I don't want to shop at a store that just argues about price when clearly the app and digital coupons aren't working even though you are connected to the wifi. The whole digital coupon experience has left me and I am sure other customers very frustrated. I wish ralphs cared about this more

Vegetables are fresh so I go there often. It's nice to be able to get gas station rewards by membership and using digital coupons

Don't help the second customer until the first customer is done. There is no room for shoving people around. With the prices you charge, you can improve your customer service.

This is definitely one of the best Ralph’s! They really have such a great selection of a lot of things, and the prices are decent. My only qualm is a woman who is always at the self check out area. She is blonde and Armenian and is very pushy. She rushes you and is quite rude and does not respect personal space. It has been a handful of times that she makes the checkout experience stressful. The Ralphs is amazing, just watch out for her!

Bakery department worker has no knowledge of the products she should know. She had no knowledge of her pastries and had never heard of a bearclaw. Maybe some training by Ralphs Bakery Manager or someone before working with the public would help. Very frustrating!!THEN....I immediately drive to Ralphs and find bearclaws right on the shelf. I asked the girl who was sort of stocking shelves but more important to her was her texting on her cell phone. She stated that bread and the bear claws are commercial items and not her department. Literally 5 feet away from bakery counter. Really. She couldn't go look. Her department or not. A good customer service employee would check the shelf. Especially for a customer. I did hear her ask her manager and the manager said no bearclaws either. The bakery department honestly in my opinion should get negative stars!! Today is Wednesday. May 31st at 10am.

Brian at self checkout made this ralphs my go to grocery store, i've never been met with more kindness and familiarity in the entire county of los angeles. great ralphs too, layout is good and always had what i was looking for, but the friendship i had with the self checkout man was what solidified this for me

My husband was there for lunch on 2/27 around noon. He mentioned that the lady in deli was racist and very discriminating. She used the words “ you people like”… referring to what my husband was going to eat based on the “person he was”. Then as he was walking out the store, a lady at the door was staring at him and asked for his receipt when she didn’t ask anyone else around him. So sad to hear what he went through. I hope management sees what kind of people they hire. Last time I checked everyone’s money is the same, the husband paid his meal just like very other person at that store.

Good selection, nice location, and very very friendly and helpful staff, however I am removing a star because the app which is required to clip certain coupons is such a pain, bad cell reception means you need to sign onto their Wi-Fi and jump through a bunch of hoops and then do it a certain way yada yada yada it's just all a bunch of work to save a few bucks and really feels unnecessary.

Great Customer Service, especially the young lady Sabrina at the Check out. Shelves are always fully stocked with what I need to buy. Employees in deli are prompt and provide great customer service as well as the food is fresh and delicious. Best cheese department.

I gave five stars few years ago but had to edit.I once said.Always fresh.Always friendly.Always accommodating.This is no longer true.All the old timers are no longer working here.Store manager keeps changing and is struggling to train new people who doesn't have good work ethics or understand customer service.There are still some great employees working here but the morale is low and few of them are actually rude.From the response below. I did reached out to the store manager Chris and also the 800 number on contact-us and left a detailed complaint.

I shopped here all the time. I came in almost at closing time on Friday, July 30, 2022, and left my phone behind at self-check-up 11. They said no one had turned in any phone, yet a person has many phones in a lost-in-found box. They refused to help you get your phone. I filed a police report and the camera showed someone took my phone, but it could have been to give it to someone at the front. I believe this because I used google-help me find my phone and the location is Ralph's. No one wants even to try to look at the lost and found box to see if your phone is there. Why do Ralph's want us to shop there when they don't care enough for their customers to help them find their lost items? I lost my phone before at another Ralph's and they gave it to me immediately. This Ralph's does not check and on the phone they are quick to say no one has turned in anyone's phone, mind you without checking the lost and found. I will not be shopping here anymore as they are rude to their customer, and the managers roll their eyes at the customer for asking to please look at the lost and found box, and scream at other employees for showing you phones they have in the lost and found box, that customers never got because of their policy.

Restocking items are slow, but done on the same day hours later. Pros: Friendly. Cons: Don't always getting the online orders correctly. Never tell us missing items that are paid at check out. Does not always happen, but happened again yesterday. Been ordering online at Ralphs since 2020.

I'm not from this area, so I had never heard of Ralph's before. Now I only want to shop here. This place is great! Huge variety of higher end food and drink. Any store that carries Boars Head products is usually going to be great, so compare this store to Publix if you are from the east coast.

Just wanted to set the record straight that it's "Ralphs", not Ralph's. No apostrophe. "Ralphs" is the last name of the original owner. I just wanted to put in a good word for the sweetest person in retail I've ever met, MaryAnn who works at this La Crescenta location! She's never too busy to help anyone and I can tell that she loves people, still enjoys the magic and wonder of life and what the next day will bring her. When no one was available in the bakery, she was there in 3 minutes flat to start slicing bread. She also guided me 20 minutes before that to show me where a certain aisle was WITHOUT POINTING, even though she had just started her break or lunch. MaryAnn is always thoughtful, courteous and professional, unlike many cashiers and baggers who only know how to say, "have a good one" or some other blase, insincere comment. She always uses direct eye contact and gets such a charge out of my colorful Converse high tops! God love you MaryAnn and you deserve a pay raise!!!

Best Ralph's I've been to in a while. Really nice layout and super friendly staff. Parking is ample and the atmosphere inside is what I’ve come to expect from Ralph’s. Great service, And I quickly found everything I needed in a short amount of time. Hats off to the crew at Ralph’s for a job well done! I know I will be returning.

This Ralph's is super clean and a good size store. Nice variety of brands to choose from. Decided to stop and get a few items. WOW! The prices here! I am impressed! Way cheaper then the other big markets. I got twice the amount of groceries for much less. Im going to be shopping Ralph's. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Tons of parking spaces.

I would rate three stars because the lack of cellular service at this store. They need wifi or something to allow people using digital coupons pull up their coupons while at the store. 4 stars for the great customer service I received at checkout. An older, short, African American woman was assisting that day and she knew the problem with the lack of service and helped me apply my digital coupons manually. So helpful and done without the attitude I experienced from Maria at Vons Tujunga. I’m thankful and was pleased. This store is so far away from my home, but it’s big, clean, bright, and I was treated well by the woman who helped me checkout.

Had most things but avocados were not ripe and very expensive. No cactus coolers my favorite soft drink. Otherwise all was good.
