We moved to Riverside a few months ago and I frequently shop at the Costco right across the street from this store and I absolutely can not believe why I didn’t think to visit this store before. It is an absolute gem. Unbeatable prices on produce, bulk items that you can weigh and buy, great meat and frozen section. They even have sushi place inside & I believe I saw vegetarian sushi’s too. Currently they’re having Halloween decorations, I needed to ask my husband to buy that 😜 but my oh my what a great store. It’s huge & wasn’t crowded. Plenty of parking too.

So this store has it all. To much to list. If you want a pizza you can order it as well. Fresh fish, produce meats. ,bread. Etc,etc. Jose and Edwardo we're very helpful in the meat market.

My 1st time here. I am very impressed of everything else EXCEPT..1. A Fly/insect.. inside the donuts-showcase.2. The payment types NEEDS to be advertised/have sign outside the store that shows "does NOT accept" credit card.Don't just inform your customer at the cash register. Because what if some of those customer(s), does not carry debit, cash or check?

Went inside to buy some products. Got a Food For Less vibe more than a Costco vibe. First thing I noticed the place is very bright on the inside, which I appreciate. The store is spacious, has a deli, and in the back there is an area where large amounts of candy or dried fruit or coffee beans can be bagged up. In the front of the store you can buy heated up pizza slices. The prices are what you expect to pay if you shop at food for less, but there are sales if you look for them. Overall, it's not a bad place to shop at.

My first time visiting these store. Hey have a lot of stuff for the best price in all the valley. Heard they have service twenty four seven so thats a huge plus for people that have a really busy morning/afternoon. Really good prices on alcohol and vegetables..

Inexpensive box store with almost everything imaginable but with a 30% or greater savings on most items. Great alternative place to shop if you dont want to 50 boxes of soap, this place has variety. Windows has kept the prices lower than the competition to pass the savings to the consumer.

Dear Winco Management,I am writing to share feedback from my recent experience at your store, which I have been visiting bi-monthly for the past two months with consistently positive experiences. However, my latest visit was marred by an encounter with Supervisor Tabatha, which I feel necessitates your attention.While in line with a single item, I was directed by Tabatha to use the self-checkout. Upon informing her that I intended to pay with rolled quarters, she responded that the store does not accept them and suggested using Coinstar. This was inconvenient and financially impractical for my modest purchase of a green juice totaling approximately seven dollars.Furthermore, during our conversation, Tabatha abruptly closed her register while I was still in line, an action that was both surprising and felt disrespectful. Other customers also seemed taken aback by this behavior.I believe it is crucial for a supervisor to exhibit professionalism and courtesy, traits that were notably absent in this instance. I trust that the management will address this matter appropriately to maintain the high standards of customer service that I have come to associate with Winco. Oh! And it's worth noting that Monique at the self checkout lanes was extremely kind and helpful.Sincerely,David Rodriguez

The black woman working the self checkout lane needs a major attitude adjustment. To accuse my mother of stealing when she wasn’t. And to continue to berate her for nearly 3 minutes with the bulk item manager. Two unprofessional clowns. What happened to employees having integrity. Cannot wait to reciprocate the energy back every time I return and see them.

Plenty of parking, carts plentiful, store orderly and kept clean, well stocked, staff friendly and helpful. Prices are good. If you shop at the beginning of the day you'll find most everything in stock as they stock the store at night so first thing in the morning as a customer would mean you get first dibs.

Well, don't come to this WinCo Foods in Moreno Valley if you need to use the restroom between 11pm and 8am the picture shows the restrooms padlocked shut and the middle aged white lady employee says that they have been shutting down the restrooms for those hours for about 6 months now. Other BAD WinCo foods include Fontana and Pomona locations they close their restrooms from 12am to 7am. GOOD WinCo foods locations include Redding,Ca and Indio,Ca and Modesto,Ca locations their restrooms don't close all night long

Update 6/20/21: The Winco bulk bins are back!! Loving it!One reason that I like Winco is that they’re pretty consistent in terms of their store layout. You can always find what you need when you need it, and that doesn’t seem to change much. It’s also nice that the stores that I’m familiar with—specifically Moreno Valley and Apple Valley—are laid out almost exactly the same.

