I have used their mobile grooming services for two years now. Every groomer that has come to my home has been polite and I have always been happy with the quality of their grooming sessions. I have two dogs, a Maltipoo mix and a Pomeranian. The Pomeranian needs to be groomed more often, but both my girls are always happy to see their groomers and come back happy.Attaching picture of Waffles the Pomeranian.

This place was awesome. Everyone is nice. I was able to get in 24hrs after calling. They did an amazing job on my dogs. I have two senior dogs, one is a tool, the other is a lil chunky monkey. They charge by weight which is new to me but it was well worth it my babies are soft, clean and cute as pie.I have no complaints. We will be going back.

It was my first visit to Oh So Cute Grooming. I had a great experience. They were very nice and polite. My dog is older so they took extra care with him and they were pretty quick getting him done. I recommend you trying them out. I’ll definitely be returning!

Took in my dog today. When I came to pick him up his tail was cut down. They claimed they didn’t cut his tail hair. Results say other wise. Even if they didn’t use scissors they must of used some sort of brush or comb with a blade. Husky/malamutes hair don’t grown back the same so infuriating! Before and after pics of my dog. And the fact that the dude I talked to chuckled at me acting up a show saying they only brushed his hair and it came off like that. Bruh who you trying to fool. Telling me there’s no reason for them to lie to me. Hmm how about the fact that you need to protect you floppy job of a business. Y’all need to do better. Come on now. SMH.

Amazing place & service! I just took my 4 month puppy & was nervous. I was Able to see other dogs being groomed while checking in but seeing how patient they were was awesome and eased my nerves. I was able to leave and run errands and got the call he was ready & man oh man did they exceed my expectations! His haircut was exactly what i asked for & i could see how happy my puppy was🙌🏽 that was my biggest thing i didnt not want to traumatize my puppy & you could see how happy and how much he enjoyed it. I was a bit skeptical when I could get my poochies in 2 days after calling to make an appointment. Wow was that unnecessary. They were professional and keep a clean facility. The groomer listened to my preferences and offered a few suggestions. I am (somewhat) persnickety when it comes to my dogs and feel that a $60-$70 cut deserves care when carrying out an owner's requests. Having said that, Oh So Cute! were up to the task and my dogs look amazing. The older of the 2 poochies is hesitant with new people, but he was trauma free when I picked him up. I would suggest these groomers to anyone looking for a new place.

I’m new to the area and therefore was on the hunt for a passionate groomer. It just so happened that Oh So Cute! Was available on a day needed and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Shannon used to be terribly anxious and at times aggressive when at the groomer however she has had not one problem here! Everyone is so welcoming, so patient and so loving. You can feel the true love they have for animals and I absolutely remain enamored by it! Not to mention they are innately skilled. They have been Shannon’s sole groomer and will be for the long foreseeable future! Thank you all; we remain so grateful!(Included Before & After✨)

I just found this place and I was blown away by their service and attention to detail. You can tell they really care about the well being of the pets. Also , I was in love with the smell and the cute bandanna … I ended up getting the whole package , including nails and , dental and shampoo and they did such an excellent job. This grooming establishment gets 5 stars from me because I have been looking for a good spot and they truly go above and beyond for your pet . I’ve actually tried many groomers in more o Valley but this is by far the nicest , sweetest , safest and cutest !Thank you so much ! See you soon for Brownies next cut and wash .

I have been taking my dog here for a while with no complaints until now. The owner is very nice and polite but I had a bad experience with a female groomer and a male at the front desk. I took my Maltipoo for the usual a teddy bear cut in which before I always requested for Amy to do my dogs grooming with no issues, but since she no longer works there its open for any groomer. During my dog’s grooming process I receive a call from the groomer advising me that my dog wanted to bite her on 2 occasions while dematting his face and that she needed to cut his hair short on the face. First of all my dog doesn’t use that type of behavior if he had been treated right, maybe she had been pulling his hair aggressively. My dog is 2 years old and he has been getting groomed since he was 5 months with no issues until now. Once I get there to pick up my dog, there was a male at the front desk. I let him know I was there to pick up my dog and once I said my dogs name he kept on shouting at the groomer across the room like 3 times of how bad my dogs behavior was. Very unprofessional. My dogs cut came out to be a total mess. Maybe the owner needs to pay close attention to his workers while he is gone.

My normal groomer was closed and decided to give this place a shot. They were super friendly and went over everything in great detail. My boy was a little scared being it was a new place. The lady was super good to him and he went right with her. They did a great job with him and will definitely be going back. They even kept his Mohawk. Love coming here. They are the absolute best with my Lemmy.

Very nice and clean facility. Great customer service! Took in my 2 dogs; a Yorkipoo & a Poodle/Terrier. Asked for teddy bear faces and very low shave. For the most part the shave was done nicely, only complaint would be their hair is uneven in some places, mainly around armpits, head and legs/feet. Their faces don’t look very teddy bear-ish. $70 for an uneven cut is a little disappointing.

