CVS has repeatedly failed to notify me when they were having difficulty getting my time-sensitive medications, until the last minute. This is a massive corporation and it treats you like a profit widget, not a valued customer. Will be taking my needs elsewhere, at the next opportunity.

I receive permission from the online pharmacist computer to refill my prescription by the next Wednesday. I was leaving town before next Wednesday, so I called the pharmacy and waited on hold for 20 minutes. I finally drove to the pharmacy and was talking to the woman on the phone while I was at the pharmacy, she told me I had no more refills for my prescriptions, which was not true. My bottle said that I had another refill before that prescription was over. Then at the pharmacy I talked to the pharmacist and a tech in person and told them that I don’t really been approved for refill next Wednesday, so how could it be that I was not eligible for a refill then I called the doctor to ask the doctor to call in the prescription and the doctor texted me that he had been on hold for 20 minutes and they still hadn’t answered the phone I’m going to pull all of my prescriptions from CVS.

Do not use the CVS app to pay to pick up prescriptions. My prescription was not ready when the app said it was. The pharmacist told me to come back the next day. The next day, I used the app to pre-pay for my prescription so my son could pick it up for me. He was told the payment hadn’t gone through and to come back in an hour. I waited over an hour and went back to the pharmacy myself. They said the charge still hadn’t gone through and wouldn’t release the prescription until I paid again. I’ve now paid twice for an already expensive prescription. Customer service line closes at 4 pm pacific time. You don’t learn this until you wade through 5 minutes of voicemail options. When they are open and you finally get through to a human, they “promise” you won’t be charged twice but tell you to wait 48 hours for all the charges to clear the banks. If they do go through “simply” call back (and waste another 15 min to 1 hour of your life in voicemail/hold purgatory) and they’ll process a refund that will take 60-90 days! No thank you. App is NOT convenient/ there is no communication between app and pharmacy. Pharmacist blames app and is rude. If I could give zero stars I would.

Negative unprofessional treatment of their customers, under the unfriendly guys of helping you, very serious attitudes I don’t understand why they’re working there? I’m changing my prescription to another pharmacy these people don’t care about you!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very impressed by the pharmacy technician RAHELEH with her ability to multitask and help several clients at a buy period and she was the only one at the counter! CVS needs more hardworking workers like her! Kudos to her!

A pharmacy should be reliable. It should be staffed by people who care about patient outcomes. You should be able to trust them and feel comfortable doing business with them for years and years. It never occurred to me before today that a pharmacy would not inherently have all of these qualities.A pharmacy should never stab you in the back and leave you without necessary medication. That's why you should never take your prescriptions here. They will turn on you the moment they find it convenient. They will create a reasonable expectation in your mind that you can trust them, and they will think nothing of violating that trust. They will leave you hanging, and they will not care what problems they cause for you.I'd been picking up my Rx here for the last year, paying by credit card and without insurance for the last 9 months. Never any problems. Today, they informed me that I can only get the prescription filled if I have insurance. I told them I have only two pills left. They didn't care in the slightest.I wasn't asking for these pills for free. I had every intention of paying. They wouldn't allow me to buy medication that I need, with my own money.This they did without warning. They didn't tell me when I was there last month, and they didn't tell me in the 30+ hours that elapsed between the prescription being transmitted and my visit. They simply waited for me to show up, with no notification. As a result, I am left without adequate medication, and will have to scramble to do something about this while not having any at all.This decision seems capricious, callous, glib, reckless, and incredibly irresponsible to me. As pharmacists, they know, or should reasonably know, that people may not refill until they're empty. I assumed this wouldn't be a problem because it never was before. I TRUSTED them.I cannot fathom the boundless stupidity of this. Insurance is not authentication for a prescription. Some algorithm running on an insurance company's servers doesn't know more about what's good for me than an MD with decades of experience. I have a well-established history of picking it up there, with no insurance, and with my credit card.I am going to ask the board of pharmacies what they think about this, and I am definitely not going to set foot in another CVS (pharmacy or otherwise) for the rest of my life. I don't know whether the board will do anything, but it will please me to try.Customer goodwill is hard to earn, and easy to lose. One of the easiest ways to lose it is to set an expectation, fail to meet it in a completely callous way that is injurious to the customer, and then to shrug while saying "it's policy." It is my sincere hope that this review, which will be here for as long as Google cares to maintain it, will warn enough people to stay away from this place that the pharmacy will lose hundreds of customers, and the hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales that they would have brought.

Despite an email saying my photo order was ready it wasn't. Had to wait 10 minutes for another print. My canvas print was also not aligned and had to be reprinted. No qualiry control. The total charged at the store was higher then it said on the website as they didnt use the right sales tax. Not impressed with the printing resolution or quality of material in the "canvas" and panel prints. Will use another store for large photo work.

The store looked sooo festive it put me in a good mood. The pharmacy assistant was a beautiful young man wearing makeup so expertly applied that his classy look upgraded the store in my estimation.

It was an excellent experience to be at your CVS Pharmacy and get exceptional service. Everything was ready in speedy time, and it really showed that you care about each and every individual that walks into the pharmacy.

Horrible Experience in this location. The Pharmacy tech would not even listen to you. I usually pick my Rx in foothill Blvd, in Tujunga, but due to emergency I had to run to 24 hours pharmacy. Never again I pick up in this location.
