinks also something for everyone. The owner is great and very sweet. She cares more about people then making a buck. She has talked my grandson out of getting something on more then one occasion.If u like a little bite to your coffee or just want to try something different try there "Snake Bite" my all time favorite. I could go on and on about them. Just go in and give them a try u will love them as much as I do guaranteed.Vegetarian options: They have vegan selections also sugar free, and lactose free.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free options and lactose free options.Parking: The parking lot can be a little full on a rare occasion but you can park on the street and they are right on the alley so can park there also. U can always find a spotKid-friendliness: Ice cream shop so of course they are kid friendly have a huge chalk board for them or anyone to write on.Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible⁸

Such a cute little coffee shop with the nicest staff and great coffee! Ice cream, breakfast sandwiches, sweet treats and small gifts are offered too, looking forward to stopping again to try. The barista was also kind enough to give my husband and I recommendations for several hiking trails she recommended as we were on our way to Joshua Tree. Highly recommend supporting this sweet local business!

Tried the Snake Bite coffee and it was amazing!!! The hint of spice and overall taste was delightful. The price was also really good for quality coffee and the staff were lovely. This would be my daily go-to spot if I lived in the area. Would highly recommend!

Friendly service every time we go in. My husband and I try to stop here each time we drive through. We have tried the "Wake Me Up" shake, biscuits & gravy, croissant sandwiches, and the bagel sandwich...yum! There is always something fun to buy in the gift shop too.
