Pros: They were able to fill my Rx in a timely manner. I found the pharmacist to be helpful, a bit on the cold side, but after a little conversation, we were better. I read the reviews and wonder if niceties go farther than we think. They are humans, have bad days, get cranky customers, and process hundreds/thousands of scripts in a day. Give them a break....I would want one. I love the way that CVS handles the medication information. I get all the information I could possibly use with each Rx. I choose CVS specifically because of this feature.Cons: The wait lines are too long. There is usually only 1 "cashier" the 3 times I have been to this location. The store is quite a bit messy and dirty. This location needs a deep clean.I look forward to giving them another chance and hope they will step up their game.Update: We again visited this location and the lines were so much shorter. They were still friendly but we were in and out of this location very quickly. This has moved up for us.

Dealing with their pharmacy is terrible. They leave people standing in line for 20 minutes or longer. I was in the middle of being helped when their lunchtime rolled around (they close the pharmacy for lunch) and they sent the pharmacist to lunch and therefore I had to come back again after their lunch, wait in another terribly long line to finish my business with them. Waiting in line for that long is completely unacceptable. Get more staff to help when that happens... that's common sense and it used to be standard practice at businesses!

I had a little over $5 rewards at CVS. I stopped at CVS on Iris/LaSalle to use. I picked up a bag of Reese’s, Almond Joy, Kit Kat and Hershey. Price on shelf started $6.49. Cashier rang up as $9.49 and with rewards amount she stated I owed $4. I took a pix of shelf price, but she stated she could not leave her register to confirm, so could not adjust it. I asked for a manager. Manager came, confirmed price and adjusted. When I got home, the candy was smashed and Hershey bars broken so I could not put in Halloween goodie bags.I tried to use this same $5 on Thursday to buy a birthday card at the Hemlock store. Cashier stated it was not there, so I left merchandise.I do not want their rewards $$ anymore as I waste more $$ in gas trying to use it.

I switch from Walgreens to here, and honestly at this point I am just going to look into getting my medications mailed to me. The store was dirty today, more than usual. There were several people at the pharmacy department but only one helping patients get their prescriptions, no one greeted anyone to tell them that they would be right with us. Everyone seemed to not want to be at work today, but they sure were busy conversing with themselves. When I finally got to the window to get my RX the girl was very unfriendly, she looked like she just rolled out of bed very unkept.

Avoid. I am changing my pharmacy. Mistakes made on quantity on my medication which has a direct impact on refills. Twice this cost me extra, I did get money back from them, but not the time for me to go through the insurance and back to CVS to get the mistake fixed. I pay for my medication online and have it delivered. They won't release medication because they say I don't have a payment method on file. But, I do. I had to go online while on the phone with the pharmacy and I could see their charges. My prescriptions were paid for when I placed the order.Lots of keyboard strokes and it was corrected. I am told it was because the prescription was put back on the shelf.Why did it show ready for pickup on the website? It's always something with this place. Just avoid it.

The guy in the pharmacy area is so unfriendly, rude and does not smile. He seems to hate his job. He rolled his eyes and asked me why I need a lot of covid test kits. Do I really have to tell him I have covid like symptoms? Then he told me to come back in an hour to pick them up. As soon as I drove off, I got a text saying that my order is ready, ugh! He definitely needs at least 10 customer service classes!

CVS on Iris Blvd in Moreno Valley CA . At least three times weekly, the drive-through computer crashes. Something needs to be done with this situation, or CVS need to get a new computer system. You are on the drive-through at least 15 minutes, and once it is your turn at the window, you get " Can you come inside the computer crashed?" When the system stops working, at least a sign should be posted. "DRIVE THRU OUT OF SERVICE". This has happened to me over THREE TIMES.

I have shopped at this particular CVS location twice and both times were just terrible.First visit was a few months ago, the store manager left the cashier by herself while there was over 15+ customers in line. He literally walks up to her, sees the long line and still walks out. When I got to the front to check out, I asked her if the gentleman who walked up to her was the manager and she said yes. When I asked why didn’t he open up to help her, she replied with “I don’t even know.” Checking out took forever when it could have been avoided. Terrible management.My last visit was late evening of Tuesday, October the 11th. I was checking out and I was told that I wouldn’t be able to use my mobile number for the reward’s because the system appeared to be down and I wouldn’t be able to address it at a later time to receive those rewards and I would only be able to purchase my items if I was okay with that. Who advises their employees to even say that?

