I was keeping my friend company while she bought a bird for her mother in law. I gave her one of my cages. Your employee ( a tall young man) was so helpful in catching just the bird she wanted and placing the bird in our cage, so we did not have to transfer the bird from box to cage. Great customer service with a pleasant attitude. Thank you so much.

My wife was told they only had a partial order and the dog treats weren't included because they were out of stock. She checked the shelf and they were there. She asked if they could add them to the order to complete it, and was told no, that she would have to pay the price with out the 10% online discount. Sure seems a manager could have corrected this error if they were concerned about customer loyalty.

I have tried three separate times to take advantage of their walk in nail trimming for my dog but each time I’m turned away for various reasons. I don’t think I can rely on this location for my pup any more. Wish they either came through with their walk in nail trimming service or actually offered appointments.

Alex, who helped us about the aquarium purchasing, was great. He clearly explained for what we wanted to know and very helpful. He carried the 55-gallon aquarium to the 1st front cashier desk neat the door and told us he would carry it to our car after purchasing. However, the only cashier girl, who was at the 3rd cashier desk, ignored our check out. There was an old guy she was helping and took a long time that we understood and thought we would be next in service since we came after the old man and no anyone on the line after the old man she was helping and had a long chitchat. Then, there was another guy coming after that with two bags of dog foods. Instead of telling the next customer that we had been waiting at the first cashier desk; she chose to ignore us and provided the check out service withe that guy, who came after we came. Therefore, I told my partner to look for Alex and seeked help from him. Alex came and did the check out for us and carried the aquarium to our car. Excellent service compared to that girl at the third desk; she should have paid more attention to all customers, not only the one infront of her because she was only cashier there. It should be first come first serve. The 55-gallon aquarium is too large for us to carry and stay on the line at her desk and she should have realized that Alex caaried and put it on the first cashier near the door for us. She should have given us the check out after finishing with the guy she was helping and continued having long chitchat. In addition, she had chosen to ignore us because we did not stand at her slot and continued giving her service to a guy, who came after we came.

This Petco is great! Very friendly and helpful staff. I also use their grooming service for my pup and they are usually very accommodating of his special needs and my requests. There has been times were grooming has taken a little longer than expected but nothing that would cause me to have any sort of problem.

Walked in today to look at pets to kill time.I was only in there for five minutes because of how depressed the animals were. There was a dead pinky mouse next to there bed. This one snake looked dead against the glass. But what really got to me was this 1000 dollar bird standing sick while another bird looked like he wanted to break out. Awful place. Never coming back.

(This was for a grooming)I had an appointment at 9am, I went I got there exactly at the time and the door wasn’t open. We waited about 15 minutes and no one open it, but we seen someone who worked there and go in and didn’t say anything to us. There were anothers who were knocking on the door really loudly. Finally they open and they say they didn’t hear anything that we been 18 minutes late and can’t do his hair. Meanwhile there like five people there. This whole experience was really annoying and upsetting.

Do not use there clinic services, the prices are not reasonable. Let alone I would still use there services any how, to come to my dog 2 annual visit for them to lie and say they couldn’t provide services because my pug needed a muzzle in the past, never has my dog used one for there services! I was so upset and confused when I called there service line for help, they said they would call me back to see what happened but I never got a call back, today I get a email apologizing for the services not provided and hope I continue to utilize them but not for my pug🤣🤣🤣🤣 there crazy! Rant over hope this helps.

Kayla helped me decide which kitten food to buy. She helped me by carrying a kitty condo to the register. She also told me I could save $ by signing up for vital monthly care. I am still thinking about that. Overall, I really appreciate the great customer service I received.

i was saddened to see a small white dog being shaved through the checkout window shaking horribly! I watched to see if the groomer would try to pet and talk to the dog to calm it. she did not!! She was talking to another human with no interest in the pup who was scared! i asked the checker to ask her to please talk/pet/calm that poor dog! She said is wasn't her place to tell the groomer anything! I was mortified that was her response to me! She refused to tell the groomer anything! The girl sitting outside the glass accepting new dogs to be groomed heard me and quickly turned her head to pretend she couldn't hear me. No one did anything! I would NEVER bring my dog here for grooming. super sad I am for all animals coming to this groomer!!!!

This Vet and supporting staff are great! And they don't break the bank. My last Vet, (I'm not going to mention names) well, I couldn't get out of there for less than $250-$300! Not so with Vetco. Their prices are reasonable and the care excellent.

We been having trouble with finding a groomer for our retired military dog. He is yet to adjust to retirement and becomes stressed around other dogs barking at him. He is very kind but as a bigger dog I understand people may be afraid of him. Petco did an amazing job with our Morris. He looked wonderful and happy. I am so happy the groomer was patient and understanding. I will definitely continue visiting Petco for future grooming.

Petco Groomers in Morgan Hill destroyed my beautiful dog. I brought my dog in for a trim and 5 hours later my dog had 3 legs shaved, gouges to the skin on the neck and trimming was uneven. Even if you offered me free grooming for a year, I would not return to Petco for a free dog wash. I cant believe you call these employees groomers. I never one to write a review but clients should know. Attached are the photos of before and after being butchered. Be your own judge.

Fairly typical big box pet store with grooming and all the goodies you could ever want for your critters. Staff was friendly and helpful and the cute cashier with the tattoos was easy on the eyes and had a great smile. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It was a bit messy but they were restocking when I was there so can't say it is like that all the time.
