Love my shopping experiences here! The store is always so clean and the staff goes above and beyond when I ask for help. There was even one time I couldn't find my debit card after paying and Alex was so kind and searched the parking lot high and low with me... he was incredibly kind and patient considering how frazzled I was (turns out my toddler snagged my card and tossed it in the grocery bag.) Stephanie has been kind enough to help me load my car on a rainy day so I could get my son in quicker. I've had two separate occasions where I had to park at the bank next door and someone offered to help me to my car!Everyone is attentive and eager to help me find an item or let me know when the next order is arriving if they're out!If my son spills his snack or drink while we're shopping and I ask for a paper towel, I'm met with a smile and they won't let me clean up my own mess... It's humbling.Obviously everyone loves Trader Joe's selection and prices... But this is by far my favorite location because of the genuine care from their team. ☺️

A most popular grocery store chain at Trader Joe’s at Montrose Honolulu Ave. I’ve been there since when I was a kid. However the parking lot is full. As busy as it gets. They sell organic foods snacks, drinks, alcohol as well. So many customers shopping so loud & crazy. Wow! Unbelievable! There are samples you could try at the small counter serving foods, snacks, coffee, juice etc. Of course the restroom is clean. Nice atmosphere. The employees are 100% friendly. I enjoy shopping at Trader Joe’s with my family & friends.

Best local supermarket for me! I went there to get eggs to hatch into chicks, and I saw that they even sold FERTILE eggs! That is a really good addition, and the store by itself is the best one ever.

Trader Joe's is the best. Nice variety without being a mega store like you know who (W. F.). Everything is at your fingertips. The employees are friendly and helpful. The quality of their products are superb. I especially like their wine selection. They search the world for great bargains. I've been a customer since the 70's when they had the Pronto markets. Back then they even had in house butchers. Refrigerated ice cold beer. Man I miss those days. Times were simpler.

The best Trader Joes! Easily accessible and spacious for taking your time in shopping. I am a big fan of this particular one. You can find a wide array of cheese and did I say it’s spacious?! It really helps in shopping when there’s plenty of room between racks and shelves. They have fresh flowers and many a good wine. They have free samples to showcase the dishes, and coffee in tiny ups to enjoy as you shop.

There's an older white employee that's always walking against customers by the exit. She huffs and puffs and acts as if the customers are in her way. On more than one occasion I've run into her and she totally gets angry, checks people out from head to toe, and then rolls her eyes and sighs. It's a busy Sunday. If customers shouldn't use the exit to enter the store employees shouldn't either. The flow by the exit would be so much smoother without this employee constantly walking against customers blocking the exit.

I love this store. Everyone is always so helpful. Even my checker, Jules, was fantastic. He was so friendly and cheerful. Who knew checking out could be so socialable. HIghly recommend.

While this Trader Joe's location is the most convenient store for me to get to and does carry everything that all the other stores carry I do have a few complaints. Please note, none of the following issues concern the staff who continue to be friendly and helpful.1. The store itself is a bit smaller than many and can be hard to shop in when crowded. I suggest not shopping there during peak hours or just before a holiday.2. The parking lot is very small and can be a little challenging during the busiest hours to find a place to park. The ratio of size of store to parking is under figured.3. I've noticed lately that TJ's has their staff stocking shelves during operating hours. As a regular customer I find this to be incredibly annoying. It's a real pain when trying to negotiate around other shoppers AND staff blocking shelves while refilling them. Can they not get the store ready for business before they open to the public? I believe that used to be the case. What's changed?

I go in this evening and there aren't any Xmas cookies left. Then the rude associates tell me it's my fault because I'm too late!! And the women's bathroom is dirty and crumbly, as usual. You are despicable.

This is where I regularly shop. We like the precooked dinners in the refrigerated section like the ravioli, lasagna, and meat loaf. The salads and fruit are great. Many unique items especially during the holidays. Lots of novelty ,items above the frozen food. Biggest problem is parking. Many people just won't follow the one way arrow on top of backing in and lack of spaces. I try to park on the street and have an employee unlock the cart. Lots of checkers thus lines are short.The employees are hardworking and knowledgeable.Prices here are cheaper than Ralph's and are better quality. An example is the pepper grinder is a dollar cheaper than Ralph's. Chocolate covered almonds are 2 dollars cheaper than Ralph's. Four stars due to parking situation.

I absolutely love shopping at Trader Joe's. They have a wonderful variety of food and more. Their prices are impressive as well. I wish I had a Trader Joe's close to me. It would be my only grocery store.

BIg shout out to the amazing and wonderful team members Ryan, Olif and Lisa. Ever since my brother and I lost our dearest Mom it's been hard to shop in store. My brother uses a wheelchair and it's hard to maneuver pushing a wheelchair and shopping. I simply call, ask for help, they take my list and shop for us. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP! I hadn't been to Trader Joe's before. So when I noticed the store in passing I decided to make a quick stop to check it out before leaving. Their parklot was completely full and had a line of cars all the way out on the street way just waiting for others to leave so they could park. I didn't want to block the flow of traffic, so i decided to find parking some where else near by, and just walk over. Inside they were obviously pretty busy, but the cashiers and staff helping bag seemed pretty good at assisting, and keeping up with the flow of the customers checking out, and the employees I had interacted with while I was there were friendly, and had good customer service. They had a lot of healthy food options to choose from which is really nice. I didn't really get to check out the prices but the few items I had purchased were pretty decent.

First time at this location, and I loved it. There are so many different foods to look at, and prices aren't bad either. I bought so much food (fruit, meats, frozen, milk, cereals, jams, etc) for about 110.00. I will be going back to this location again.

It's a very nice store but sometimes parking can be pretty bad. Walk there if you can. Prices are reasonable, good quality products, small market style.

My favorite location to go to. And we go after church on Sundays so works out for weekly grocery shopping. Well stoked easier to get into than many others I have been too.

Parking lot is almost always packed. It absolute chaos trying to enter, find a parking space and exit. This store is always busy. They don't have many of the items that I used to enjoy like langostinos and frozen individual size quiches. However their employees are always friendly and helpful.