My dogs first time at the groomer, When I dropped her off she was scared but when I went to pick her up she was happy even before she seen me. Simply from her body language I can tell she had a good time and was cared for. The cut itself look amazing, I didn’t find any cuts or irritation. 100% would recommend.

Was worried about how my dog would react somewhere new, he was in need of a huge grooming he had matting and they were awesome! My dog cried when I was leaving and they assured me he’d be fine, his hair cut was shorter due to his matting and they cut it way better than I thought! Sooo happy with my service friendly and kind and pretty fast!

(Updated portion: Thank you for you service. Communication is definitely important. As a location rendering a service which is being paid for, if you are unable to complete a job ESPECIALLY if it's dependent on a dogs comfortability, you should communicate with the customer as soon as it happens. Truly dissappointing that there is no communication of my dogs uncomfortability nor in regards to a choice a customer can make until this post. Also please make sure there is 100% communication on your end aswell as I was promised my dogs tail would not be trimmed and your stylist proceeded to do so with no necessity.)The last two visits were INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING.1. I showed the gentleman how I preferred my dog's haircut. I even showed them pictures of previous cuts she has gotten. The gentleman even took pictures of my phone so they could refer back. When I picked her up they had done something different.I tried to let it slide but this last visit was upsetting.2.I specified to NOT touch my pets tail as I do every visit. I specified with the person writing down what I wanted for my pets cut and she even parked in RED: do not touch tail. I picked up my dog and her tail was completely trimmed down. Even though I was reassured it wasn't going to happen.Really disappointing. Definitely never coming back.

Our dog came back bleeding with cuts on both of his ears most likely from them using shears inappropriately and too close. They never once mentioned that they cut him and that he was bleeding, let alone on both ears. Be careful with who you let groom your pets. Won’t be coming back.

Recently moved into the city and was scared of trying new dog grooming places. I came across this place on my way home from work and it's an amazing Service! Recommend this place 100%. Great staff! The gentleman in the front gave me a run down of the services they offer. They explain everything thoroughly and recommend the service you'll dog would most likely need. I have a pug and they took care of him. He came out looking so fresh, he went to sleep right away in the car. Will definitely be coming again! Thanks again!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a grooming business that does it all and I found Oh So Cute! My dogs got the full service of grooming, nail trim and grinding, and even a mud bath! They looked and smelled so wonderful when I picked them up and I found myself sniffing them all the time haha. The staff were so amazing and flexible, not to mention they have the cutest bandannas!! My dogs look 10 years younger. Thank you to the wonderful team at Oh So Cute! Will definitely keep coming back.

Took my pet for a regular grooming and they cut her dewclaw ( the thumb of the paw) it completely came out. They told me that they would cover vet costs if needed. THEY DID NOT!! It got severely infected and the vet said it was necessary to do surgery to remove the whole bone to prevent future complications due to severe trauma done to it . I got multiple confirmations from the groomers that I would be reimbursed but once I received the bill they turned their words around! The want to say that my pet came in injured already! As pet owners I think we’d know if our fur babies were injured prior. My poor baby is now hurting and traumatized. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!!!!!

We went here a few times but stopped coming back after our dog was cut. We go to Pawlished Paws Boutique & Spa in Riverside now and have had nothing to complain about.Edit: Thanks for the childish response. How do you know about our dog if you have never serviced us? If you thought our dog was mistreated why didn't you contact the police rather than take our money and tips with a smile? Do you think its believable that a repeat customer suddenly stops going to a business and changes a prior five star review to a one star review for no reason whatsoever? Such shameful pathetic behavior.

Definitely not worth the price, I paid for the full package and some add ons like the nail trimming.. all I noticed was they bathed and trimmed him they didn't trim his paws or cut his nails and gave him back to me without blow drying off all his excess hair so he made a mess on us and my car. This facility was recommended I saw lots of reviews so I thought I was at the right place the lady explained to me also my fur baby girl had a lot of knots so I paid extra and full service. I also mentioned please leave the top long for her ponytail when I picked her up I was upset cut was short and uneven I don’t think she bathed her cause she still had that gum stuck on her paw never again. My Bonnie was lookin a little ruff (sorry I had to), so I brought her back for a 4th time to this wonderful place. They’re so welcoming to guests and they take their time when writing down your preferences! They keep your preferences in your file for next time. They’re so gentle with my Bon. She had her front teeth removed so her tongue sticks out, and they’re always careful when grooming her face. Thank you to the gentleman in the RCC hoodie, sorry I didn’t get your name. You were so nice and gentle with my Bon. I will never take her anywhere else because she always comes out looking so beautiful! Thank you to the groomer who did her care today, I’m sorry I didn’t get to thank you personally, you were probably busy with another fur baby. Bonnie looks absolutely amazing and I am 100% satisfied! She also smells so good. For the people reading this, I paid $80 total for the cut, a teeth brushing which is $7, and a nail grinding (nail filing), so I think this is a pretty great price!
