Tue 4PM:Doctor put in prescriptionTue 7PM:With no update from Walgreens, I called and was told it would be ready in an hour.Tue 10PM:With no update from Walgreens, I went through drive-thru. Was informed it was not ready yet, that I should come back tomorrow morning.Wed 11AM:No update. Called, person who answered confirmed that it should've been filled yesterday. Transfered around 3 times, left on hold for 20 minutes. Call was disconnected by Walgreens.Wed 1130AM:Called back. Transferred twice, was told it would be filled in 30 minutes.Wed 12PM:Arrived at Walgreens and waited in line for 30 minutes.Wed 12:30PM:Was informed by the pharmacy receptionist that it was not ready yet. Asked if I would like to wait for the text to let me know when to come back and pick it up or if I would like to wait here. Decided to wait.Wed 1PMWas given partially medications. Doctor prescribed 20g, pharmacy only had 5g box. Was told they had to charge the full co pay. "Keep the receipt and I "shouldn't" have to pay again when I pick up for a refill" was what I was told.Honestly, they look like they are moving non stop behind the glass. But there is obviously something that's not efficient back there. At the very least, learn to give proper timings.Multiple people complained about their prescriptions not being ready while I was waiting in person. Others complained about phone calls telling them it would be ready hours ago.They need to reinvent their system.Until they do, go somewhere else for your prescriptions.

This Walgreens is horrible….The gentleman wouldn’t return my 10.99 item because it wasn’t purchased at “that Walgreens”He said he was a manager, but didn’t have a name badge on. Multiple items I purchased on my receipt, but just needed to return one because I didn’t use it.Yes I had my receipt. His excuse was because I paid cash. I’m a server I ALWAYS have cash for small purchases. Walgreens policy says you can return it any Walgreens as long as you have the receipt, so I guess he’s above the policy. Will be contacting corporate, as well as their head store manager.

Worst Pharmacy and customer service anywhere! Trust me drive an hour or more to your next closest store. You will get your prescription faster! The pharmacists remind me of the annoying mother who tells their children only 5 minutes when they ask how much longer, then proceed to make you wait an hour or more. Yes the store is open 24 hours but even the lines at the check stands are ridiculous as well. Even at 1 or 2 am! I do not recommend going to this location if you have a life.

Cashier told me I had to leave my reusable insulated grocery bag by the cashier unattended while I did my shopping. I went ahead and did because I knew he/she was going to refuse to ring up my items or was going to call the cops (who happened to be around the corner as I walked in). I’ve made purchases with that bag on me many times and never was told anything about it.

I never have a problem with this walgreens, in the pharmacy there was a black lady pregnant works there very rude, we where standing in line for along time while she pretends she on the phone but looking at us. The guy that work there there must of told to help us she just rolled her eyes. And walk to the drive thru section and just stand there. Then she comes back may I help you all rude. Advice for her you do t like your job don't work there.

This location needs a new GENERAL MANAGER. This lady is rude an does not know how to address customers in a proper manner an no etiquette whatsoever as well as an employee named "jessenia" or "yessenia" how ever you spell her name I didn't bother to read it I was just trying to do my business like I've been doing here for along time except they looked at me like a thief! I come here to buy necessities an to use the atm not be judged an greeted with no hospitality. I usually like this store.

Terrible service if you're in pain don't pick this one to get your meds. They didn't have my correct medical plan on file they had the one from my last job which should have been canceled already. Line too long & one person at the counter.If you like waiting for your pills go here.

The worst Walgreen ever, it take an hour to two hour to grab your medicine, they are super slow. Managers should see the security cameras how long the lines are. I dont recommend this Walgreen at all

Worst customer service in pharmacy keep ypu on hold for 20+ minutes only to have them hang up on you and dont even get the call went in and had the call on hold and all they were doing was talking and laughing and showed them they had me on hold and all they were doing was talking and laughing they had no words to explain themselfs rather have prescription sent to cvs or rite aid screw walgreens !!

Went to pick up an order for Uber eats and was directed to go to photos for assistance with my order. I went up to one of the male employees working the photo area and told me he could not find my order after I provided the reference number because on my end it was not showing details of what the order was. He told me he couldn’t find it until I was able to get a hold of the person who I am delivering for. He finally found the order and was upset because he realized it was a pick up order and came back and threw the order over the counter and did not apologize for the inconvenience. His tone was very unprofessional and makes the company look horrible! Will never be coming back to this location employees are not welcoming or professional!! Very upset

Noel (Pharmacist) is a true gem. He went out of the way to help when other pharmacies gave me a runaround. He even called the insurance company to make sure I was taken care of!

I called in a prescription. They said it would be ready the following morning. The following morning I check my Walgreens app, it's not ready. The next day, I check my Walgreens and discover that my rx has been cancelled. I never cancelled my order, Walgreens must have screwed up, big surprise. This place is a nightmare.

This pharmacy is the pits… it’s 24 hours but you would do better going anywhere else but here. Understaffed, drive-through either closes early or closed altogether. Waited 30 minutes in line with only one person ahead of me for them to tell me they don’t have my script. It has to be ordered. One worker helping others standing around. Then the worker comments out loud my reason for being there and my medication, no privacy.