The customer service here is definitely top notch. Loved the savings and would definitely be back! Grayce was HANDS down the BEST employee I have encountered. She was hard working, dedicated, and passionate about her job. Very professional. I am staring this CVS as my favorite store chain. Thanks so much!

I come to this CVS quite often as it is 3 minutes away from my home haven’t had an issue today till I dealt with Daniel, I came in for photos I had sent to get printed online so I can have a quick and easy pick up I came in waited a bit as Daniel was working the register and assisting someone else. Daniel then proceeds to assist someone who had just walked up I asked if he can get me my pictures since they were visible he asked for me to wait as he assisted the gentleman who got there after me. Finally he found the guys order gave him his order then gave me mine and let me know he still needed to scan mine even though I paid online and told me he would help me in line after the gentleman who he proceeded to help before me I don’t appreciate this DanielSeen me waiting in line not sure why he thinks a man should be helped before a lady. If his response is “i didn’t know” let your response be for them to ask the customers. Even though I voiced that I was there beforeThe gentleman.I will be taking my business down the street to Walgreens please better train your employees.

2 months ago I was had bad cough and sore throat. After visit my doctor and I went this place get my prescription . After back home I followed the prescription took a couples different kind medicine. But later my body felt very very weak and almost on the sleep. I can’t work almost a week. So I back to see my doctor again and showed him the medicine. One of them medicine he never wrote on the prescription . Doctor said that’s for muscle relief that’s why put you always sleep. Also the medicine show take 3 times a day it’s very strong. Gosh! That was two different stories. I had coughing why they gave muscle relief medicine?? I back to the cvs and talked to the Asian guy . He said they usually will give employees two chances if they mistake. He promised me will find out what’s going on and will report his boss uncle than will call me. So I waiting his phone call until today!! They looks nothing happened and doesn’t call me. All the patients put they life in they hands. That’s not like buy wrong candy still eat it and won’t get hurt. That’s medicine!! Right medicine will help and save patients life. Wrong medicine will let patients get different degree of damage. Serious life threatening!!! I won’t recommend this place because they don’t care of patients! They avoid responsibility !!!!

Pharmacy is a mess. Unorganized.ever since i switch to them since they are closer to home they always say dr didn't send rx and im always missing part of my prescription . they Were able to sell me without a prescription but were not willing to give me syringes for insulin.total mess. Dont recommend . they never call to let u know your prescription is ready for pick up either.

Generally nice staff, but the wait time is ridiculous. I received a text message indicating that my prescription is ready. I get there, waited 20 minutes, only to be told by the pharmacist that the medication was not ready. There seems to be a disconnect between the text messaging system and the pharmacy.

Long wait time at the inside front counter, cashiers or pharmacy technicians or pharmacy technicians in training lack friendly customer service skills, don't pay attention when serving customers because they're talking with coworkers and make mistakes. This is by far the worst pharmacy I've visited.

tonight, 1-20-21, i doordashed an order from here. everything came, but it was expired. i called the store and a very rude boy picked up, he was very short and unhelpful when i called to ask if i could get my next order with up to date food, and ended the call on me. i reordered anyway, and got expired items again. I called once again - not for a refund, not for trouble; just to let the store know what items were expired so that they could remove those items from the shelves if past their expiration dates. he spoke to me very sarcastically and rudely, saying things like "so what am i supposed to do?", after i literally explained the reason for me calling was expired items. all i wanted was non-expired food, and i even notified them what food was expired before placing another order of the same food. i've decided if CVS doesn't care though, i can't change that so instead i called the Better Business Bureau. i recommend doing this and calling the local health department, because spoiled food is no joke.

This CVS did me dirty. I scheduled my Covid 19 test showed up for my apt and then they tell me that I'm not in their system and they can't give me my test. So they give me a number to call and speak to an NP. I call this number and wait 45 mins only for her to tell me that CVS canceled my apt and she doesn't know why. She also said they couldn't squeeze me in at all.Thanks CVS for being so messed up during this pandemic.🙄🙄Next time you cancel apts maybe let the patient know..

They are the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with, forget to fill Rx from my dr, never answer calls from dr or other Pharmacies for Rx transfers, made medication mistakes, put Methadone in my Prednisone bottle once. Go anywhere else

I’m a registered nurse working at a surgery center and one of my patient’s who had a significant surgery went to this cvs to pick up their pain medications. Long story short, this cvs only fills pain prescriptions on Wednesday and Friday. Absolutely ridiculous. A failure of a business.
