CVS in Moraga is big, clean, and staffed with friendly personnel that are ever ready to help! Its our go to place for a quick purchase of a snack, a gift besides medications. Its great for the variety of things available and its extended timings.

Avoid spending $16 on passport photos at CVS, where they may also push a $16 flash drive for digital copies!!!Save money by using a phone app to create a 3x3 collage and print it on a standard 4x6 photo for just $0.89.

They have a long line at the pharmacy and never have enough pharmacy technicians to help you. Some are rude Also, they have in-experienced clerks who refused to give me $10 in Extra bucks rewards even though the "bucks" had not expired. Clerks are not trained! No one answers the phone and it automatically disconnects after many rings. Everything is over-priced by at least 25% from Target. Awful, awful service.

Honestly I hate to be this person. I know these employees are underpaid and understaffed, but now the lack of help I have been given is costing my health.First and foremost, calling CVS is terrible no matter the store but I have never experienced this level of terrible. I had called the store, went through the automated process, and finally was put on hold to speak to the pharmacist. First call I waited ten minutes and then the call hung up on me! I brushed it off thinking maybe the line had dropped but I didn’t have time to call them again. So when I had the chance I tried to call them again, this time I was on hold for 20 minutes just to once again be hung up on. At t point I was getting frustrated so I immediately call back, on hold for 12 minutwhen someone picks up the call, says hello, then scoffs, and puts me back on hold, ONLY TO HANG UP ON ME AGAIN.Now this happened a little while back and I was frustrated but not angry enough to write a review but now it has been brought to my attention that they transferred one of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy (without my knowledge) but that pharmacy does not have it. So now I have a lost prescription and I can’t get ahold of anyone.I use to go to the CVS on Moraga Way and never had trouble there. But that CVS closed. Does anyone have any idea as to how we can improve this store so it does not impact our health?

Peter helped me.....after I stood waiting for someone to come to the front counter. I looked around and I saw him doing something behind me. It took him at least 2 minutes to come to the front counter. He could clearly see me standing there. He was grumpy -- as most of the men who work there are. He rang up my order and didn't ask for my CVS card number. I said, \"you didn't ask for my CVS card number\". He said it didn't matter. My receipt. had NO coupons, because he didn't ask for my number. The service is HORRIBLE at Moraga CVS. If I could go to another CVS or pharmacy, I would. You have us held hostage to the worst service. Normally the service in the actual pharmacy is good. But as I waited, the ladies helped us and when the only man was done with his customer, he went back to the back with 3 other people and left the poor woman alone to handle the whole line of people. I let the elderly lady behind me to go before me, because the wait was so long. I did have 1 good experience with someone in front. She was a delightful woman. But the MEN are horrible....slow....stand around and talk to each other and disregard the line that is forming. HOW CAN THIS BE?

Pretty decent CVS location. If you like CVS, this location is above-average as CVS stores go. The isles are fairly spaciously separated, the store's never really all that crowded, the parking is fairly good.

The absolute worst pharmacy around. Always a broken computer always a line its a 20min minimum to get an rx here. The staff always seems frantic taking a drive 1 town over to lafayette or orinda is better than dealing with this place

I used CVS photo to print a same-day-pickup canvas from this Moraga store. I went to the store after receiving an email that my order's ready to be picked up.After I arrived, it's not printed at all. They asked me to wait around and come back in 30 min or so. I spent an hour wait in the nearby Starbucks, and only came back to be told that they don't have the 8*8 template and they needed to cancel my order, and they suggested me to print it again in another store!!!How terrible is this? 1) they shouldn't have sent me the confirmation email if it's not printed at all. 2) after they found they didn't have the template at store, they could have called me so I didn't need to waste half a day 3) they didn't feel too sorry about their terrible service

I normally go to another pharmacy for all my needs but I was running home from another area I normally don't find myself. So I chose this CVS pharmacy praying it had what I needed. I walked in unsure of where to start. I must of had the "deer in the headlights" look because the friendliest employee came right to me and asked if I needed help. Her name was Carla. I saw that the store was busy but I was grateful she saw me. She took me where I needed to go. Not only that she gave me advice on other products I could try as well! I never get this service anywhere else! She was so knowledgeable and I'm so grateful for choosing this pharmacy. Carla was awesome! Thank you Carla for helping me

This is the worst CVS ever. Not only are the employees slow, they are so unhelpful. I wish I could say that I have had a good experience here. Instead, each visit gets worse than the next and I always leave feeling flustered and very upset. Do better.

