I had such a great experience at le pooch ! It was my first time here, I really didn’t know what type services i wanted for my dog other than a bath. They were all very sweet and helpful and got my baby Apollo his first bath ! He loved it and was loved by everyone there. I really recommend them !!

This was the first time I decided to try a new dog grooming salon for my three dogs. I usually take them locally where I live in San Francisco but we were on a trip and had time to kill so decided to stop in and get my dogs done. First impression, I was greeted by the staff like they’ve known me forever, very professional, and welcoming. I asked a couple general questions, and was very satisfied with the answers I received. They took their time to explain the services they offer, as well as the variety of products they use. I was immediately drawn to the girl running the front desk, I believe her name was Christine, She was very kind and patient at the same time, as dealing with a very busy lobby Have fun she even recommended some products that I was not aware existed for the health and beauty of my dogs, coats and skin. I instantly felt completely comfortable, leaving my dogs in their care while We checked out the city of Morgan Hill. I was given an estimated time when they would be done and was told I would get a phone call A few minutes in advance that way we could wrap up whatever we were doing in the city. Usually I’m nervous and my dogs are nervous when we to a new place we are not familiar with, but I know my dogs as well as everybody knows their dogs and my dogs were completely at ease when We walked in. Usually my dogs make a break for the door, especially if I’m getting ready to leave however, that was not the case, they happily went with the other girl into the back. I honestly felt very carefree, leaving my dogs there because I felt they were in good hands. After a few hours I received the phone call and I came back to get my dogs, and I was stunned when I walked in and saw my babies. They were handsome, their coats were nice and shiny. Their nails were done, and they were just glowing.. I have to say, this was a very positive interaction, and I was completely satisfied with the services, and especially satisfied with the way my babies looked, smelled, and their overall demeanor. I live in San Francisco but I will be coming back regularly to bring my dogs and I recommend anybody who loves their babies as much as we do to definitely give dog grooming a try. Granted, it is 45 minute to a 1 Hour Dr. to get here, but is well worth it, especially due to the way my dogs reacted when I picked them up, they were very mellow and usual happy selves. Thank you very much to the staff at Le grooming and thank you very much for making me feel comfortable and at ease, I cannot wait for our next haircut appointment

I took my nervous cats to Le pooch and they really handled them with care ! They both are very scared of everything but they really love people ! They gave both a flea bath and a great brush out and they were both so happy coming home, i really love and appreciate how everyone handled both of them, will definitely come back.

My dog got skunked first thing in the morning right before my work and I called them at 7 am and they got me in right away and de skunked him. They did an amazing job and he smells great! When I did it myself last time it took a whole year to get the smell out. I normally give him a bath myself but may start bringing him in more routinely since they did such a great job! Highly recommend!

My 1st time at this Salon after trying out 3 other places that couldn't cut my toy poodles's hair. One place made us waited 6 hrs for a paw trim and no haircut, but this Le Pooch salon they've under promised and over delivered because it took only 1 hour and it was so fast that we had to rush back.Front desk staff are very friendly and my baby is looking so beautiful and she is living her best life! Thanks a million!!!!I will be back here to do our regular visits. Happy new year!

Sine it’s national dogs day I was thinking of my little girl Bella today. Bella was my best friend growing up and I’ve shared so many memories with her. Bella is no longer with us today because this place put Bella through emotional and physical distress with led to her death. I’ve taken both my dogs to this particular place for years and have never had a problem before. The last time I took Bella here was in October of 2020. Bella had anxiety and had to get special treatment because of her anxiety. We got a call that Bella was having a seizure and rushed to get her. We specifically told the groomer not to put her in the dryer because she doesn’t like loud noises. Bella had burns on her face and the groomer told us that while she was having the seizure that Bella was put in a small crate. We were also told that they took Bella out the building. This doesn’t make any sense why would you do this to our dog? Seems like you forgot my dog in the dryer or whatever they use to dry the animals. They obviously didn’t follow protocol when an animal is having a seizure and couldn’t give us any footage because it was supposedly deleted. Pretty suspicious how it was deleted from this particular incident. None the less you put my dog in emotional and physical distress and caused my poor Bella a horrible and emotional death. I would not take your animals here or would be very careful. I posted a picture of Bella in her memory. Thank you for reading

I took my dog mid August to be groomed and when I picked him up I witnessed a woman being very mean to another dog. I told the front desk person that this lady was being mean to a dog. She just brushed it off. First and only time I’ll take my dog there.