The staff in the self checkout on friday august 4th was extremely rude. I asked for help and when i approached the attended she responded with a rude "what?!" i promptly left my cart and went elsewhere.This was around noon if it helps correct this action... i for one will not return here ever.

This place is trash. We were on vacation and my 11yr old forgot her feminine hygiene pads and so my wife and daughter were able to get there at around 9:45. When they arrived, they noticed the aisle where those products are available was blocked off. My wife asked an employee who stated that they close that aisle at night. My wife explained the urgency of the situation, also being tired and confused why they would block that off, but nothing else in the store, and the female employee said she would call the manager, also a female and when she arrived she was extremely rude and stated "if I do this for you, then I need to do it for everyone else", my wife explained the store was empty, it's unlikely that a flood of women are going to come buy all the sanitary napkins, but the manager just disregarded my wife and ignored my 11yr old who was clearly in discomfort and the manager walked away without even so much as a sorry or a goodnight, just walked off. The liquor aisle was not even blocked off, so I'm not sure what the point is with blocking off feminine hygiene products, the men's area was not blocked off. This is clearly an issue with the Sr. Management or the GM/Regional as this is a sexism issue. I wish we would have gotten the managers name because she is a repulsive human and should be strongly encouraged to seek employment elsewhere.

My elderly mother and sister reported human feces in the soda aisle. My sister slipped on it and almost fell. It took the supervisor named Estevan almost an hour to address. My mother and sister were directing traffic to step over it because it took so long for them to clean it up. When he did, no compassion, no empathy, no assistance in cleaning or providing supplies to clean, nothing. My mother asked for complimentary 5.00 slippers that were in a bin near by and he said, "it's not the stores fault". My mother then proceeded to purchase the slippers and he took them and said "it's fine we will take care of them" in a condescending tone and made a gesture to the cashier Viviana that expressed annoyance. Viviana then proceeded to treat my mother with plain disrespect. She rushed her purchase and was at the register acting rude and tapping her nails. When my mother left the store, she called me to share her unfortunate experience and I called the store. Viviana happened to answer the phone and I asked her, why the poor treatment of a loyal customer since the store opened and she hung up on me twice! I spoke with another supervisor named Kiana who was helpful in giving me the store managers name who I will be contacting in the morning. Completely disgusted in how the supervisor Estevan and the cashier Viviana treated my elderly mother and the time it took for them to sanitize and clean the floor. My mother directing traffic to avoid the feces on the floor and that is how they treat her. They are lucky nobody fell, otherwise it would have been a lawsuit. This experience was almost as disgusting as a human taking a dump in the grocery store!

I just walk out from this store I was so disappointed with the customer service I went and do a little bit shopping and I was pay with card and I want cash back when I got cash back the machine gave me a $20 dollar bill and I walk to customer service for change and there’s 2 black woman was there I ask for change they told me to go and buy another thing to get change omg what else to buy I already buy what I want and I came to cashier and ask for change and show to her my receipt what I pay to get change the fricken customer service call the cashier to don’t give me change why you guys treat me like that did I steal? or you guys just races I shop at Winco so many times and that store was number one for me now the way you treat me like that I will never ever shop at Winco anymore and I hope you guys don’t do it to anyone else like you did it to me. There’s a lady here at deli her name is Tammy she kind weird cause the whole time I tell her something and she did pay attention what I’m telling her and when I tell her a new order she’s not look like ok with the new order 🤦🏽‍♀️

Open 24 hours!!!!This is so convenient, I shop at WinCo once a week. This place is fully stocked and clean. The cashier's so far have been polite and always remember to greet me and ask if I found everything okay 👍WinCo even has frog legs 😂

Wanted to grab a quick bite after work and pick up some groceries and decided on their sushi items. The Maui roll and Spicy California were exceptionally delicious for $16, great price great taste!
