My PBM requires that I go here and I'm sure there are plenty of others who also have this requirement as well. As such it is overcrowded. The staff here are extremely overworked but are reasonably kind and nice. All in all I would say it's an okay pharmacy

The pharmacist that helped me tonight was very nice and sweet. Gave me all the information I needed. I didn't leave with questions because she had gave me proper instructions. She also put syringes in the bag without me asking for them. I loved that. And she also was able to get me chewable Benadryl. She saved me a trip from going inside. She also had the line moving fast. I really appreciate her hard work.

I love cvs is the closes one to my house; in reality, I think the staff are nice just busy and the pharmacy, I always get my needed shots or medicines

Rude and lazy here. I always have problems getting Rx filled here. Long lines inside and Drive-thru. They could care less about customer service or getting Rx ready for the customer. They are one of the worst Pharmacies in the area.

Staff are not really polite. Except this long haired Asian man he is very polite and attentive. Drive thru takes for ever. I only use this pharmacy because its close to my house.

I called last week sunday to get a refill for my daughter they said they'd send a message to the doctor but I need to bring in the new insurance card she was not willing to take info over the phone n said pharmacist was busy we took them the cards and they still haven't filled it! Now I can't even get through on the phone.

This place is terrible!!! There is always a problem getting my kids medicine here. I understand they are busy and I can deal with the wait times but at least give me the right info about my medicine insted of playing the blame game on why its not ready yet !!!!
