Him & his wife Tina are the sweetest most caring small business owners that have showed their hospitality to all the southern california people for over 20 yrs. You won't find nobody as genuine as them. They show lots of love toward you & their prices. Definitely check this place out. You won't go anywhere else, promise.

Very humble and friendly owners, they were really informative about selecting the right fish for our aquarium.The prices are really fair, probably the best intown and great selection of fish too. If your interested in reptiles they have a nice selection aswell. Cash only no debit or credit accepted.

Owner super helpful and friendly. I get lot of knowledge from his personal expertise. Their prices are reasonable and has good selection of fish and tanks is cheap compared with brand name stores. I would buy it from here to save money. Recommend to all. The store is small spaces though.

I love this place!!!! The couple who owns the place are so nice and knowledgeable of all their animals. I bought baby bearded dragons here and they’re so healthy and energetic I’m in love. Also they have the cutest cat and her baby who roam around the store together.

I see reviews of this store in the really high rating and I don't doubt that the owners are great. But I do believe that it could use a bit of declutering, better display, and specially better hygiene. Its been neglected a bit and there is a lot of dust and even empty cages uncleaned. Good variety of fish and reptiles, that was a plus. Hope to see this store do better in the future, and if your looking for dogs and cats I don't think you will find them here from what I saw.

These guys are very knowledgeable and have great prices on their products. I go to them every time my chameleon is in need of crickets or if I need any fish supplies.They are one of if not the best Mom and Pop shop in the area.

I went here while on leave in Feb 2020 and I bought a tank for my brother's turtle. The owners were very helpful and very informative in all questions that I had. Would recommend for anyone wanting to get into the hobby.

Absolutely love this place!!!! The owner and his wife are so awesome , nice_& knowledgeable. They know so much about fish, birds, reptiles. We went in to buy some Oscars, Cichlids, green terrors, managuense, and answered every question we had . they didnt sell us anything for the sake of a sale. I would recommend if you are buying any fish or reptile or birds to go there. They arent as expensive as petsmart or Petco. We are definetely going back. We found our go to store for pets.

This place gave me confident for my pet Luna to have a enjoyable VIP treatment. My Luna came out and looked fabulous... happy they finish at 4:10 because beautiful Luna had an appointment at 4:20 for her after noon doctor appointment cause my Luna is pregnant with twins.

Unfortunately very dirty conditions for all their animals plus the shelves and products had a thick layer of dirty/dust. Having a clean store really goes along way even if your a small business.

I'm new to this area and I was looking for a pet store to purchase bird seed. This was the only pet shop around so I went to see if they sold the type of seed I was looking for, although they didn't have it I had a good experience with the owners they both are very nice people. They have a few birds and many aquatic supplies as well as reptiles.

Great local owned pet shop specializing in freshwater and saltwater fish & invertebrates as well as reptiles. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. They carry fish that you won't find at the big chain pet stores. Great LFS.

Amazing pet store, if they dont have what you are looking for, they can acquire it for you. Freshwater and Saltwater, anything from guppies, to discus, to Pikes or Vampire fish...I have spent Numerous hours almost every week for the past 2 years in this shop. Definitely recommend!

I have to go back there.Buy more Crickets.Buy some calcium for My Geckos.It's's a very nice place to go.Atmosphere is nicePeople are very helpfulThey help you get what you needAnd they give you a lot more information.On your pets.Than any other place.Does.Other places I been to.They just sale you what you buy.And no info at all.They are very fast and efficient on your answers I like that.Because I was in a hurry.They show that they really care about your pets.Good place to go.I really was in a hurry that day.

They were rly willing to give us a good deal with our first ever bought hamster cage. Surprisingly, Included for free the food dish and water bottle which was great! I was able to buy the roll around hamster ball they had and a cute box car for the hamster to sleep inside the cage. Everything was so cheap and they even gave me a deal on the hamsters since I bought multiple. It work out for me and my two year old to get 3 little dwarf hamsters. We had a great experience. Although small and needs more staff. It's a small con compared to the huge pro with the savings. Worth the wait because they save u more in ur budget than a regular store. Love this lil mom n pop shop and Owners are awesome. Loved the wife she cracks me up. Husband is great and works hard to get you whatever u want. Great spot and I'd Definitely recommend to everyone who needs anything for pets. *Although calling in advance and setting up everything beforehand is best* That way they can get u whatever u need Incase they don't have it in stock. I'll tell you, I'm not from this area moved here and I don't have pets. This was my first experience in here and I was impressed so I'll most certainly will be a reoccurring customer. Thanks again Wet Pets for making my experience so wonderful and I'll be seeing u again soon!! 🐁👍🙌🤗

I really am not sure how this shop got such a high rating?! I will not be going back! That place was disgusting! The tanks were dirty, some of them you couldn’t even see through the water (I think it was goldfish) one of their puffers had cloudy eyes, lots of brown algae everywhere. There was a layer of dust/dirt over their products. The place smelled (but to be fair they had several bird cages with birds). I was highly disappointed. I did see one decent tank that had plants. They looked healthy (maybe they were just delivered), I asked what a certain plant was, they said it was some sort of anubias, and I asked if they were sure, because it didn’t have the thicker leaves or a rhizome... turned out to be a cryptocoryne lutea. So yeah, won’t be returning :(

The store itself is fine for business, can't complain about anything in particularHowever there are things that this place has plenty of room to improve, such as cleanliness and organizationMost of the aquariums are full of moss/mold and the store send a bit run down in addition to being in a not-so-nice-looking part of townThe animals here are also living on what seems to be the bare minimum (simple houses and no commodities)But luckily they have a ton of variety in storeI'd assume that lower prices or a cleaner/more modern setup may boost them to give starsNote: this is a first impression bad off of a single visit
