Good place, nice people. Very process oriented, but they wouldn’t help you or even listen if you need any flexibility about scheduling. I’ve been taking my dog to this place since I adopted her and they took very good care of her, but when I needed a small favor regarding scheduling, they wouldn’t listen. Very transactional and business oriented.Look for alternative options if you like empathy with the good care.

Dr. O’Dwyer and the team are absolutely the best and we are so thankful for everything they have done to care for our 2 senior dogs. We had many visits including annual exams, dental and emergencies throughout the years (since 2018) and we were always given an excellent care during each visit. Easy to make appointments and we are always seen right on time. They treat our dogs like their own and all our questions are answered thoroughly and all issues are addressed with the best treatment plans. We are so lucky to have the most caring and knowledgeable team as our vet. Thank you Dr.O’Dwyer, Angie, Victor, Jeremy and everyone at the hospital ! You guys are the best!

It is rare for ANY business to exceed expectations yet EVERY member of the Rosemont staff CONTINUES to do this. This review is for Victor. He had me ‘at hello’ and continues to delight with outstanding customer service. Just yesterday, he offered to meet me during OFF HOURS on a weekend closer to my home to make sure my 16 year old dog didn’t miss his daily medicine dose. This is priceless service and he has further endeared himself to our family❣️

We have been bringing my dogs here since we brought them home,8 weeks old, from day one this staff has treated us so well. This is the BEST of the best pet hospital and vet you can bring your dog to. Dr O’Dwyer is absolutely knowledgeable so informative and so so kind. Jeremy is an outstanding vet tech, also very informative. I always feel so welcomed and relieved when I bring my babies here. It can be pricey at times, but in return you get amazing service and they are extremely reliable. The entire staff in general is awesome. Angie Victor Ian are always so eager to help me when I have any concerns over the phone and when I need an appointment sooner they always find a way to make an open day for me. Overall 10/10 recommend this hospital. Thank you for all that you guys do for my doggos !!!

Without a doubt, the best vet I have ever been to. I recently had to leave the vet that I had been taking my cat to for the last 10 years and received a recommendation to Rosemont. They got me in within 48hrs on short notice for a semi-urgent matter with my cat. They were courteous and thorough. I appreciated that they went through all possible causes yet started with the most likely solution/health issue first, which it ended up being. I've never been treated with such respect at a vet and felt that my cat was in great hands. My pet and I have found our new doctor!

I cant say enough good things. Everyone is professional and caring, and when we thought we were losing our old dog, the amount of patience and compassion the staff showed was amazing. Dr. O'dwyer is so genuine and we are endlessly grateful for everything they do. Made a terrible time easier as we felt truly supported. The BEST vet!

This is a very professional and caring place. Our vet, Kate, has been nothing less than amazing towards my cat and dog. We have been going to her for several years now. The entire staff is great and everyone there truly loves animals. I highly recommend this vet. The service and level of care is exceptional.

Do NOT believe the information they post on their website regarding boarding! While their website claims they "have excellent boarding facilities... with large runs for bigger dogs and spacious crates for smaller dogs and cats", I was told on the phone they would not take my dog because their facilities are too small and they cannot serve the community. They EXCLUDED my pet from their alleged boarding service because he had not been a patient of theirs. Even though I explained that my dog is NEW to me and has not been to any veterinarian (beyond his initial exam paid for by the shelter where I adopted him from), they still REFUSED to take my dog. I had been a loyal customer of this business with all of my previous pets years ago. Did NOT matter. I was told that I would have to schedule an exam for my dog - and obviously pay for it - just to make him a "customer" so that he would become eligible for their boarding service. They do NOT "love" pets as they claim. If they did, they would STOP the false advertising and open their service to ALL pets in the community.Update: This business is INCREDIBLE! Their response to my review was the following: "It was an absolute pleasure speaking to you on the phone and we wish you the best of luck finding a boarding facility that meets your needs."To be clear, this "veterinary hospital" considers it an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to NOT HELP a long time customer in need. This "vet" takes PLEASURE in TURNING AWAY a beautiful animal that needed a safe place to stay for a few days.Wishing someone "the best of luck" finding a boarding service when you CLAIM to offer that very service is DISGUSTING. ALL of my childhood dogs were "customers" of this business. Two of them spent their final moments here. Not only did this business NOT HELP me now, but they felt the need to PUBLICLY tell me how much FUN they had refusing to help my pet.Please, please STAY AWAY from any "veterinary" business that demonstrates a total lack of compassion and decency!