Called 7 times over an hour and endlessly waited on hold to speak to a pharmacist. Physicians send your prescriptions to Rite Aid, CVS, or any other competent pharmacy. This place is bad for patient care

The hours is not 24/7 . Call are not being answered due to short staff and tech says different thing from the actual pharmacist. The owner need to do something . Had to refill a seizure medication on monday said it will be delivered next business day waited called then to double check it will be delivered then they said it will be process but just delay it will be ready next day, next day passed the medication out of stocks and it happens all the time. The medication still pending at this moment had to get it to rite aid next door . 3 days my patient missed the dose because of it and had multiple seizure . The wait time is rediculously long and taking for ever to get hold of a real pharmacist i understand its short staff and whats the management doing about it?

I was racially profiled while in Walgreens a few days ago for wearing a mask by a male Walgreens employee. Never had an issue until then. I had Covid back in December of 2020 and since then I have had slight heart problems. So, I do wear masks and of course use hand sanitizer to prevent myself from getting Covid. It’s not right to assume because someone is young, black, and wearing a mask they are going to steal. I do not even have tickets because I’m VERY law abiding. Really unfortunate I dealt with this. So be aware if you are a POC especially black and wearing a mask.

Waited in line for about 30 minutes before reaching the window with 3 people in front of us. Once at the window, the employee told us that they couldn't fill the ibuprofen for another hour and we would have to come back on Monday for the antibiotics. Keep in mind that the doctor sent the prescription about 45 minutes prior to that and the antibiotics needed to be started immediately! The employees suggestions was to drive to another Walgreens and "maybe they will have it". I asked her to verify with the other location before waisting more of my time and gas, and she reluctantly agreed, with the stipulation that we get out of line and she would call us on the phone with the information. She quickly called us and said they actually did have the antibiotics, but it would be an hour and 15 minute wait. I try to avoid this pharmacy at all costs due to repeated bad experiences, unfortunately this was preselected as my nephews pharmacy and we thought we would give them another try. Overall it took 2 hours to fill our prescription!!

I would give this pharmacy negative 100 stars if I could. Horrific and unprofessional pharmacy department. We waited an hour and a half for one prescription, staff was rude and unhelpful every step of the way. At first they said they couldn't find the patient's record; after prompting they found it. Then they claimed they didnt have the prescription and when we pointed out that it was confirmed to be in stock online they went back and "found it." Then they said it would take 10 minutes to fill and that they would call us when the prescription was ready. We got right back in line because there were 15 people already waiting. An hour later we finaly get to the front of the line and the woman assisting us rudely claimed she called out name already, but she definitely did NOT because we were standing in line 10 feet from the counter the whole time! When we mentioned the multiple issues we had filling this order the woman said "if you don't like it, go to another walgreens." It's charitable to even call this place a "pharmacy" or a "place of business" or the people behind the counter "employees." It's kafkaesque hellscape populated by the aggressively unhelpful. Avoid at all costs. This location should be shut down.

The worst pharmacy ever!! -100 stars for their bad attitude and ridiculous cut off times. If you close at 9:00, you are you assist your patients until 9:00. Have some respect for the people who are sick and in need of their medication AND arrive before 9 as the time says IT CLOSES AT 9. If you can't handle the time, change your time! If you are miserable at your job, find another profession and leave it to the hard workers who care for their customers. The people who work here are the absolute worse!

My wife has been trying to get a prescription filled and more than once sat on hold for over 50 minutes. It would be nice if people would do their job. If that’s not the problem then maybe you need to hire more people. You are having 20 times more customers with this Covid thing. Without paying customers your stockholders won’t keep investing. Get your priorities straight.

Tried calling regarding a prescription I needed after back surgery. What a blast, lemme tell ya, I had fun waiting in immense pain for 40 minutes with 3 callers ahead, just to finally hear the phone dial for 2 minutes followed by the call ending abruptly. Real nice!Also, you can’t have a family member with your ID and Insurance Card pick up your prescriptions if one if your prescriptions is a controlled substanceSo I, who got back surgery and literally cannot walk, need to drive over, walk in, pick them up myself, or suffer without your medication that the surgeon prescribed to you for your post surgery.What kind of freaking insanity is this, Walgreens?! DO BETTER!!

The worst pharmacy I have ever picked up from! Told me my medication would be ready at 5pm but when I arrived I waited an hour in line only to be told it wasn’t ready. Medication wasn’t ready until the next day at 10am. Would give 0 stars if I could, will never come back!

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They never answer over the phone, just keep replacing you on hold until eventually they hang up on you. The lines inside and drive thru are so ridiculous. When I walk in I see people that could he assisting with the line just standing around then when I finally get the to the front they look miserable like they don’t want to be working there and the service is terrible. They need to revamp the whole pharmacy and get it right so that it’s a more pleasant experience for those of us who already feel bad enough due to illness.

I have over a week trying to get my daughters asthma medicines, and other important medicines. Every time i have came they claim they are not ready. Today i have been in line for over 30 mins through the drive through, to only pull up to the window for them to tell me that my daughters medicines arent ready AGAIN!
