They do an excellent job on my Havanese’s long fluffy hair. She gets very matted and they are able to get her fur looking and feeling smooth without shaving it off. When I leave my dog there, I know she’ll be in good hands. See Before and after photos.

The best pet salon ever. Claudia puts all her effort, energy and time to make her customers happy and treats my dog as he was her own pet. I highly appreciate the hardest job she does. My mini golden doodle’s hair gets messy every 4-6months, and she is the only one accepting my dog and shaves him with her best ability. I highly recommend her salon if you guys want a good treatment for your dogs. She’s exactly the one to trust and to appreciate.

If there is a ZERO STAR rating on google, this place deserves it. Only for one reason: the lady in front, hispanic lady with braces- she was very rude. Me and my friend went inside and found a cute australian shepherd greeting us inside her play pen and a little pee trickled down the floor, afterwards the lady just dragged her by her collar towards the room so she can clean the floor. I asked her what did the dog do wrong she said 'BECAUSE YOU TOUCHED HER SHE MADE PEEPEE'.In addition , we also inquired about the daycare services they provide since I work down the street and I have my dog I'd like to leave here if they have good service and amenities. She said yes they do offer that. Mind you, I could barely understand her due to an accent which I did not mind at all but she was giving so much attitude like she wanted to get rid of me. I asked her where they place the dogs in the daycare since the playpen is very tiny. She replied, 'its not allowed, and its for employees only'. I said 'maam, i am a potential client wondering what kind of environment my dog is going to be. ' She goes, " what if I went to your workplace and asked you to take me to certain places in your office huh?'. That was uncalled for. I told her there is no need to be rude , we werent trying to offend her we were just asking proper questions as potential clients. She mentioned she's only staff and shes not the owner and she didnt care about the bad review i was about to give. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED pets here esp. if that employee is assigned in that shift.

Charged me $150 for a basic bath for my 65 lb Great Pyrenees. When I questioned the price from their website, the front lady yelled at me that I wasn’t going to argue about the price and that the website was wrong, and that they were “different”. Sorry, but you’re not, other than your outrageous prices. Everywhere else in town (La Canada & Montrose) charges me $80-100.I went with it because my dog had been in the River that day and they were able to fit her in, but be aware that their prices are falsely advertised.

I am very pleased with the service at this location. My Belgian Malinois was really scared at her first visit. The team was very patient and caring to my dog. She was super clean and groomed at a pick-up.I am really impressed with Claudia who gave me a detailed explanation on how to take care of my dog’s hygiene needs. Highly professional and caring, they really love animals and treat them like their own.

I can’t believe how my Bouvier looked after being groomed by Claudia! So soft, so beautiful! He wanted to stay there afterwards! Such wonderful , professional care . I realize now that I don’t know much about grooming a dog!! thank you Claudia! See you next month!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off CLAUDIA made an appointment with me for my two dogs for 9 am today. I walk in and no one can find my appointment at all! It wasn’t a mix up of days they could not find my appointment at all. I let her know I haven’t been to her grooming before so how would I have her name and etc. she said that she can’t take them today because there’s no appointment. I MADE THAT APPOINTMENT WITH HER FOR TODAY A WEEK AGO, I HAD THE ADDRESS AND EVERYTHING IN MY PHONE THAT SHE PROVIDED TO ME. Terrible customer service with her nasty attitude and dirty looks. I do not recommend.

Had a fantastic experience from the very beginning. Very pleasant scheduling and at the front desk and my dog Hugo had a great grooming experience. Other places were not able to handle him to do the face but they had no problem. Highly recommended.

I am very frustrated so this review is long.Summary is that front lady doesn't know what customer service is, they don't have price menu for the customers (just on their system) and that their price on the website is wrong.I was asked to pay $35 for nail trim and paw pad shave(WEBSITE SAID $20), when I usually pay around $10 in LA.I walked in for nail trim and pad paw shave. I looked at their website for price first before coming and expected to pay those prices.First of all, someone please teach the front lady what 'customer service' means because I don't think she knows that word.I went in, told her what services I need, and filled out the new client form. She takes my puppy, doesn't even bother to ask for her name, takes her inside, and comes back outside tells me to come back in 20 minutes. Nothing explained about service or the price.So I came outside and read their reviews, since I felt that customer service was horrible. Yup, the bad reviews are right. No one inside was wearing masks and yes the front lady is rude but she makes her voice sound nice at least if you care.I went there after 20 minutes and she tells me to pay $35. I told her that that's not what I saw on their website and she had no idea about the website. Right there, I told her to go on the website, she doesn't even know where the price is listed. And there on the website it says $15 for nail trim, $5 for paw shave.Right away, she said "no this is not right. our nail trim is $15 and oh no no nail trim $20 and paw shave $15". Yeah she doesn't even know the exact price. So I said okay wheres your price menu? And she said we don't have price menu. It's just on our system. So I said okay so whatever you say would be the price if there's no price posted for the customers. And she says I'm not the owner I just work here I don't care I'm just following the system. I was just going to pay $35 feeling exhausted but then she asked the manager and I guess he said it's okay to pay $20 because that's what I saw online.She brings my puppy outside and I checked her but it looked like they didn't shave the paw pad they looked the same. I told her that they're not shaved and she immediately says they did shave. I showed her and said no they're not shaved. Then she went inside to ask the groomer and told me they're shaved. By this time I was so tired arguing anymore so I just said okay, took the tip back, and left.The front lady, she gets so offended by whatever I say, saying she's just the employee that she doesn't care, and telling me that they're shaved immediately without checking with the groomer? when they clearly look not even touched?And whoever the owner of this place is, please update your website or have a price menu on the wall for your customers.Picture is what they call "paw pad shaved"

I've been taking my Maltepoo and Terrier for some time now and they do such an exceptional job. We've used their boarding services as well and they come back just as happy as they left. We appreciate their services very much. You definitely get what you pay for.

I was so happy to find out that this place was open! I have 2 dogs who were in desperate need of a grooming, and this salon really helped me out! I was able to call and come right in without needing an appointment. I was greeted by Carlos who assured me that my dogs would be taken care of! He called me when they were finish and I couldn't have been happier! Thank you Carlos & Team for taking us in last minute! This will definitely not be the last time at all (: looking forward to doing business with you soon!

Love the staff, amazing attitude. When I picked up my dog they definitely gave me a different one! One thing, make sure to specifically tell the staff what you want for the dog; cut nails, trim to about 1in fur, ect.

Have been going here for years. My pet has some special needs and they have always been able and willing to accommodate him. An excellent cut every time, friendly staff and convenient store parking on the side. We are very pleased!

They charge extra shampoo money without informed us in advance. Besides that, they tried to persuade us join their weekly wash plan which I think is totally unnecessary and Will hurts dog’s skin.

Overpriced.they started $60for a simple wash then changed the price to $80.shedovercharged me once told me il get credit the following time but denied she owex me $10there are plenty places do a better job and dont overcharge.my dog went to the ER twice because the way they shaved him he got infection in his belly.
