So happy to see that another beauty supply came back in the same location. Love the vibe. Folks are nice and lots of products that my family uses. Pricing is a bit more, but everything has gone up everywhere. I forgot to ask the ladies name, but she I believe may have been the owner. She was very nice and had a sense of humor! Very welcoming. Happy to have YES beauty supply in my neck of the woods. Finally, a reliable business!

The way you are followed in the store is crazy. I thought it was just me but after reading other reviews ITS NOT JUST ME!! if you want to watch customers sit and watch the cameras or something you probably will not have to profile or follow everyone around. This will be my last time going in.I would have called my friend to come with if I wanted a shopping buddy.

I have been in this store at least twice a week since they opened. First impression was very friendly and helpful. As the visits went by I realized the man is just friendly “following you around the store”. Very annoying. I have spent my money here multiple times. I recently went in and purchased $200.00 worth of items. Went back in the very next day to return not all but some items and was told no returns. I purchased too many of the wrong item. The return policy is not on their receipts. As a returning customer who they even acknowledged it was very disheartening to know they wouldn’t accept my return. Undoubtedly I would’ve returned to spend my money there in the future. It goes without saying they have lost a would be faithful customer. If you shop there, know they will not accept returns or exchanges even after their extremely “friendly” behavior. The woman just pointed to a pink print out that read no exchanges or returns. No so friendly after all
