Found this very hometown feeling country café on the way to Joshua tree national park. This place is an excellent restaurant to stop at to grab breakfast. The food here is also really good. It is basically country style, with a ton of omelettes, scrambles, and other things you can expect to find an American breakfast diner. I tried the omelette with chili cheese, and it was very good. They serve drinks here such as beer, coffee, and other juices. The service was ultra fast and friendly. From the time we sat down, we were eating in about 10 minutes.Definitely recommend that you make the stop either before or after you visit the national park if that is where you’re heading

Super friendly place with hearty breakfast. The staff and regular diners are very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed learning about the area over fantastic breakfast burritos!

Really great spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch! Good prices and portions, and everything is cooked really well (almost healthy, too). The hash browns and homefries aren't greasy at all and are super crispy and the chicken fried steak isn't really fried, but rather lightly breaded and then griddled. Coffee was just okay. The biscuits and gravy was also very good - a generous portion for the single, with good, thick sausage gravy and a pillowy biscuit. Would definitely recommend!

I have a rule about any kind of potato sides: If they are good, I salt them, if they are okay, I dip them in ketchup. The “home fries,” however, I consumed without any condiments or seasoning because they were that good. The omelette I ordered was definitely on point as well, and it is always a pleasant surprise when a simple side of toast is as delectable as the main course. Well done.

Came here after a failed attempt at a different restaurant. At first we were skeptical because of the area, but man this place has delicous food. We also weren't the only ones shocked as another table was sending compliments to the chefs. We tried the ultimate egg sandwhich and the banana french toast, they definitely did not disappoint.

We had blueberry pancakes, biscuits with gravy, eggs and hash browns. Everything was tasty, seemed homemade and fresh. Perfect stop to try some american breakfast items. Service was great and fast. Try their homemade salsas, too.

The salads looked like a toddler put them together using Kraft sliced cheese and waaaay over priced to boot! The burgers our kids got were ok… until we looked at this burger from some leftovers from this place and saw these little bubble beads…???? Or something?? They look like tapioca beads used as filler for meat… we found them in day old leftovers??? Avoid!!

This is a gem here in Morongo Valley. The food and service are excellent. The biscuits and gravy were probably the best I have ever had....light fluffy biscuits and perfect sausage gravy (not greasy like many places). The bacon was done to perfection too. Compliments to the owners and chef for operating a high quality eatery! If you are in the area, this is a must eat here place!

Was disappointed in the amount of cheese in the omelet. They should of added more. The food was good though. The staff was also good. Will be coming back.

Was just looking for a quick bite. Nice little shop. Not fancy but simple honest food served quick, friendly and hot. They seem to be all family members and they work well as a team..Had a good burger 🍔🍟. They do close early, like around 2pm ish. So it is a breakfast and lunch spot.

Great service, below average food. Hash browns weren’t crispy. Pancakes aren’t anything special. Biscuit came out weird. Enjoyed my time there but wouldn’t go back.

OMGooodesss!!! My best friend and I stayed in Morongo Valley during Coachella and we found this cafe down the road from us and we went 2 mornings in a row!!! The food and the staff are so amazing. It's a small family owned cafe and it's perfect. The food was delicious and they have the BEST biscuits I've ever had! I live in Texas and I've had a lot of amazing biscuits - but these are different and something I will be thinking about until I have them again! Hahahahaha! Ugh gonna fly back out to California just for these biscuits 😂
