This place is awesome! My rescue dog, Marcel, has anxiety issues and Stephanie and her crew took it in stride and just made him feel safe. Oh, and they do great cuts too. Marcel is not thrilled about his new food and water bowls because they limit the amount he can access at one time.

Stephanie and her boyfriend did an amazing job on my Goldendoodle! She was quite matted before, but looked absolutely beautiful after being groomed by them! They were extremely kind and patient, and took incredible care of her. I’m so grateful. Highly recommend!

I chose this establishment due to the great reviews.I was not disappointed. The are very professionalAnd caring. I brought Vader in because huskies shed a lot in summer. They made him look better than he ever looked. He even looks younger, ha ha.I already made his next appointment.It may take a while to get in but believe me it's worth it.

I love taking my pup here. They never fail to take care of him and make sure he looks great every time. My dog is often impatient and terrified of baths in general, but Stephanie has always done a wonderful job with him.Thank you guys :)

Today my mom took my grandmas dog into get washed/haircut dogs been going their for years now to this place.She called and said the dog wasn't being good. She didn't finish the dogs hair cut.Hair with half done and still charged my mom $100! What a joke! I think she could have done something else. Or at least charge half since she chose to stop but to still charge $100. I've been telling her to stop going here for over a year now $100 for a 20 pound dog is a joke. Guess if you like getting over charge this is the place for you!

Love these groomers! I’ve been taking our family dog Chubbs here for years now, and there’s no other place I’d ever take him. His fur gets long and get matted quickly because of his breed, and Stephanie and her team take such good care of him every time! I’d recommend this place to anyone who loves their fur babies.

This is an amazing pet groomer located in Moreno Valley, CA. My Miniature Schnauzer just loves it here. The operators are very friendly and the customer service is great. Prices are nice for the quality of service they provide. 5 stars for putting up with my dog every time I drop her off 😊.

This place is awesome! Highly recommend! First we were able to get an appointment very quickly! Second the staff was amazing, very welcoming as soon as you walk omg the door. Third we got an updated to let us know how much longer before we could pick up and as soon as we got back our shaggy puppy was now a beautiful puppy. We didn’t even recognize her! Amazing service! I was referred here because my dog is old and difficult to work with these days so I’m having an extremely hard time finding anyone who will groom him. They were extremely nice but unfortunately weren’t able to do more than a bath. So I thought maybe if I brought him for a few baths he might warm up to them.We were 30 minutes late to our last appointment. She seemed very upset so I insisted on rescheduling. She was there alone with several dogs so I felt like she was having a rough day (as was I) and I know my dog is difficult so I didn’t want to further impose. Had she not been so kind before I would have had a real problem with the way she spoke to me but I was in the wrong, and we all have bad days, so I took that.She rescheduled us for the following week, and I didn’t get anything in writing, or a confirmation call, so I wasn’t sure if I remembered the time correctly. That morning I called several times to confirm and no one answered, voicemail box was full. So I arrived about 15 minutes before the time I thought my appointment was from memory and they were very much CLOSED.I feel like that was done on purpose. And while I was wrong to be late, and I did forget to apologize, I don’t think we deserved all that. Lol I was also a small business owner in the service industry and so I’m very empathetic when things like this happen. But at the same time I would never do that to an unproblematic client (me, not my dog lol) that was late one time. To my knowledge I’ve been nothing but kind and extremely grateful to you.So that was pretty harsh and I’m very disappointed because he really just needs a groomer he can trust and it’s been impossible to find someone with the care and patience.If you choose this business, don’t be late.

Just took our puppy here for the first time the other day and he loved it. The girls did a great job with him! Got his all white coat looking beautiful. They were both very friendly and got our Diesel in very quickly. My daughter loved how great he smelled lol and the little bow that he came home in. prices are very reasonable and it was overall just a good experience. Have already recommended to other pet parents and will definitely be returning for our furry guys future grooming needs! :)

This is the best grooming place in Moreno Valley. I am very happy with how my dog turned out. I will definitely keep coming back. Once you walk into this place you can feel that the workers love their job and love animals. I feel like I can trust them and that is rare. They deserve these five stars!! My first time ever going to a groomer and I am not disappointed! I have a terrier/chihuahua mix and chihuahua. Terrier got a lovely haircut at a great price! Staff was responsive to my texts and calls. My dogs can be nervous and shy but they treated my girls so well! I think I was probably more nervous than my dogs 🤣 they smelled sooooo good and so soft! Will be coming again. Thank you to the staff for taking good care of my fur babies ❤️☺️

My dogs have been getting here groomed om regular basis for thr last couple years. I adore the owner Stephanie as she has always been very accommodating w my schedule and my dogs. They love to go get groomed. My rescues have high anxiety and some special needs.Knowing she is a huge dog lover and they always get the love they need and also flawless services. I never want to go anywhere else.

I had a great experience when I took my German Shephard and Havanese here. The staff were very kind and polite, and obviously care about the animals they groom. My Havanese is very temperamental normally, but he took nicely to Stephanie right away. Both pups looked happy and fabulous when I returned!

First time taking our husky here. She took the time to check our fur baby and get introduced so she would feel comfortable before we left. Brushed her out better than any groomer we've tried before. Definitely going to be a regular here.
