Sir Pip is a young little boyo, so is just learning and can be anxious, but they are so kind, gentle and patient with him during the process. May is a skilled groomer and Pip comes out looking like a prince, as you can see. Thank you May and Melanie.

I brought my Yorkshire Terrier here for the 2nd time today, and they are wonderful. Cali Pet did a great job! I feel so relieved to have found this place. I was asked and told exactly how long and what they would do with him and they did just that. Thank you for doing such a great job with Jeter. We will definitely be back again.

Calipet Morgan hill has been a boon for me and my Pet Via ( chug).My dog is very anxious about nail trim but not here , she is so at ease with the groomer.Whenever we walk in, there is smile and welcome at the reception , he recognizes us by our pets name and immediately staff attends to our needs. I buy high quality food for my dog there. I would not go to any other place. I would give 10 starts for their courteousness and friendly lovable staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Cali Pet is a great place for grooming and high quality food/treats. Anastasia is a fantastic groomer. We have one very nervous little dog when it comes to nail trims, but Anastasia handles him with ease and always gives him a good experience. He’s becoming less nervous with every trim thanks to her professional handling and grooming skills. And sometimes they get an adorable bandana with their service!

I have to share the most amazing grooming visit ever. Anastasia you are the best 🔥 💗 took my Daisy girl( 6yr old Bichon frise ) in to go and get dolled up needed the whole 9 yards, glands cleaned, nails trimmed, haircut, shampoo, you name it was done ✅ Anastasia was so attentive, patient and caring with handling my Daisy girl. we will definitely be back. first time experience, we were number one to get groomed by Cali pet goodz Morgan Hill location

This is the 2nd I’ve taken Izzy to get her groomed here. Lily does an amazing job with her giving her the lion look. Izzy is pretty difficult as well. I’m happy and thankful they can take her. Love the work. Everyone is super nice and friendly as well. We found our place. ♥️

Great service. One of the few places I've found that services exotic pets (rabbit). Their fast and affection. Rabbits are walk in only. And call first to make sure the exotic pet tech is in. But all on all amazing service.

Went in to inquire about dog grooming. Grooming a 20lb senior dog is $80 and takes 4-6 hours, unless you add $35 for a rush of 2-3 hours. They put the dogs in kennels to dry instead of hand drying them. Not good.

Hunter was very rude. I waited 20 minutes when a sign on the door said back in 10 minutes. I have call logs to show how long from speaking to when he was back. He said he had to do stuff and I didn't have to stay. Then tried to prove he was only gone 10 minutes. I asked him to move on but he didn't drop the conversation then told me to leave the store. Poor customer service!

Went for bath which includes de-shed treatment which is what I needed for my dog and as soon as we got into the car, we pet him and so much hair was coming off into our hands. They charged extra for a difficult behavior dog who is actually just excited to see other dogs but didn't let me know that was a thing and said he had a bad time in the bath and with the dryer and getting his nails done. I went here because I was dying from allergies and needed him groomed ASAP but will not return and just stick with my normal groomer. Staff seemed annoyed with him and weren't very friendly.
