Can't trust the owner...propane quote to me was under 10 gal.$ 2.79 gal. So we go get.3gal. And CHARGED $13.40 ..I ASK WHAT HAPPEN TO $2.79 GAL ...HE SAYS THE REST IS TAXES WITH PRV OR SOMETHING THAT SOUNDED LIKE....I HOPE IT WASN'T C.R.V.

The new management is very friendly and the store looks a ton better after they remodeled it. There is also a beer walk-in with some many varieties of better. Also they have lots of hard liquor for sale in big and tiny bottles.

Had an issue with my car so I pulled in to check it out and I had no oil the guys that work there was super friendly and very knowledgeable about what kind of oils work better for the type of car I have... The prices for the oil was very reasonable and the kind friendly man who put the oil in my Thanks a bunch

Cute place. General stuff you might find at a road side liquor store. I like the store, rustic, historic ,clean and very nice staff. I wish they carried some fresh baked goods, like organic bran muffins. Hint hint

Not sure if the guys understands, I told him his 2 liter sodas are in the sun, gas comes out and render no good. He says they are not expired even though his sodas have no gas. I asked him to compare it with a canned soda and he says it's cause it's diet. Really, understand your product before you sell it please. I told him return his stock. Doesn't understand what's wrong with his product, not even offer exchange. Their new owners are not very careful with taking care of customers. LAST TIME I buy from there .And, prices are horrible. 12pack of beer and 2 packs of cigarettes over $50, seriously!!!! I don't mind paying extra but don't abuse

Stopped in around 10:00 am last week and was greeted by a very friendly female worker. The store was clean and well stocked and.....empty. A Dollar General opened a mile away and is killing their buisness. I like the people at both stores but prefer The Country Market for nostalgic reasons and they're a mom and pop store. They have fountain drinks and coffee so they're more of a country store lol.

It’s a great convenience store in the middle [between Yucca & Morongo valley] of a VERY small town! Great place to refill on snacks after a day in Joshua Tree! Friendly staff and wide variety of alcoholic beverages if that’s also your thing.

No prices marked on shelves or in the very warm beer cooler. You pay a different price every time. They tried to get me to pay 18.99 for a 12 pk of beer that should be 14.99. Scammers and shame on them for taking advantage of folks on EBT as well. They need to post their prices and be honest. They are not!

Don't buy liquor. If it's bad, they won't take it back or exchange it. Plus I paid 30 for the bottle and when I took it back they said it was only 20. Mike (owners nephew) also told me that another customer brought back an 80 dollar bottle of whiskey, said it was bad and he wouldn't take it back either so he just validified for me that others have had the same problem, duh! Bunch of BS going on there!

Awesome place, is currently under new management and I have to say it's much better. All the prices in the store have dropped and they have just about everything a store needs. Recently just got a water machine out front and they also refills propane. Snacs, drinks, ice, alcohol, cigs and food items all available here. Stop on by.

Old style convenience store that has been around for a veey long time. With new owners it still has its hostory. Ill always remember when the cow was taken off the roof. Some left a note on the door saying went on vacation ill be back soon, cow. Lol A month later it was returned to the front door, and the owners placed it back on the roof.

Stopped here on the way to coachella, only place in town with decent prices that didnt try to rack everything up for the event. very nice family that helped my friends and i although they gave my friend a hard time because he couldnt find his id but another one of us had one so it worked out, and idk- beer tasted pretty fresh to us LOL

Dont shop here, yes the lady is nice. But that dosnt make up for everything being expired...i bought jerky, bad n expired by months. My boy bought a drink, bad n expired by a week. My bro bought some bubble gum, bad n expired by 4 years. We witnessed another guy that bought bad milk n brang it back. The guy that works there just put the milk back in the fridge. All in the same visit. Horrible.. Also, depending on who is working, the prices are always different..they charge what they want...i think alot of their inventory isnt even distributed, they buy from other stores and resale items. EXPIRED ITEMSI will never shop this store again. Your safer going to circle k or chevron...