I’ve been bringing my 5 dogs to LePooch for going on 5 years now. The staff is very friendly and personable. They make you feel like family. I know that when I drop my dogs off they are treated with love and compassion. Every time I bring them they are excited to go inside. ( they run to the front door). My old man dog is generally a pain to deal with, I can’t even run a comb through his hair without a fight but he allows them to groom him. They always look great when I pick them up. This place is well organized and very professional, especially the manager. She is very much on top of things when it comes to my dogs. I feel very much at ease when leaving my babies there. Great service and professionalism across the board.

Do not take your pet here !!! Took my dog here for the first time and it was the worst experience of my poor dogs life !! Right when I picked my dog up, she looked terrified. She was not the same after, and was very scared once she got home!! She didn’t want to eat her food as normal after and I had to change her whole diet after getting her groomed at this place, not to mention she developed an ear infection and put her through more stress!!! DO NOT take your pets to this place. I will not be taking my dog back here ever.

Le Pooch did a wonderful job grooming my standard Poodle. We travel full time in an RV - so finding a good groomer is always a little dicey. I was so happy with the job they did and they were very friendly and kind to my dog. Highly recommend

I can't really thank them enough for taking my dogs in and be able to get them nails trimmed. Cassandra and her coworker did great even tho my two dos are pitbulls mix, super friendly and scared baby's. They did trimmed their nails outside the building but I'm forever grateful. Thank you ladies .

Great groomers! They were able to shave my dog with severe matts even after multiple groomers said they weren't able to and needed to take him to a vet. They are very reliable and helpful over the phone/text. My labradoodle comes back looking beautiful!

We have a 70lb German Shepherd puppy (9 months) and we have brought her to Le Pooch twice. They do a great job grooming but I do not recommend this place for larger dogs.As a matter of fact other customers kept commenting on how large my puppy is with condescending tones. Which I thought was odd because who cares? What is it to them that I have a larger breed puppy?My puppy was there from 11:30am to about 4pm for a de-shedding and general grooming. They warned me it would take that long so that is fine. However, my puppy was so distressed being surrounded by small yappy dogs all afternoon that when I picked her up she was going around in circles and then puked.I cannot speak for the kennel environment my puppy was in while she waited for me to pick her up (about 15 min) but based on her behavior afterwards my guess is there were lots of yappy dogs (I could hear them from the entry way) in a confined space and based on my experience in the entry way the smells and fumes of the shampoos/products being used are not ventilated enough. I believe this led to my puppy being nauseous.Again they did a great job with the grooming however, I would not bring a large dog there again.

My Miss Lola is 16 and they take wonderful care of her when they groom her she always looks fabulous and she never seems stressed or upset like she has at other places. They don't keep her there for long either they're pretty fast with her.

Oh how love le pooch and wonderful staff. I just took my small chihuahua there right now. And I was so happy with the service. I had taken my dog to petco to there groomers, but today he tried to nip the lady at petco. And I did not like the service. The lady at petco was so rude and telling me to go ahead and buy for the service.And i explained everything to the lady at le pooch, and she understood. And she then went to the back to get a lady to help me trim my dog nails, and the lady was super friendly and she asked if I wanted to put a muzzle on my dog, and then after I was done. She gently walk toward my dog and with a gentle voice picked him up, and he did fantastic with her. She did the most amazing awesome job on his nails. I’d ever seen anyone do. I would love to rate le pooch 100% ⭐️ stars.Totally RECOMMEND!! Please don’t trust anywhere else. This place is outstanding.

Yes I called this groomers a month ago unfortunately due to covid-19 they were not open but the owner is extremely nice and as soon as she knew a date they were going to open she called me typical appointment because I was one of the first people to miss the stay-at-home Shelter by one day so I didn't get to have my dog groomed. Very very nice people work here
