I have taken my doggo, Ruby, to this Petco groomer for quite a long time now. They take really good care of my Ruby. She is a large-breed, senior dog, and needs a bit of extra time and a gentle touch, because of her age and arthritis. I couldn't be happier with how professional, kind and effective they are. If you want a nail trim only, you can’t book on the website, it is easiest to make the next appointment while in store.

So happy that Zoe took really good care of my dog Wall-E. She did her best with the nail trimming. I know he doesn't like it, but I'm happy they are better than they were. He was so happy to be taken care of by her. He looks and smells so much better. Thank you Zoe!!!!

They canceled our appointment without us knowing it. Then send a confirmation to come it, if not they would charge us a fee for no show. When we showed up, they told us to leave because we had no appointment !!! After we left the store, 15 minutes later we received a cancelation notice in the mail...the store is confusing, and the customer service is rude.

We were greeted by friendly staff and my dogs were checked in and handled professionally. I was called to let me know how my dog was doing and that I could come and pick him up. He was ready when I arrived and I was able to pay for the grooming and my dog food at the same time. The staff is always friendly and good with the dogs and very helpful.

Michelle did an excellent job with my boy Bailey. My dog went home with a happy experience which was not the case the last time we took him to another PetCo. I will bring him back to this location again.

This was my first time taking my puppy Teddy for a grooming session. I did consider taking him to PetSmart but after a quick visit to the Gilroy site and seeing the deplorable conditions of their grooming facilities, the smell of dog feces, and the horrible customer care, I decided that for my dog it was worth the drive to Morgan Hill. Jessica the groomer was able to explain to me what was expected and she kept me informed about Teddy's progress via phone messages. As expected for Teddy's first groomer visit she did what she could and it was good! I will definitely continue using her services for sure.

I’ve never picked up my pup so happy from a grooming before! The hair cut was phenomenal & Elena really took her time to make it perfect. The environment was so peaceful even with three other dogs getting groomed when I picked up my dog. I am so so thankful for Petcos grooming salon!

There is a groomer there her name is Elena. She’s so amazing! Always so sweet to my pup and me. Love going because I can’t wait to so hi to her! On Christmas she gave my pup a bag of treats and a chew toy out of the kindness out of her heart. She’s the best!😊 -Shayla

I was very disappointed. I took my dog for a wash, haircut and cut nails. Well his hair was cut but it didn't look like they bathed him well at least it didn't smell like it. I noticed his nails were not trimmed so I asked the lady that was helping me she said "oh yeah we couldn't do it because he was trying to bite." I told her her if his nails were not cut wht did she charged me for it and why didn't she mentioned it before charging me. Also I know for a fact my dog does not bite. After I left that place I took him elsewhere for his nails and they didn't have a problem with him. I even asked them if he tried to bite they said no. I will never take him to petco grooming, they are so lazy but quick on charging you. 😡

Lily always does a great job with my dog. I have a now blind, 13 year old shih-tzu, who has been going to see Lily regularly for the past 3 years. Lily always makes us feel welcome, does a fantastic job on a usually overdue for a haircut, dog. Polly (my dog) looks and feels great after a visit to this Petco groomer. Every employee I have engaged with at this Petco has been warm, engaging and helpful.

I received a text at 10:15 telling me my 10:30 appt. was rescheduled to 4:30 per my reauest. After calling, my groomer told me someone with a dog named CHAMP had rescheduled. She said she has at about 30 customers with that name. Very poor management. Should attach a phone number to name.

Groomer was very knowledgeable about older dogs grooming needs ,she did such a great job on my senior dog ,she broke the grooming into two visits so that my dog wouldn't be overwhelmed with the whole process