When my old Veterinarian retired, I was divested. I didn’t know who would be able to give our cats the same level of love and compassionate care, until I came to Rosemont Veterinary Hospital! The Front End Staff and Veterinary Techs are all so wonderful! They do their bests to go above and beyond! My Veterinarian is amazing and super helpful! As you can tell, I am extremely happy with this Hospital!

Dr, O'Dwyer has been my vet since she was out in Pasadena. I was beyond excited when she opened her clinic near my new home! She and the staff are amazing! They discuss all treatment options with you, explain procedures, discuss costs of treatments and give wonderful advice. My cats were seniors when we started seeing her and she has been wonderful with all of them. They are all fantastic, from dealing with my pets to my 4-year old, and I will continue to see them as long as I have pets.

My mom and I have been coming here for years with our husky and cat. These guys are amazing! Staff is always super friendly and clearly in love with animals. Bandit (the husky) is 14 years old so I'd have to say their care is pretty great. We also have used their boarding service for her many, many times when going on trips and have been extremely happy with it. Highly recommend!

Our Chihuahua went in for shots here and they were all so nice and helpful. Also, the wait time was really good. We've tried a number of vets and haven't had great experiences with any of them until now. This is our new vet! What a relief!

Over the years we have lost beloved senior pets and Dr. O'Dwyer has always been there for us during those difficult times. LOVE. I took Heidi, our 9 week old Aussie Lab mix, in for her first appointment yesterday. It was so easy to make an appointment, and the reception team responds to emails almost immediately.Dr. and were so sweet and made the whole experience really fun and stress-free for Heidi. There were lots of treats, head scratches, and even a cheer-whiz snack while she was given a shot - she didn't even notice the needle. Dr. gave me tons of good info and made me feel really comfortable to ask questions, as well as giving me a lot of confidence in how I was already doing as a first-time puppy owner.

We LOVE Dr O'Dwyer and her staff. Since she purchased the practice we have had a number of elderly pets requiring additional attention and eventually "final" services. The entire staff is amazing. We get appointments that fit our schedule. We are "in and out" in a timely manner. Excellent table side manners.Special kudos to Dr. O'Dwyer and Jeremy her chief tech.Try them! If you are disappointed then your expectations are out in left field and you don't deserve this special care in the first place.

She has taken excellent careof my two rescue Scottish Terriers who love her. It has taken me a moment to articulate how much I truly appreciate Dr. O’Dwyer and all the staff at Rosemont. First, let me say six weeks ago my senior dog was not walking. I came home and found him petrified and unable to use his hind legs. After multiple visits to my usual vet with no hope beyond spending upwards of $2500 for a MRI just to tell me what was wrong, a friend suggested I get a second opinion and recommended Rosemont.I was able to get an appointment that week. I will admit that Dr. O’Dwyer said most of what the first vet said, however, she did something he did not do. She held my dog and said he was in pain and she upped his pain meds. She next recommended an alternate treatment that consisted of medication, acupuncture and rest. She made clear that it may not work for him. The first acupuncture treatment he almost came off the table. He’s gone back for three visits and I am reliably told by my mom that he loves the treatment.Today my dog is walking, albeit with some quirky movements as he gets comfortable using his hind legs again. Will he continue to improve? I don’t know. Will this be as good as he gets? Maybe. I am just thankful to the friend who recommended Rosemont and to Rosemont for giving a little hope along with my dog’s diagnosis.

Called because my dog was limping. They couldn't see me so the woman started giving me info for a local animal hospital. When I asked clarifying questions she told me to google it. We switched away from this vet a long time ago because my dog collapsed after a vaccine from this place and only called since our current vet is recovering from surgery. This call interaction reminded me again why we switched.

Dr. O'Dwyer is a loving and very caring individual and doctor who goes above and beyond when it comes to your pet. Her staff is equally caring and professional.Though they met our dogs later in their lives, Dr. O'Dwyer was undaunted by Apollo's 4 inch medical file she inherited from Dr. Mitchell. Because of both of our dogs special needs, she was what I'd call our primary care vet and dealt with both major and minor issues.She was also the one who put both of our dogs to sleep when it was time. Though a highly distressing moment, she and her staff handled it with a great deal of sympathy and empathy.I would definitely use her again when we are ready to have dogs again.

I have read some of the negative reviews and have not had anything like them. I understand that our pets are our family and the emotions can run high at stressful times. I have had dogs all of my life and Rosemont is the best veterinary hospital I have been to by far! They are very caring and compassionate and professional. I currently have a dog with severe stranger anxiety and they have always been sympathetic to this. I feel my dog is very well taken care of.