Picked up an item from an end cap. I used to work in retail all I’m familiar there item usually are discounts. Great a dirty (dusty) bottle of dove hand soap under a sign that said .29. When I got to the registrar the cashier said je would not honor the price cause it was incorrect place however, there were 4 additional bottles on the shelf. I proceed to walk over to the merchandise to capture a picture of the pricing and inaccuracy of placement. For not just one but multiple items. The cashier refused to honor saying it was someone who placed it incorrectly. Not my problem. The price that was advertise should have been honored. Also the cashier tried to run to the shelf and change the merchandise from off the shelf it was placed before I got there of which I moved it back to capture it’s original placement. The cashier claimed to be a manger, also was very combative. Didn’t have a name tag on so I couldn’t even I identify who he was. So now we’re dealing with a unqualified manager who obvious doesn’t come properly dressed for a shift, and also blames the customer for the stores poor merchandising skills. The training at store either needs to be redone or someone need to supervisor this under qualified manager to be able to understand the importance of shelf placement and pricing trust from your customers. Additional I purchased the lifesaver candy canes of which were not ringing up correctly. He grabs a sweet tart candy cane to scan for the product o purchase. I know this impact the accuracy of merchandise in inventory and creates a larger problem for the store bottom line. Manager should be there to help the customer not protect the pricing on the shelf when the customer is purchasing the item. By the way, the associate name was Jaime on register 6 and cashier #1138568 on Nov 6, 2021 @ 7:40. I will be sure to contact the store manager on Monday and add this feedback to google and Yelp for other customers view.

We had a terrible experience at Moraga CVS. The pharmacist department is super rude. When you appear at the wrong window, they don't look at you and tell you to go to the correct window but simply yelling out "step aside, step aside". My husband got offended and complained. Oh, my god, a few more store employees came over claiming their employee is not rude. When we continued my store experience with additional shopping, one employee followed me like I was a criminal. I grabbed what I need and paid at self-checkout and fled. As a long resident at Moraga, I am so sad to see the local CVS with this mob in our neighborhood. By the way, we are immigrants with strong accent. Not sure if that's why they think they can bully us.

Long pharmacy delays. Thinking of going with my insurance company mail order to cut them out of some business. Also increasingly difficult to by a known brand as they switch ot they’re CVS brand for known brands.

Just came home from a disappointing trip to the Rheem CVS. 12+ people in the checkout line, and only 1 cashier. Didn't try to call for another one. They have a new self check-out terminal, so it would appear that they're trying to make using a cashier as painful as possible. In that, they were successful. This one is the closest to me, so I've tried to shop there. However, there are 2 more within a reasonable distance that are not out of my way. :-(

I think we'll have to switch over to another pharmacy. Many people in line to pick up prescriptions. Mine had been called in by my doctor and she checked back and they said they had it. I finally get to the counter and it wasn't ready. THEN they told me I have 2 'profiles' that need to be reconciled, but I had to first pick up and pay for prescription before they could reconcile. I called back in 45 minutes to see if it was ready, and I was on hold for 55 minutes. When I came in on the off chance it was ready, no one was in line, so obviously they're not answering phone calls. Then when I did pick up the prescription, I wanted them to reconcile the 2 profiles into one like they said had to happen, but no, they couldn't do it at that computer so made me wait in drop-off line. But a customer waiting there had a very complex issue. I waited another 15-20 minutes and finally left. They were also supposed to give me a consult also, but no one did. That's it. Done.

They runout of my meds, didn’t bother to call me. When I inquired, they ask me to have my doctor call. Had to call my doctor to call them to then call me to let me know the couldn’t fill the prescription. I’m the BFF end, left for a long trip abroad without my meds. I had with the so called pharmacy.

I ordered a prescription and I noticed the expiration date is only 4 month away when I got home which has the same expiration date as the prescription I got over one year ago.Be careful to check your prescription expiration date before you leave the counter!!. Also please be careful about the medication information sheet to make sure it is for your medication. I got two wrong information sheets stapled to my medication recently.

This CVS is not a good place to shop. I can never find the items I need and be very careful about their Pharmacy Department. They always give customers the oldest medications which will expire soon. Please check it before you leave the store. The pharmacy manager is also not very reasonable. Try to shop at other CVS if you can.

I've visited your store and experienced a cold and unpleasant reaction from most of your older cashies not the newer ones. Especially Cindy. I was standing in a active line 2 people a head of me light on Cindy's light was out assisting 1 customer I assumed she was closed, she looked at me not saying a word then a customer walked right up to her register and Cindy rang her up. I then asked was she opened she applied yes..in a cold manner. I also was on my lunch . I've been in all aspects of RETAIL and this is unacceptable. My co-worker said this is why they stopped working there. Thank you Cindy.

Pros: stuff is hereCons: long lines, customers over 60 will hold up line with CVS card, coupons and questions about why certain items are not coupon worthy...This is not the customers fault, but CVS requiring a coupon that is only good for 'no sale items' and the CVS card which is separate from the couponsTry combining them into one like Safeway and every other store on earth
