After taking our dog to several area groomers and having consistent issues, we chose Bath & Biscuits for our dog.Our dog would shiver when we got to the parking lots of all the other groomers, but when I take her to Bath & Biscuits, she wags her tail and can't wait to see her groomer Lisa. Her grooming is always perfect and she leaves as happy as she go there.Thank you Lisa!

I've been bringing my dogs to see Michelle at Bath and a Biscuit for years and could not recommend them more highly. They are efficient, affordable, and great with the dogs who always come back looking amazing! I now live in another part of LA but I still drive back to Montrose every time I want to get the girls groomed because the service is so much better than anything near me. A++ Highly recommend.

My parents and I will not take our dogs anywhere else. We have both a small and large dog, both Danielle and Brian are amazing and quick at their job. After going to other groomers, I recommend Bath and Biscuit for all your grooming needs.

Bath & Biscuit is absolutely wonderful! Michelle has decorated the lobby so wonderfully.Daniele grooms both of my dogs to perfection. They like to be there and they are treated with patience and kindness. So grateful i can take my dogs there.

They were wonderful! We have a recalcitrant Frenchie who has been turned down by others but the groomer was patient and kind and said he let her do everything. A small shop that let's them concentrate on just your dog. Highly recommended!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. My dogs’ nails were cut too short and splintered on all his paws and his nails are bleeding. The owner, Michelle, would not refund any money and the cut is poorly done. My dog is limping and constantly licking his paws. She was aware when she gave him to me that they were bleeding but did not mention that to me when he was picked up.

Very happy with the staff and ownership of this charming local business. Staff is friendly, the Owner is wonderful at remembering and knowing the needs of the pets and they always deliver back a happy and well groomed pet. I feel safe and comfortable with leaving my pet here each and every time. 😁😁😁

We took our healthy fluffy dog to this place and we asked please trim a little only and our dog came back totally shaved and under stress. When we complained, they had some excuses. This is the second time we have issue with this place and we are not going back again.

Had a very bad experience at this place today. The groomer completely butchered my schnauzer's hair!! The entire body is cut uneven as if a child went to town with the hair clipper. I've had several different groomers work on my dog but never have I seen such a disaster of a haircut. I could have done a better job myself with my eyes shut! Absolutely ridiculous!In addition, we dropped off our dog at 8:15 AM and didn't hear back from the groomer all day. Finally at 4pm we called and they gave us an excuse that they tried to call us but we didn't answer. They didn't bother to leave a voicemail even if they did call.
